It’s been a year are so since my last visit to any aquatic stores. I have 5 aquariums outstanding and keep growing, I haven’t had any reason to go. I was surprised that the store was not quite clean as it use to be with some dead fish. But what got my attention was the salesman. If you don’t buy this then it’s wrong. Then goes on you can do it this way but it’s not humane. I have to command the manager or owner on teaching their employees on how to make a sale. Buy from us are its wrong.

Eddie came out within two days of my call to service my tank and did a thorough inspection and cleaning of my tank which definitely needed professional service. He was patient in answering my multiple questions and had technical knowledge about my equipment as well as advice for additional items, fish, etc. He was respectful to me and my home and didn't rush even though he squeezed me in at short notice. He was also upbeat, passionate about his work, and made me and my pets feel comfortable with someone new in our home. I'm now a BioReef Fan!

Man, I was so impressed by this shop but especially by Brandon (B name, think that was it). Being new to the salt side of the hobby is really intimidating but he was so helpful and informative in a really encouraging way. I had a long drive back to NC so he packaged everything up really well for me. Love to see people with that amount of passion and will definitely be stopping by again on my next trip to Jax!!!

Ironically not the shop I was supposed to go to but ending up here was definitely a happy accident. The staff here is very knowledgeable, the selection is incredible. Visiting to see gnarly Charley was a treat in and of itself. The staff gave me tons of advice on saltwater ecosystems and the importance of choosing the proper tank mates, even though I turned out being at the wrong shop they treated me and invited me back for any questions or products to take care of our tank at work

I'm not marine, I have many fresh water but I came in with my brother and was blown away of the selection! The colors, diverse species, everything was well displayed and looked very enticing for me to start my first marine tank! Owner was friendly and informative! Good times!

The best place for all of your saltwater tank needs. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The store had a great broad array of corals and fish and accessories from entry level to top of the line.

They have lots of nice fish. The staff is amazing. They always care about customers and they are very knowledgeable. If someone asks me for a good saltwater fish store, I would definitely recommend them. We recently got 3 cuttlefish.

I really like them. They have a decent coral selection. A little bit of everything and some pretty affordable stuff too. It's clean and you don't have to hunt for employees. They are pretty good about coming up to you. They also have par meters for rent which every reef store should have in my opinion.

Love the people here. Knowledgeable, efficient, and always ready to help! They have great sales periodically throughout the year, even though they are competitively priced. Bio-Reef is my first and only recommendation for marine aquarium supplies in Jax!

The store is very clean and well maintained. All fish appear healthy and the employees are super helpful looking out for both the fish and the customers. Anything I’ve ever bought here has been healthy.

Beautiful salt water fish and aquarium needs to maintain the salt water environment. Cool shop with great parking in a secluded business park. Workers were friendly and helpful. Tropical fish were expensive though.

This reef store is the absolute best, very knowledgeable staff, they answer any questions you may have whether it’s in person or over the phone, I live in Yulee and refuse to go anywhere else! Prices are very reasonable, such as the equipment you may need for the aquarium, prices are comparable to bulk reef supply. Fish were healthy and happy hence why I wouldn’t go anywhere else to avoid a weird parasite. Also a plus is the crew does not push sales and it’s a very pleasant experience. I just wish I would have bought my first setup directly from them because of the shipping costs. Thanks bio reef can’t wait to come back for some more corals!!!!

If I could give less than one star I would. Their people are the worst, starting from the owner, manager, and 1/2 of the staff. I've always given the benefit of the doubt, but no more...I'll drive the extra distance to Coral Logic, or out to Mandarin if I have to, but these guys have lost my business forever.

Always a great experience. Fish are exceptional saltwater. Tanks clean. Service is professional and experienced.

Great Customer Service and Clean Store. Only issue was that the purple fire fish I bought didn’t last the 20 minute car ride home. I found him lying side ways as I hurried to start drip acclimating. The rest of livestock I purchased is doing well in their new home.

👍👍 Very impressed with the staff and cleanliness of the place. Brian was very helpful. Second trip to complete our tank was even better than the first. We have only a 20 gallon aquarium but these folks treated us like we had a 200 gallon one. No question was too much. This is our ONLY aquarium store....

👍👍 Maybe it's because I've only shopped for salt water fish in landlocked states, but these prices are incredible. Huge selection, prices are great, fish are healthy, and the corals are beyond amazing. If this store has a flaw, it would be that the tanks for the fish are pretty bare and there's nowhe...
