    Perfect ! 💜 Our car broke down here and they were very nice about it. Gave us free water and I purchased a cold brew. It was made to perfection. The young lady was very nice. Update: 6/7 all the drinks were made wrong. The service was fast and they were nice. I gave no hassel since they gave me no hassel.

    the Starbucks at Queen's harbour shopping area is one of my favorite in Jacksonville. They make a great cup of coffee and the machines are well-calibrated. if you are heading to the beach or home from the beach, this is the place to stop for coffee after eating at Chick-fil-A, which is right next

    Omg 5 stars across the board!!! This Starbucks is the best and the morning crew are a beast. They definitely surpass the bar that was set. A dream team!! Been coming here for months and will travel to get to this specific location should I from the area!

    Do we have a problem? I order the same thing every time. Next time, I have to open it in front of them just to see what's going on. Did I make someone mad? I mean last I checked I'm the one who got screwed twice ordering online with the Barista forgetting about an online order. I had to call ahead to remind them that I placed an online order. Tighten up.

    Joey is an amazing cashier/barista!! He helped my husband and I get the best service we could ask for at Starbucks! So polite and helpful because of him we definitely will be coming back and hoping to get him!! Thanks Joey

    So disappointed. Sit in line for 10 minutes, car front of me gets their order in drive-through. I'm told, "I'm sorry we're closed." It's 7:01 they closed at 7. The website says they're open till 8:30. There was literally one more car behind me and myself. I guess when you sell $7 coffee, you can just turn business away. Oh ya. I also have one of those gold cards. Dunkin, here I come.

    I absolutely love coming here, Nate and Zoey ALWAYS take excellent care of me. They always have the perfect suggestion for me if I want to try something new, they're friendly, the service is very quick, and they are always SUPER friendly!!!! Even my kids love the staff and enjoy visiting with them while we wait!! I hate going to other Starbucks locations, this is the BEST by far!!!

    Spacious outdoor area is ideal during the hot months of the year. They have a good stock of beans, including decaf. Services is good although it can get busy during the usual rush hours. I sure do wish that Starbucks would bring back that decaf espresso. Don't they know there's more and more decaf drinkers as baby boomers continue aging.

    Starbucks has established its presence over the years because it understands the business and excels in its offerings. Yet, when it comes to black coffee, they don't quite hit the mark for me. While I respect Starbucks for its consistency and reach, my heart lies with the unique charm and personalized touch of smaller, independent coffee shops.

    I drive 15-20min out of my way when there’s a Starbucks right across the street from my house because this location always gets it right! I try to go when Jamie and Nate are there because they are the best!! They have the best energy, always great conversation, & most importantly my food and drinks are always perfectly and deliciously made! Thank you thank you thank you Jamie and Nate for always being my morning pick me up!!

    I absolutely love this location! You all are awesome in there. I have never had a bad experience here. I go here a lot lol!!There is a gentleman named Andrew who is very kind there. There are some other ladies I can’t think of their names, but they have the most amazing warmest welcoming nature. Thank you all for making my experience here always pleasant, even when you run out of items we always come up with ways to make up for it lol. Keep up the great work!

    I really wanted to take the time to write this review to recognize Nate. I work in customer service and he is ON POINT! At this point my family and I all know who he is. I feel one of the most important aspects of customer service is empathy and being personable. Every single time I go through the line Nate does just that. I’m a mother so it’s always chaotic in my car. I’ve never heard him or anyone at this location get frustrated with my children. Instead they include them. Every time I go through your drive thru I feel cared about, and it really just starts my day on the right foot. Thank you Nate and everyone else at this location. You make a big difference in my day to day life.

    So I’ve never really had an interaction like this at Starbucks. Before I’d always go to the one on Hodges and they’re always really kind, polite, and understanding. Did not have a pleasant experience with whoever is working the drive through. Kindness goes a long way and might need to be taught here…

    Wow, Wow, Wow! I have to say, this is why I got hooked on Starbucks over 20 years ago! I have been hearing about the Cold Foam option and wanted to give it a try. I ordered a Venti Shaken Espresso w/Salted Cold Foam… let me tell you, this by far is the absolute BEST Iced Coffee I have ever had. The quality of the foam literally stays in its form all the way to the bottom of the drink. Impressive! I ordered in the Drive-Thru and the service was impeccable. Friendly voice, fast service and everything perfect. This is my new drink! Awesome!

    Every time I come they are missing something or out of something and can’t make my drink the normal way. I have to settle for whatever they can make me and I still have to pay full price for it. If they don’t have the syrup to make it the way it comes, then I should be compensated for them not fulfilling my order the way I wanted it, but with whatever leftover ingredients they had. Also the frozen drinks are always served all melted and super watered down, basically flavorless food coloring. The frozen drinks at a gas station beat these.

    Id give 5 stars but just had a awful experience. Don't know who the barista was today on July 5th but in the drive thru I ordered a mocha cookie crumble no whip, they handed me one with whip and when I asked it to be remade, my remake taste awful, feels almost intentional even though I didn't originally receive what I ordered so that's not my fault. I frequent this Starbucks on a regular basis and tip as well. Maybe the person was having a bad day but I don't understand how a mocha cookie crumble which is suppose to sweet and chocolatey was bland and disgusting. I ended just drinking the one with the whip even though whip cream leaves a nasty film in my mouth.

    This Starbucks is always so quick and everyone is always so friendly. Today we went in for our typical Sunday breakfast/coffee. I didn’t notice until eating my sandwich but the kind lady wrote on my sandwich bag “have a great day”. Now this is something really simple and most people would smile and move on but I want to express my gratitude for this. It has been a terrible week for me, stressful and filled with so much emotion. Seeing this note did just make my day and feel there are still good and kind people in the world. Thank you to the young lady that wrote this note and just know you are very much appreciated.

    Came in here just to pick up a simple mobile order, but was greeted with the most warm, friendly smiles ever! The whole team was just so happy and it brightened my whole morning. It’s already hard to find super happy people at 7:30 AM, but when it’s a whole team of people, it really sets the standards for your whole day! Plus I got a cute little Valentine sticker on my cup :)

    I love this location. I go through the drive thru a few mornings a week. Julie and Nate always make my morning. My order is always right, and the drive thru even when wrapped around is fast and efficient. All before 7am. Thank you!!!

    Every time I stop at this location. The staff either gives me the wrong persons drink, and are very rude when I ask for the correct order, or the staff is having their own personal conversation, and not helping customers. I particularly have been subjected to a couple of guys who are almost seeming to team up and be rude to customers together for their own amusement. Please train your staff to treat customers with dignity and respect. I have been nothing but nice and respectful towards them, and I see other customers are as well, but we are met with sarcasm, and belittling attitudes. 0/10 I will not be returning to this location
