I absolutely love the staff here and have been extremely pleased with their performance. They make it a pleasurable experience for everyone and the kids feel very confident and comfortable in the environment provided. My kids really enjoy it! Highly recommended.

The dentist and staff are flexible fun and friendly. They have a nice play area and movies for the kids to be entertained while they wait. I also like how they give them prizes and confidence to smile before they leave. Also it is a clean building.And they give good understanding to parents before we leave. I enjoy them and their services.

My kids love this place. This was their first time and the staff made them feel welcomed. They were very nice and generous to each individual child and suited their needs. My 3yr old did awesome and the staff loved how mature she was and did not need my assistance with her because she is so independent. My oldest did not complain about the roughness she had experienced from other offices that left her mouth sore for days and she couldn't eat after just getting her teeth cleaned. She said they were very gentle with her mouth and she loved that about them. Over all, all the kids were happy with their service.

I recommend everyone who has kids!! They have patience with your kid and that’s a super plus!!

MS Smiles is an awesome atmosphere for my son. My son was terrified of the dentist before coming here and now he asks to come on his own. This is all thanks to the sweet Olivia. She has taken the absolute best care of my son from day one and the reason why he is so comfortable. She is the best!!! I highly recommend MS Smiles to any family looking for a new home!!!

Love coming here, always a good experience and fast service. The staff are really nice and professional. I love how the kids get a prize at the end. It’s also easy to make or change an appointment.

Have brought my son many times, every time is the same awesome people that treat us like royalty and make everything understandable!

To say I am upset is an understatement. My son was scheduled for an appointment to have cavity’s filled today, and when we got there we were told they couldn’t do it because he had an asthma attack and was hospitalized 2 weeks ago. Mind you, we had talked to the office 10 times before the appointment, had to jump through hoops to get clearance from his pediatrician for this appointment, and still not told there policy. The appointment was at 12:30, and he wasn’t able to eat all morning. And not to mention my time that was not at all valued. The doctor was very arrogant, did not apologize and acted like we weren’t valuable to him at all. Very upset with the way me and my son were treated. Edited to add: we went to another dentist today, and they said the cavities are to small to worry with since it’s baby teeth. 😒😒 this place is the worst! They don’t care about you or you children.

I called our dentist, Mississippi Smiles, to help my grandson with the awful pain he was experiencing. They scheduled us within hours of my call. They took care of him & he was smiling when we left since he was so much better!! Thank you, Mississippi Smiles, for "making" the time for my baby!! Now we both can enjoy the holidays ❤️
