    We came for breakfast and service and the food was delicious. The place was very clean and mildly busy. We spent $15 for two people.

    Seriously the best Chicken-Fil-A(as my 5 year old calls it) in the universe! Best service, food is great, but they have an exceptional team that even surpasses the high expectation we have for Chick-Fil-A! Tere leads the way! He manages to be quick, effective, and still manages to carry on a polite conversation! Definitely a ROCKSTAR in the organization! Thank you from the Collins Family!!!

    I ordered on-line and went inside to get it. From the moment I walked in I noticed how dirty the restaurant was. This is the first one I've ever been in that was dirty. The order was wrong but unfortunately we didn't find that out until we got back to the condo. We were missing a sandwich, utensils and all of the sauces that were ordered online. I immediately called and was told I could come back to get the missing sandwich, be given an in store credit (we don't live here) or come back and get my card refunded. None of those options were convenient for my family at the time. Trust me when I say I go to Chick Fil A alot and this was a very disappointing experience.

    Went to drive thru last night. The food was fine but the two ice waters had a chemical aftertaste. I didn't know that and drank most of the first owing due to the heat. Been throwing up all morning... The second one is in my fridge and I want to take it to the manager to taste, or get chemically tested ..

    Instead of having so many people taking orders through the drive thur line. Have a person directing traffic, so the road is not backed up. So customer who want to dine in can park in the right spaces. If not close the inside. Safety and customer satisfaction overall should be important. And it seems like it is not during rush hour. Are you just in it to make the money and being Christian base.

    Asked for ketchup and got 6 packets of ranch. 6. For a 12 count nugget meal and fries. 6. I guess I’m supposed to use one pack of ranch for every 2 nuggets. Absolutely no ketchup for my fries and the nuggets were surprisingly bland and peppery. No salt no flavor except extreme pepper. I didn’t know chick fil an offered spicy peppery bland nuggets. All these years I never had peppered bland nuggets. Totally disgusting and disappointing to say the least as I came here to have an excellent meal that I could count on.

    The staff working at this Chick-fil-A on Tuesday afternoon was simply the best. Everyone there was super nice, friendly and helpful. What a great team they have there. Food is always delicious. Thank you to everyone there for making my out of town lunch a memorable experience.

    The visit to the location was not as good as normal! The employees inside were awesome Robert was very kind and fixed my order for me! Sadly the employee doing the drive through was incredibly rude. I called and spoke with the manager and he seemed to careless no apology just I will speak with her. I was not impressed with his response when I told him the story.

    I was at the drive through, I guess I had a frown in my face, Is in the nice young girl greeted me!! And I said I was okay!! Is she said why okay! well I told her Why!! when! you knew it she was praying for me!! OMG Is she really made my day! best place ever guys. She is young brunette with glasses.❤️🙏🏽

    I take my grandchildren here often and tonight was the worst experience we have had. The drive thru service was excellent however our order was wrong - fries and chicken sandwiches were cold, we had no sauces in our bag so we had to eat the sandwiches plain. The milkshakes were great. We had the wrong order ticket in our bag - but thankfully didnt get that order. I hope this was a fluke and not a preview of what is coming.

    If I could give 0 stars I would and it’s really only because of the awful manager that works here. I come in every Saturday and honestly feel so bad for their employees. I manage a restaurant myself and the way she talks to her employees and guests is astonishing. I asked for someone’s number above her and they would not give it to me, I hate leaving bad reviews but this was my only option.

    It is Chick-fil-A, so service was spot on but speed was an issue. Ordered in the app and I am surprised that every store we visit we must wait for a basic chicken sandwich. It is beginning to be a bother to wait on one every time. Take a listen corporate, it is not confined to a few stores. You guys have the longest wait time in drive thru in America. Time to do something about it.

    I’ve been going to this Chick fil a almost everyday for almost 3 years now, and I must say, this is the best chick fil a in Jacksonville HANDS DOWN. The experience is unmatched, the food is always top quality, they never miss a beat or mess up my order, and the customer service is phenomenal. I always feel at home when I am here. Big shout out to the drive thru staff, especially Jeremy who always engages in great conversation and efforts, with a smile on his face, embodying the great chick fil a standards that I know and love. Again, thank you all for being the example I compare every chick til a to, it is always a pleasure.

    Super busy with a terrible parking lot design. I wouldn't recommend parking in the parking lot if you're in a hurry. But other than that, it's Chick-fil-A so the service and food are always outstanding.

