I was fired due to an incident involving a frustrated customer that triggered my anxiety. Despite my dedication to client satisfaction as seen in many Google reviews, this unfortunate situation occurred. My general and social anxiety, stemming from my autism, exacerbated the matter. My dismissal came about as a result of the decision to provide the irate customer with a complimentary treatment. She expressed dissatisfaction over a delayed appointment. I was often over booked and I managed the Jax Beach office as the sole technician with very little help from the manager. Complicating matters, the owners frequently offered free or discounted treatments to their "friends," seemingly driven by a desire to maintain connections within their social circle, including their affluent school associates. This should have been a clue that Mandy would write that she should have fired someone sooner in a Christmas card as pictured with an LOL.

Mike was amazing, skilled, knowledgeable and sociable! Such a wonderful person to work with! Thank you very much for your quality work! I would recommend Mike to any kid and baby! He's gentle and knows his way around kids ☺️

Was able to schedule same day which put me at ease in getting this issue handled immediately. Not going to lie, I was freaking out. Mike was very nice and very knowledgeable. He educated us and dispelled any myths or misinformation we have read or heard about. Sucks that we had to be here with our middle school daughter but it happens and I’m just glad these services were readily available and feel more at ease.

Michael was great! He was very friendly and personable. While I don't ever want to have to go back, I know exactly where I'll go if I have to. LOL Michael explained everything and made sure my daughter understood every part of the process.
