Overall this is a great place to stay for the price. It was substantially cheaper than staying closer to downtown plus more amenities. The pool, hot tub, and sauna are great and good sized. The breakfast wasn't bad, the bacon was great everything else was okay. We had a double queen room and it was pretty big with a large bathroom. Most of the staff was amazing to work with. Our only complaint is the shuttle around town. We used it once and and planned to use it during our whole stay as a complimentary shuttle. But when we came back the driver was adamant that the shuttle runs only on tips and you have to tip to use it. We planned on tipping him anyway but just waiting till the end of the trip since we didn't have cash. But the way he presented it was if we don't tip every time for a 3 minute drive then we don't get the service. After that we just used our car which was fine, there is plenty of free parking around the square area. But we did almost get hit by the shuttle driver when we were coming back one night. He was flying through the parking lot not paying attention. Overall we would definitely stay here again. Just planning on not using the complementary shuttle.

The Lodge is a real cozy place to stay. Rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was good and contained your standard fare: eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, breads, etc. The pool was great and the hot tub as well. All clean and well maintained. My only beef was the shower. Having a rain shower is fine, but if you don't want to use it, it dripped cold water down and the regular head is a rotary spin head that is kind of impractical. The staff were friendly when I encountered them, but to be honest I had little interaction outside of check in and check out, so I can't say I have a thorough experience. Still, all were friendly and seemed happy to have my business.

Lodge has it all !! Free Breakfast, 🍳 free on call shuttle 🚐, 2 HOT TUBS 👙, Sauna & 🏊‍♂️ Pool … BAR 🍺🥃& Chill room w TV (📺 sports) Fire 🔥 place lit Cozy Lobby.. Gift shop w snacks 🍪🥤 & drinks…. 🚶walk to Grocery 🍷 🥪(Albertsons) & Gun barrel restaurant… 5 min drive to Downtown Jackson dining and shopping.. The Lodge literally has it all ! 👨‍👩‍👦‍👦My wife and three kids stayed here and enjoyed days on the slopes then a relax in hot tub and sauna and a quick shuttle to dinner and a shuttle ride home… Perfect place to stay… there are hundreds of wooden carved bears 🐻 and animals 🦝decorating the property. My kids loved it.

Arrived early (4am), 3/4 of the hotel isn’t even occupied and they wouldn’t do anything to accommodate us. Told them we obviously wouldn’t need house keeping. I understand your hotel needs to make money but charging full rate to check in early when our room is ready and the hotel is pretty much empty is highway robbery. Probably should have just canceled the entire stay and went to Marriott. I know they take care of their customers. The man working the desk didn’t really seem to care either, nor offer any sort of guidance on how we can possibly solve this tomorrow.

Beautiful rustic lodge, with old charm and modern amenities. The beauty of wood is evident in the entire property from log stairways by the front desk area to a lovely blend of wood furnishings & modern charm in guest rooms. Hall ways have pictures from the past with explanation that was wonderful to see. Property is very clean, breakfast is included & staff is extremely pleasant. Can’t beat that.

Overall perfect stay! Clean rooms, big comfy king bed, great fire place. The breakfast, pool, and hot tub were excellent! Cool photos all through the halls too almost a history lesson on walls. 1 minor downfall, the front desk clerk was a little snippy at check in.

The hotel has a rustic view. The room is very spacious. The breakfast is good. A lot of different foods to choose from. There is a team of staff that help clean up and make sure the food and drink keep up with the customer demand. The heated pool, heated soaking tub and whirlpool hot tub are big. The hotel even has a sauna. The hotel is a bit out of the way from the town square but closer to grocery store, which is great for us. We can easily get food and drink from grocery store than spend a fortune at restaurant. You can even oder domino pizza deliver yo the hotel.

Had a great stay! Our room was very clean and comfortable. We were very impressed with the many breakfast options. All of the staff that we encountered were so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!
