Just signed up in the last month and am loving it. The staff are super friendly and absolutely make me feel so welcome. This has been my first experience doing heat/ cold therapy and I’m really enjoying it. Definitely feel relaxed coming out of the sauna and full of energy out of the cryotherapy.

Always an incredible experience at Degree Wellness! They truly are the premier self care facility in Northeast Florida. I’ve tried several of their services, and most recently went in for their IV Therapy with the Performance blend. The registered nurse was very professional and made me feel comfortable. She did a wonderful job of seamlessly placing the IV as well as removing it once I finished. Within several hours I noticed this incredible boost of energy, focus, and strength. It wasn’t like this jittery, erratic energy from caffeine or preworkouts. Rather, this whole body enhancement that gave me just what I needed for a killer workout at the gym. What I love the most about their IV therapy is that they offer a wide arrange of blends. Depending on what your needs are you can pick a calming blend, an immune boosting blend, and so many more! The entire staff is always so helpful and friendly. I also enjoy the clean, high quality feel of the facility. Highly recommend checking this place out.

I came into Degree Wellness at the beach location to get an IV today. The nurse on staff was super helpful with helping me figure out which IV would be the best for me. I ended up getting the immunity and detox and it was all just such a relaxing, wonderful experience. The IV felt so good and I can feel a difference already. I’m definitely coming back for another one asap!

Life changing! One year ago my husband bought me a three month trial as a birthday gift. I was a new mom and recently promoted at work, needless to say burning the candle at both ends and neglecting taking care of my own needs for rest and relaxation. At first, I thought Sauna? Why… then I started going. A year later, I’m so greatful for that initial membership as Degree Wellness beaches continues to be a staple of my health routine. The sauna, leg compressions, red light, and boosters are a few favorites. Everything is so clean and the staff at the beaches is incredibly caring. Karen was so helpful in explaining the different services and always greets me with a warm smile. It’s so comforting knowing I have a reliable strategy to help me refuel when I need it, rain or shine. If you’re on the fence, definitely give it a try!

I was visiting from Seattle and just wanted to make sure my immunity was strong for the travel. Karen was amazing at the front desk answering all my questions and Elisa (administered my IV)was great at making me feel comfortable and welcomed. Highly recommend!

Love this place! The monthly membership is great and I feel so relaxed going here. Karen and the whole staff go out of their way to make me feel at home to ensure that I enjoy my sessions. Today had an unfortunate scenario where a lack of electricity (extended JEA power outage) caused many sessions to be canceled. Karen handled the situation in stride and notified me that my Cryo session was canceled. I had to do Joov and Normatec instead of Cryo today but I am glad that I was notified and was offered an alternative to schedule another service today so I could still get in some relaxation time.

It was amazing. It definitely helped relieved my pain. I did multiple services, pain relief IV, Cryotherapy, and the polar plunge. They were all great. They also have heat options and facial options. All of the staff was super sweet and friendly. I definitely recommend them and plan to go back. 😁

This is my new favorite place for zen. Absolutely love degree at Jax beach. Karen walked me through her facility and I was sold. So far I’ve tried the infrared sauna and celluma light therapy. I love the fact that you don’t need to be a member to enjoy their faculty. 10/10…highly recommend.

I had the performance iv drip for the first time and it was incredible! Nurse Ginger was super friendly and took great care of me! Definitely recommend the iv drips and all the other services offered!
