Oscar, Anna, Susan, and the rest of the staff are amazing. They’re all very creative in the designs they come up with. I’ve been unbelievably impressed with every item my husband has purchased me and the ones I purchased for myself! I would highly recommend Barnett to any and everyone!

I brought my ring to Barnett Jewelers and told them what I wanted and it turned out beautiful!! I picked out the sapphires (my mama’s birth stone) then I had a diamond that came from my mama’s ring. He helped me match a diamond same quality and everything. I told him how I wanted it arranged and hopefully y’all can see the picture! So this is a very sentimental ring. Man I can't thank Oscar and his staff enough for the service and product they provided. After getting me the best deal on the best looking diamond engagement ring I could find anywhere (And I did quite a bit of shopping around), they knocked it out of the park again on the wedding band and got exactly what we were looking for. It's been a year and a half since I proposed and my wife still shines a light on her rings just to admire them daily. On top of that the customer service is unmatched. After I made a very bizarre request to refund the purchase I made on the engagement ring a year and a half prior so we could charge it to a new card in order to earn airline miles for our honeymoon, Oscar went above and beyond to make sure it happened. During the many times I stopped by the shop I always had great conversations with the staff and learned a ton about the industry and history of it with Oscar's in depth knowledge and true passion for what he does. We walked into this amazing jewelry store a year ago and had the most amazing experience and from that moment we won’t go to any other jewelry store they are privately owned amazing people who actually care about their customers we have had many of our jewelry fixed there over the last year because they are not over priced like most other places my husband even upgraded my ring they offer layaway and financing which is awesome we told them what we wanted paid it off then dropped my rings off to them and had them back a few weeks later they always stay in contact with us and make sure we are very happy before we leave thank you so much Barnett jewelry’s Oscar and his wife are great amazing people along with the rest of their staff they are now more like family thank you again for your great services and now friendship!

If I could give this place a 100 out of 100 I would. 1) I needed my watch band switched out, and they did so easily. 2) I had my own band, but I noticed they did have bands to purchase. 3) As a dude, I appreciated the nice selection of watches available. 4) The staff was amazing. Had a great conversation with the owner while I waited, but the other folks were great too. If you are in the market for a new watch or jewelry, these people deserve your business.

I went into a chain store thinking I would find a deal just days before Christmas. Smart right? Wrong. Not only was I disappointed the employees were a little abrasive. Then I remembered Barney Jewelers was in the area. I went even, even though the staff was busy, they greeted me which me which I appreciated. When it was my turn, I didn’t feel rushed, found just what I was looking for and the customer service was excellent! I have purchased there before and will definitely do it again! Barnett Jewelers is not just a jewelry company. They have become friends that I can trust with all my jewelry needs. Everyone that works in that establishment are very friendly and helpful. I feel like they will bend over backwards to help you. They are not like the big jewelry companies like Kay’s. You’re more to them then just a sale to make money. Originally I was very pleased when I got the watches back because I saw the batteries were replaced and Angela was kind enough to add a link back when they realized it didn’t fit me in store. However the two watches I dropped off for the battery swap are in horrible condition like a crow bar was being used to pry the backs off . The back of one watch no longer even goes back in and they added clear tape. Yes CLEAR TAPE to keep the back on instead of informing a customer they destroyed their property and on top of that the clasp is no longer even attached to the other side of the watch! Just because you don’t think of someone else belonging as high value does not mean they are not precious to them based on the circumstances they were received.

Today I went into Barnett Jewelers and was helped by Angela. She asked, how she may help me? I told her it was my 12th year anniversary with my wife this coming Sunday. No time til the last moment, right guys? Angela asked me where I wanted to be budget wise? I told her, then the adventure began. I wasn't sure if I wanted a 3 diamond ring (past, present, future), a single diamond, a single with a band. Truthfully, I was lost. Angela took her time with me. We looked at multiple types of rings. Arrangements. Shapes and sizes. After what seemed to be an all day event (to me), was only about an hour. Okay, more like 2 hours. I finally decided on a solitaire diamond with a band. I couldn't have been happier. Angela was absolutely amazing with me. Took her time. Helped me. Was pleasant, caring and completely genuine. Sometimes, when you enter an establishment your swept apon like vultures on a dying animal or like you've entered a car dealership lot. You all know what I mean. Not the experience at Barnett Jewelers. Top notch. Caring. Respectful. Honest and true. I got my wedding ring cleaned while I was shopping. For free. Thank you Angela and Barnett Jewelers.

Another magical experience at Barnett Jewelers!! Came in to pick up some necklaces I needed repairs for and was helped by Angela! Angela is very sweet and kind!! She helped me find a pair of earrings that fit my style and was so reasonable but most of all of I love the experience in there every time I go in. Excellent customer service! This place is family owned and they treat you like family. I came in with just an idea of what I wanted, was not even able to draw them a picture and Susan said "no worries, I got you". A few weeks later she had a design of what I had invisioned. Anna, and Bryce helped me today purchasing a necklace for my daughter. Anna, and Bryce we so thorough, and helpful to find the right necklace. They took the time to show me catalogs, and take pieces in, and out of the cases for a good 30 minutes. I didn't ever feel rushed, or pushed to purchase anything. Anna, and Bryce are very knowledgeable of their selection in store, and what they can order in. Their are a few jewelry stores around Jacksonville, but I feel like I made the right decision by choosing Barnett's Jewelers for my daughter.

I had a wonderful experience while shopping at Barnett Jewelers at Rivercity marketplace while looking for a white gold chain to use with my many pendants. They were all very friendly and helpful but Diane especially went over and above to help me find exactly what i was looking for. She was patient and thorough while looking through catalogs with me and even suggested that if I couldn't find the right one, that their (on site) jeweler could design one to my liking. I did find one in the store though that I loved and walked away a very happy customer. My friend and I even enjoyed a cup of their complimentary coffee while we shopped. I will definitely return to this store for all my future jewelry needs.
