    Everyone that works there is extremely polite, very helpful, prompt with all requests. Thank you all for everything! As for the restaurant the Hostess very nice and extremely polite! Thank you ! The food was delicious šŸ˜‹ the waitress was very polite, polite, and her smile was very welcoming. Thank you for waiting on our large party and putting together all our requests! Highly recommended!!!!

    Very nice hotel. Decorated tastefully for Christmas. Some of the staff could use a cup of cheer. One looked like she could not stand me coming to front desk.

    I wish Iā€™d read the reviews before staying here. I canā€™t speak for every girl that works the front but the 3 I encountered was not friendly and not customer service type people. The lobby was dusty and the ā€œheatedā€ pool was ice cold. When we went to the room the air/heat didnā€™t work and the refrigerator didnā€™t work. When we called the front desk they did move us to another room that was better but the floor in the bathroom was sticky and the mirrors and sink was smudgy from where I assume the rag they used was dirty. Also, the elevators are questionable. The problem here are the workers and housekeeping. Clean and fix whatā€™s broken. I can handle an old hotel but not an old hotel that doesnā€™t get taken care of. I will post pics of the first room. Stay at Springhill Suites in Jackson if in the area. They are the best there!

    Not your normal DoubleTree. We generally come here to avoid run down and dirty hotels. Upon walking in youā€™re met with a distinct not so pleasant smell. I saw down one of the hallways a platter of food, when we left, the platter was still thereā€¦. The room was oddly shaped, bed was comfy but once again had an aroma I wished to not have to smell. We simply did not have enough towels and unfortunately weā€™re given a shower that did not drain properly. Less of a shower and more of a 1/4 bath for my feet. For the $190+ I spent, there were better accommodations elsewhere for half the price. Looking back I would not have booked. In order to book the room via phone I was transferred to an offshore company. The lady at the desk was friendly. Her and the comfy bed are the reasons this review is not one star.

    Because of my online experience with this hotel I will probably NEVER USE HILTON AGAIN! The two ladies at the front desk were super nice. However when I tried to book this hotel online it changed my reservation date to 2 Days in the future. When I tried to get online and change my password their website is so horrible I was not able to do so and had to cancel with the front desk. I ended up paying $75 more than I would have had if the website had honored the original price. When I called customer service up the guy basically ignored everything I said and kept trying to sell me future reservations. They lost my business because their systems and their online customer service or phone customer service is completely awful, all foreigners so they don't speak great English, and not trained at all to deal with customer service.

    Wouldn't stay here again, chose it based on its 4 star hotel rating. At one time it may have been but it's worn & showing age. Our room felt dirty, it had slippery greasy feeling floors & counters. The bathroom had a strange odor & the room overall is not 4 star quality. The staff was very friendly & it's in a good location in relation to the interstate & amenities.

    Upon arrival one of the queen beds had a stain on it, my roommate requested another and the first replacement smelt funny, second finally worked out. Room is extremely dirty, my head has been stopped up from the excessive dust and lack of cleaning in the room. Over priced extremely for the experience and they had also held 150.00 until check out, for an already over priced room. Hilton Iā€™m extremely disappointed in this trip! Twist restaurant waitress was so very rude, actually asked what you trying to get when we entered instead of greeting and sitting us, you could visibly tell her annoyance with our being there. I get it Thanksgiving night working, but we decided to get food to go since us being there was a problem.The best experience was the amazing room service lady this morning who was so polite, itā€™s really hard on good staff when there is lack there of in other areas. Itā€™s sad that such a beautiful building is being neglected.

    This facility is in bad shape. Never felt dirty at a Hilton property. I'm confused at how this franchise (Cooper Industries) has kept the Hilton license. I checked in at 4pm (check in is at 3pm) and my room wasn't ready? I was told about 15 more minutes. I checked back in 15 and still not ready. I asked how it wasn't ready when there was only 10-15 cars in the parking lot? They said it was a housekeeping situation. I asked if there wasn't another room I could be placed in. Took another 10 minutes to discover that answer by asking another employee who was very friendly. After I checked in on the 5th floor (where the nicer rooms are) I walked into a room that felt dirty. See pictures I'm attaching. Front desk offered me to move to another room, I asked to see it first. It was worse than the first! I was traveling on business and it would have been a bigger deal to check out and move so I stayed put for the one night. There was extreme hot air coming out of a very dirty vent in the bathroom? I had to close the bathroom door so the room would cool off. The bathroom became a sauna with the door shut due to the heat coming out! The elevators... Eish...they are in rough shape. This hotel needs the family inn or budget inn name... And even then... Very disappointed in Hilton.
