This
facility
is
in
bad
shape.
Never
felt
dirty
at
a
Hilton
property.
I'm
confused
at
how
this
franchise
(Cooper
Industries)
has
kept
the
Hilton
license.
I
checked
in
at
4pm
(check
in
is
at
3pm)
and
my
room
wasn't
ready?
I
was
told
about
15
more
minutes.
I
checked
back
in
15
and
still
not
ready.
I
asked
how
it
wasn't
ready
when
there
was
only
10-15
cars
in
the
parking
lot?
They
said
it
was
a
housekeeping
situation.
I
asked
if
there
wasn't
another
room
I
could
be
placed
in.
Took
another
10
minutes
to
discover
that
answer
by
asking
another
employee
who
was
very
friendly.
After
I
checked
in
on
the
5th
floor
(where
the
nicer
rooms
are)
I
walked
into
a
room
that
felt
dirty.

Front
desk
offered
me
to
move
to
another
room,
I
asked
to
see
it
first.
It
was
worse
than
the
first!
I
was
traveling
on
business
and
it
would
have
been
a
bigger
deal
to
check
out
and
move
so
I
stayed
put
for
the
one
night.
There
was
extreme
hot
air
coming
out
of
a
very
dirty
vent
in
the
bathroom?
I
had
to
close
the
bathroom
door
so
the
room
would
cool
off.
The
bathroom
became
a
sauna
with
the
door
shut
due
to
the
heat
coming
out!
The
elevators...
Eish...they
are
in
rough
shape.
This
hotel
needs
the
family
inn
or
budget
inn
name...
And
even
then...
Very
disappointed
in
Hilton.
