    Rob really puts in his heart and soul as a trainer and he does not just prescribe a nutrition and training program and leave you to follow it without guidance. He tracks his clients' progress regularly, and offers good support in a holistic way including lifestyle changes. I have been working with Rob in my off-season prep and precontest prep alike over the years, and have only good things to say about the passion, dedication, and knowledge he injects into his work. Even as a competitive athlete myself, I can see it. (As a note, I am based in Singapore currently, and have worked with Rob online over the years while I was living in Canada, Japan, and Singapore. Online coaching works very differently from face-to-face, and we had to work with different time zones. Rob keeps tabs on progress of online clients too, and manages to get us to be accountable on our own end.)

    Rob has been an incredible resource. I have tried multiple coaches/services in the last decade, and I can personally affirm that Rob is exceptional. I especially appreciate that he is committed to providing knowledgeable, well-researched solutions that support the work we do in the gym. Seriously, Rob's deep knowledge of performance fitness and physiology is a rare find! He genuinely connects with clients from a really diverse range of backgrounds and encourages us to push hard. His approach has given me a lot of motivation and perseverence that I definitely didn't have on my own or with other coaches. Highly recommend!

    I am so glad to have Rob as my personal trainer for the past year! He is a pro in every aspect with a positive attitude & good sense of humor. My goal was to lose fat, gain strength and basically change my body composition so that I don't look or feel anywhere near my age. Rob asked questions, listened and then stepped up to the challenge! He created a personalized plan and changes it up as needed. I am enjoying the results and look forward to every session.

    There’s no better place to train than RK Bodies. Rob is an excellent personal trainer and the facility has everything you need. Rob motivates and ensures the exercises are done correctly and gives that one on one attention. He patient and works with people of all skill and fitness levels. There is no need to be intimidated in getting started! Look no further, you won’t be disappointed.

    I was a little apprehensive about the virtual training program, but boy, was I wrong! Rob made it a fantastic experience. He provided me with a nutrition plan and workouts for 4 months. Workouts would switch every 6 weeks. He was there for me every step of my journey to better health. Accountability is the key for me, and I couldn't do it without having to be accountable. The weekly weigh-ins and bi-weekly progress pictures did the trick, helped me stay on track! I am almost done with the program, I have only 2 weeks left. Lost 17 lbs so far, countless inches, built lean muscles, and gained a ton of confidence. I can’t wait to see what the last 2 weeks bring, but I have a feeling I will achieve my longtime goal! I can't recommend Rob Kreider and RK Bodies enough. He has changed my life, even though we never had a chance to meet in person.

    Rob is the best in the business, and easy to work with. The online coaching experience was great! We were able to work together long distance very well. The weekly check-ins really helped with keeping motivation. During our time, he made sure that my goals were being met, and adjusted our plan as necessary. His knowledge with nutrition was amazing, and educational. He was able to work around any food I didn’t like, or food allergies I had. He also has great recommendations for the supplements I needed. I highly recommend coaching with Rob, it is life changing. You will not be disappointed!

    Rob is one of the best in the business when it comes to knowledge, guidance, and the authentic ability to listen to my health/lifestyle concerns. Rob tailored a nutritional and training plan to assist me with getting back in shape while understanding my physical limitations. Knowing what you should do may be an easy concept, ‘knowing how to do it correctly, safely and obtain results has always been Rob’s main concern and focus!’ Rob represents the true meaning of ‘Personal Trainer’.

    I began working with Rob in the fall of 2020 as an online client and have made a significant amount of progress working with him. He has taught me a lot about various training techniques that maximize muscle breakdown inside the gym. Not only is he very knowledgeable about training, but he also reminds you that food is the number 1 anabolic. Before working with him I was overtraining and overthinking the nutrition aspect. Rob formulated a scheme for me to follow that enabled my body to have an ample amount of rest and recuperation to maximize muscle hypertrophy. I weighed approximately 170lbs when I began an off-season Lean Bulk under his guidance. I followed his intense training routine along with the detailed nutrition protocol and I was able to bulk up to 197lbs (biggest I’ve ever been). My joints felt great and my cardio was not hindered one bit. He established the plan and I put in the work both inside the gym as well as inside the kitchen to pack on mass. Following our lean bulk I picked out a date to compete in the Men’s Physique division. Again, I followed the plans both in-and-out of the gym and was able to cut back down to roughly 170lbs, but had make significant changes to my physique via greater muscle mass and density. What I like about Rob is he explains scientifically why you are doing what your doing and to trust the process. He is always a text or call away to answer any questions. I look forward to continuing to work with Rob as I continue to enter competitions in the future. Team RK Bodies

    Rob is the man!! My wife and I were online clients but we felt like we were in the gym with Rob for nearly a year!! He help us totally change our lifestyle and out look on all levels. He was a one of the catalyst to help us gain confidence in our bodies and mind.

    Rob is a great trainer and a even better person. He has transformed my health In just 4 months. He streamlined my workouts and the results have been amazing. I had a full back fusion several years ago and had constant low back pain. His plan has almost completely eliminated my pain. He has become a good friend and educated me on so much. Looking forward to continuing our training and friendship.
