Came here looking for a new gym to get back into bjj, what I didn’t know is that I’d find a family of people who all care about each other. I got injured and the head coach (Bryan Brown) made it as easy as possible with my healing process. He has checked up on me every class, making sure my injury hasn’t been too much trouble, and he has been there to guide me on his philosophy of taking care of your body. Couldn’t recommend this gym enough! Plenty of people, varying skill levels so you will always have someone around who is willing to train. The afternoon coach is very knowledgeable in the warm ups and techniques and will take time to dissect each part of a technique to help perform repetitions with increased fluidity and perfection.

I started my Jiu Jitsu journey here over a year ago and never left. I have been coming here ever since because of 2 reasons 1) Everyone is friendly and willing to help you. I have a hard time remembering drills so literally anytime I need help, there’s countless people to go to. 2) There’s a lot of quality here. You can decide to roll with whoever you want, but if you want to go against some highly skilled and intense practitioners then this place has plenty.

These guys are great. When you think of innovative and technical instructors Eddie Bravo is one of the first names that come to mind. The instructors at 10p Jacksonville are doing Eddie justice. If you are in the area I highly recommend dropping in and signing up. You will not regret it.

Bryan puts on an excellent tournament that's extremely welcoming and affordable. Great matches with tons of competition is perfect for everyone to get experience.

Coach Bryan is my Godfather of Jiu Jitsu thanks to him I was able to meet some of the best humans one can find , thanks to Bryan my love for the sport grow on me everyday , Coach Brayan is Honest , real , and black belt under Master Eddie bravo I personally saw him earn every belt from Master Eddie , if you looking for a family environment Gym that competes in the highest level then 10thP Jacksonville is the spot to be. I went in with zero grappling experience . Bryan was extremely welcoming and everyone is very friendly. There are no macho vibes or egos. Ive been training for 4 months now and am fully addicted . I highly suggest 10th planet to anyone thats looking for a fun way to get into shape . Also you will make some great friends here ! UPDATE: it's been 4 years now and Ive made it to purple belt. I consider this gym my family and have really grown a lot with the people here. 10p is not only a place that gets you in shape ,, it's a place where you can make lifelong friends and sharpen your skills together

Best JJ school in Jax. Gym is full of great, interesting people who also love to train hard. Staff is incredibly knowledgeable and you can tell they want everyone to be at their best.

I tried a few jiu jitsu gyms and this was the one for me. The environment Bryan has created is a clean safe fun environment to learn jiu-jitsu. The gym has large mat space, he’s a knowledgeable instructor who often puts on good seminars bringing in other world class black belts. This gym really deserves a 5 star rating.

Best no-gi jiujitsu in Jacksonville and second to no one anywhere. The gym is extremely friendly and inviting and Bryan is an Amazing coach and person. If you’re into martial arts or simply think you might want to try it out you owe it to yourself to try this gym out!

I don't have BJJ experience at any other gym, but after signing up for a membership at 10th Planet Jax, I don't want to. I was very nervous to attend the first class but after getting through the door, I felt welcome and there are usually other women there to train with. They have a great balance between making you feel comfortable being there, but challenging you to learn and grow. I really appreciate Coach Bryan and Coach Mattie. Great value for the use of the gym and learning from the best. Get out of your comfort zone and go.

Best BJJ gym period. Bryan and his team are highly skilled at their craft, amazing teachers, and really awesome people. The entire community at this gym is awesome. Do not waste your money anywhere else. This is the best BJJ gym around and it’s not even close.

One of the best jiujitsu facilities i’ve ever come across. I trained there for a month as a graduation gift a few years ago and i learned so much in that one month of training. I hope to return some day again! Great Training Partners and an amazing coach.

This is the best run 10th planet gym (and Jiu Jitsu gym) I know of on the East coast. They say repetition is the father of learning, and the warmups and drills that this gym provides give a structure (in sync with the headquarters gym) that no other 10th planet I’ve been to offers. The atmosphere is truly that of a team, and the instructors make the extra effort to ensure students are learning and retaining the technique.

Best jiu jitsu gym in north florida. The training material, training partners, and coaches are amazing. Easy and smooth set up to sign up too. Dont wait to come in, it’s guaranteed a good time whether you’re brand new or have previous experience.

Literally the best place in Florida to learn proper and applicable BJJ in true combat situations.
