Aly was so helpful. I called at closing time ( bad I know) She went looking for the earrings which were sold out online and Nordstrom. She found them! Put them aside and I called two days later and she had them and I should have them in two days! Wow Such great customer service. The staff is friendly, yet a tad stuck up. They act like this is a fine jewelry store. Overall, I had a good experience. It is what you make of it!

Great store experience. I went to purchase my wife a matching necklace and earring set. This location didn't have the exact pair I was looking for in stock, but instead of selling me on something else in stock, they took the time to find it in stock at another location and helped connect me to that store for purchase. The store was very clean and even though they were extremely busy, the employees spent individual time with each person in the store to make sure they were helped and satisfied with their experience.

I originally was sent a necklace that was tangled, and sent them an email to let them know. They responded within an hour and apologized. This store has AMAZING customer service and I really appreciate them for working with me to come to a solution. This store is wonderful and I highly recommend shopping here because their customer service is A+.

I grew up going to Highland Village. It was always a fun outing. It's so good to see that is has been restored to its former glory in recent years, with a modern twist. Great place to visit.

The KS/CUPS promotion was a complete failure. 7/9/18, my daughter along with other UMC grad students celebrated receiving a KS cup from CUPS and proceeded to go to the Jackson, MS store only to find themselves waiting in line for over 2 hours to go in and hopefully receive their "free" item. At 6:59 pm, an employee locks the doors, tells all those still waiting to come back in the morning of July 10 at 730 am and pick up their free item. On arrival to the store at 730 am, the students along with other "winners" were told that the store had run out of items, given a coupon expiring July 31, 2018, and told to come back! Shameful and extreme poor customer service!

It is very nice, I never thought I would be seeing something like this near jackson but I like it alot. It's like an outlet mall. I love the kate spade store as it is my favorite brand! And I liked that outdoor store across from kate spade

I love this shopping mall ever. The mall has many stores which I can choose the best. it's an ideal place for me to shop.
