If you don't like Hidden Fees after the fact don't stay here. The mystical "resort fee" is the strategy at this resort so the price they advertise and is quoted is not really what they try to charge you. It will be approx $38 a night in addition charged to your credit card after you leave.....unless you catch them. I was warned about this sneaky and unauthorized fee by another guest. I asked two clerks about the fee, they both made sure and showed me in writing while I was there that the fee would not apply to me because you have to sign for it to authorize it......until they charged it to me anyway. I should have taken a picture of what they showed me. I have been fighting with Snow King and disputing through my credit card ever since. I spoke to the manager Matthew about this. He says he gets 50 complaints a week about this. He said he would take it off it you can prove they didn't disclose it but wouldn't if you can't. This is part of their game, terrible business practice. It's too bad. This is a pretty good place and we had a nice stay in May of 2023. I could never recommend anyone to stay here though based on this practice.. I want a refund for $257 or I will continue to post this review. Keith, OKC, OK

Rooms have been updated and are nice and comfortable. Service is nice and there’s lots to do on location. It’s really pricey for what you get, however, other hotels in the area are the same. Lots of locals and people not staying at the hotel are using the pool day and night. Some guy was just leaving his kids there while he worked. We saw him drive up when we knew they were at the pool. Also, the breakfast buffet was beautiful but the food was pretty underwhelming. Biscuits were cold and hard, pastry’s were obviously bought in bulk and the French toast was weird and gross like it was made from pound cake. But coffee was great and restaurant service was excellent. We are vegetarian, but the meats looked good. So it might be a better value for meat eaters.

A wonderful experience, as this is my first time in WY! The meeting rooms, food, and atmosphere made me fell welcomed. Plus, the views from multiple windows were awesome!

The service all around is very friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and clean. We were very happy with our stay here and would return. There is a free shuttle that will take you downtown. The night we stayed they had a hot cocoa bar to enjoy in the lobby. The pool and hot tub area looked nice, but it was just too cold outside to think about jumping in.

Great hotel and great atmosphere. Took snowboarding lessons and the instructor who went by “Pants” was amazing. He really cared and made sure you understood how to board as a first time snowboarder. 10/10 would come back.

Unfortunately the website and social accounts weren't updated to show the gondola ride wasn't running the day I was there. I also called before heading over to confirm and the message said there was no phone support and I had to email. I didn't do that and just walked over. So while it was pretty to look at I was unable to enjoy any of the activities and couldn't plan for it because I couldn't find up to date information. I traveled a Friday in later October. (Website said cowboy coaster and gondola was open through Nov 1)

I loved the location right by the Snow King ski mountain. If the outdoor hot tub's water temperature was a lot more hot for this cold season would be perfect!!!

We took a group of underprivileged children to this location, not only were the staff thoughtful and accommodating, but they went out of their way to make this the most fun Christmas for these kids! Besides that, it is a gorgeous resort and I plan on staying here during my next Jackson trip!
