Their
customer
service
really
sucks
tbh.
I
loved
this
store
but
they
legit
don’t
care.
I
previously
had
an
issue
with
some
jewelry
that
I
bought
from
them.
The
clasp
broke
on
my
anklet
after
having
it
for
not
even
2
months
and
so
did
my
toe
rings.
I
talked
to
a
girl
in
the
jewelry
area
about
it
&
I
decided
to
give
them
another
chance.
Now,
I
previously
purchased
some
jasmine
oil
&
the
person
at
the
front
desk
put
the
ball
in
for
me
because
I
didn’t
want
to
mess
it
up.
It’s
always
sat
on
my
dresser.
I
put
it
in
my
purse
to
take
with
me
literally
a
few
days
ago
&
the
next
day,
I
noticed
my
purse
smelled
like
jasmine
oil.
The
ball
the
person
put
in
fell
out
and
spilled
everywhere.
I
called
just
to
let
them
know
that
they
didn’t
properly
put
it
in
&
the
person
on
the
phone
is
just
like
“Maybe
you
bumped
into
something,
I’m
not
sure
what
you
want
us
to
do”.
She
didn’t
ask
if
I
wanted
a
replacement
or
even
suggest
for
me
to
bring
it
in
for
them
to
look
at.
All
she
did
was
blame
me
for
it
spilling
and
said
“sorry
there’s
nothing
we
can
do”.
It’s
not
even
about
me
wanting
anything
back
…
it’s
just
the
lack
of
care
for
me.
I
added
a
picture
just
to
show
it
clearly
spilled
&
the
ball
came
out.