    The major down fall to this chickfila location is the parking lot set up! The drive thru customers block the entrance to the side of the parking lot you need to park on. The other entrance doesn't allow you to pull around the building. I usually have to park in a nearby parking lot and walk over. I also think we should be given the options for our online orders to be made by the time we get there and not to start the order once we get there. I usually utilize the app when I'm on a timed lunch break. Overall the atmosphere is fast past, yet friendly. The food is good quality- I rarely have a quality issue! The quality is ultimately what keeps me coming back. The prices and how many points you need to redeem free things have definitely went up! If you haven't already, try their frosted coffee or frosted lemonade:)

    For such a big chain and a store on every street in Jacksonville this one is constantly busy 20 min drive through line. Get it together chick fil a; realize your store is struggling and figure it out

    Drive thru blocks traffic in the road and the entrance to the lot so if you want to go into the lobby you can’t even park. And on top of that they are so slow in the lobby now and it’s full of boxes and stuff so it feels cramped. They need to stop prioritizing the drive thru because it’s a nuisance to everyone else and get people into the lobby like it used to be, if they aren’t too fat to walk in at least.

    Bad Day at Chick-fil-A. Either double billed or credit card copied by attendant. Ordered RootBeer, but got Diet Coke. Ordered light ice, but got 95% ice and no drink. Ordered barbecue sauce but got no sauces at all. Grandson disappointed, Grandpa decimated. Order clerk did not say they were substituting fries for undercooked potato lumps. Naturally, we were rushed out before we had any chance to check our order. Threw it away along with $24 dollars and more costs to come from credit card fraud. Stay away.

    I love how close this location is to my house but they need to get a new fries guy. They consistently short me on my large fries! Large fries at this location is equivalent to a kids menu fry at any other location 👎🤦🏻‍♂️

    The food is always delicious and the service is typically very quick as well but there’s one blonde girl who works in the drive thru in the mornings who never puts my sauces in, even when I ask twice to make sure she put it in and she says yeah the people at the window never put any sauce in because she didn’t actually put it in with my meal. Every time I order with her I ask for the sauces and see her not put anything into her touch screen but she says everything was put in. It’s very frustrating and I’m tired of having to check my bag right away or go back around to get sauce

    I don't know why I keep going back here. My order is never right. Even after having to wait extra time for my salads to be prepared at 4 in the afternoon, I get to the place I was taking them and had no salad dressing, forks or any other condiments. After paying almost $20 and waiting extra time for them to be prepared, you would think they could get it right!!!!

    Line was wrapped around the building at 915 AM so we went inside. (line moved well, not the issue here). Went inside and we just weren't greeted with the typical outstanding customer service. The order was simple, chicken mini bread rolls - no chicken. Cashier was willing but when she asked the manager the response was, "I'm sorry we can't do that. Would you like us to put it on the side? Maybe you can find something to do with them? Feed them to the dog?" Enough said. I ordered them and moved on with my day. No time to stop and complain with the Operator in the lobby. I ended up giving the side order away to some teenagers who quickly ate them up and were grateful 🙂. I don't live in the area, we were visiting. Store was super clean and food was good. Only negative was the curt and short response from the shift manager.

    Great location to get fast food in between shopping or coming back from JTB or outward. Usually packed at all hours of operation, resulting in service being somewhat slow at times. However that is expected with the location.

    Almost every night i work i go to chick fil a here. Never have i been disappointed. Everytime i walk in i feel welcomed and appreciated by the night shift. Order is always correct and staff is very respectful. i order from the app with no issues. only chick fil a i can trust to consistently be the very best.

    Not the greatest of their drive thru's. They don't jeep an order of the cars so I ended up waiting at a pull up space for a really long time and then the space is so small I was concerned I was goi g to get hit. The people were great and the food was ok. Usually it's fantastic at most of their restaurants I've been too.

    Drive through has gotten exceptionally slower in the last few years as they have stopped running two drive through lanes and has become extremely dangerous. Traffic backs onto the main road from their drive through causing traffic accidents.

    The actual worst Chick-fil-A around. Have had two bad experiences here. First I order a large drink with my meal, the drive through guy repeated my order back to me and then I was handed a medium and I said I ordered a large. And she said well u weren’t charged for it. And I was like well I will pay the difference but I order a large and it was repeated back to me. She acted like it was a huge issue to get me a new drink. Then the next time i went a whole sandwich was left out. So basically my whole meal. I drive all the way back. The drive through is now slammed. I have to go inside. And again they act like it is my fault. No customer service skills whatsoever. No apologies either time. Absolutely ridiculous.

    I usually go once a week before my dbl to get breakfast but over the last month they have made sure I’ll start going elsewhere. The first two weeks they just got my first order completely wrong but I’m in the industry and figured I would try what they gave me and not say anything but after it happened again I got a complimentary meal which was also incorrect and took 27 mins sitting in spot two w little to no communication.. I would hard pass this location if possible
