John, an employee at Midnight Sun, helped me pick out birthday gifts for my daughter and Christmas presents for my granddaughter. His interpersonal communication skills are outstanding. I can speak knowledgeably to this issue, having taught college communication courses for 35 years. In addition, he has the ability to make people feel that we/they/I are the focus of his whole world for a specific moment in time. This particular skill is extremely rare in these days of dominant social media. Thank you for hiring this exceptional young man!

This is now one of my favorite stores here in Jacksonville!! The staff is always extremely sweet, the store is clean every time I return, the inventory is absolutely beautiful 💯, I have found some of the most beautiful dresses from here and I plan on getting more!! So I am the kind of person that depends on my intuition aka the energy of a place and / or persons to help make the decision if I want to check ot out. The energy here is on point and I've even bought my healing crystal wonds from here!!

Libyan glass, Libyan glass! A whole case full of that and Moldavite jewelry. If you need to raise your frequency— this is one way to do it— while looking fabulous too :) These were some of the smallest pieces, they’ve got some fabulous large chunks if you want to make an investment. Plus all the turquoise & coral Thai jewelry you could ever want. Update: Alle helped me look at crystals today. He was very entertaining! I will have to come back for a Tarot reading with him. I am normally here on weekends and it’s very busy, today was a Tuesday and it was a quiet time to shop. If you get anxious in packed spaces like I do, try a Tuesday :) If there’s a stone you’re looking for— they have it here. The pictures others have posted don’t show the extensiveness of the jewelry cases. You’ve just got to come see. And a thank you to the very sweet, patient & perky staff lady that helped me today. I have found a new favorite store!

I’ve purchased 4 pendants from this store, all of them broke within a week of my purchase, and they do not restring or fix them for you. I took great care of them, only for them to completely come undone while around my neck, which shouldn’t be possible with a necklace. save your money and go to earths gifts, where everything is like half the price and nothing there will break. midnight sun is by far the worst metaphysical store i’ve ever been to.

I just received my first order from Midnight Sun yesterday and I absolutely love them ! I’ve been looking for a while for a place to buy crystals from and I’ve finally found them . I love their website and all of the many different things they have on there and the shipping is super fast ! 💜💜💜 Oh and their incense smells amazing!

This store has so many cool products to choose from. Clothes, jewelry, a variety of crystal stones, furniture, and so much more. The employees there are friendly, knowledgeable, and they complete the experience.

Won’t be wasting my time in here again. Came in 30 minutes before they closed and the staff were rude. Not friendly at all or helpful. They had a store full of people and all they cared about was closing. I don’t like being anywhere I feel rushed. If I’m constantly being reminded of them closing then I can’t concentrate on what I want to buy and look at. I’ll spend my money at Spiritual Uplift and Earth Gifts instead.

This is a great store. The staff is great! They are knowledgeable and helpful. They have the most interesting and unique things. Their crystal selection is amazing! The loose herb section is the best!

Friendly staff and a wonderful selection of jewelry. I bought a beautiful pair of amethyst earrings that were reasonably priced. I could have purchased more, but I held back because I would have ended up buying too much - so many beautiful items. I will be back the next time I'm in the area.

I don't believe the inventory has changed for many years. A fun place to browse even if you are not into rocks, minerals and inspirational quotes. Bring your wallet because enlightenment is expensive.

Awesome place for essentials. They are super helpful and they package your purchases with care including wrapping in tissue and cute gift bags. Highly recommend!

This store is a gem. Well curated quality import store with reasonably priced selection of stones, clothing and other hippy friendly goods. Definitely top notch shop with several kind and helpful staff that add to the experience. The best part is the artisan handmade jewelry to the left of the front register. The case is full of ooak art jewelry that is art gallery quality and again very reasonably priced, not something expected in an import store.

What a magical space! You can feel the positive energy as soon as you walk in! I felt so very honored to host a Social Media Workshop here and can’t wait to go back for their drum circles and events that they’re holding at The Portal

Great store with items from Asia, the Orient, Africa and much more! Prices are very affordable. Relaxed shopping atmosphere. If you or your family is into eastern culture, I highly recommend giving this store a visit. There is something for everyone at every price point from incense and small decorative items to beautifully detailed statues.

Excellent service, AMAZING ATMOSPHERE! I have been shopping here for 20 + years, and will continue to as long as the doors are open. This store holds so many fond memories for me with all 3 of my children throughout all of their childhoods. It has always been a right of passage to earn a trip to Midnight Sun, I still have collectables from 25 years ago. Can't say enough wonderful things.

I love this store! I have always come in for gifts and incense and I'm so happy that they didn't close like I thought. Great place to find items that are more unique for gifts and for yourself!

I couldn't walk around for 5 seconds without being followed. When you have multiple other people in the store and you are specifically following me (a person of color) it gives off a bad impression. I had no intention to do any wrongdoing but now it doesn't matter because I will never be back and will gladly tell my friends to not go as well. :) please work on your stereotypes and not make it obvious you are following one specific person it made me super uncomfortable when I just wanted to get some tigers eye. Everything is overpriced and can easily be bought off of Amazon. Don't waste your time here and look elsewhere. If this review isn't enough read all of the other 1 star reviews and they will say the exact same.

I adore this place. This is where my fiancé finds the best gemstone pendants to gift me! Everything is well made and the vibe is immaculate.

It's my metaphysical candy shop. Great sage options and I bought a beautiful tarot deck from here. The prices aren't awful either. Love the crystal options, meditation pillows and just everything.

Their customer service really sucks tbh. I loved this store but they legit don’t care. I previously had an issue with some jewelry that I bought from them. The clasp broke on my anklet after having it for not even 2 months and so did my toe rings. I talked to a girl in the jewelry area about it & I decided to give them another chance. Now, I previously purchased some jasmine oil & the person at the front desk put the ball in for me because I didn’t want to mess it up. It’s always sat on my dresser. I put it in my purse to take with me literally a few days ago & the next day, I noticed my purse smelled like jasmine oil. The ball the person put in fell out and spilled everywhere. I called just to let them know that they didn’t properly put it in & the person on the phone is just like “Maybe you bumped into something, I’m not sure what you want us to do”. She didn’t ask if I wanted a replacement or even suggest for me to bring it in for them to look at. All she did was blame me for it spilling and said “sorry there’s nothing we can do”. It’s not even about me wanting anything back … it’s just the lack of care for me. I added a picture just to show it clearly spilled & the ball came out.
