Amazing cafe! The coffee is outstanding. I had a Carmel macchiato and it put Starbucks to shame! It is so hard to find a cafe that makes it right, and this place nailed it! Now the play factory is every parents dream. I can drink my coffee while my children play. My kids had such a wonderful time, using their imagination, and playing with all the cool toys! This cafe is CLEAN. How you can keep such a clean shop with children playing is amazing! I feel so safe bringing my children here to play. Really great people, who are veterans own this place. I love how family oriented it is there. I highly recommend coming here!

Just found this place during a friends kids birthday party and loved the idea. A place for parents of kids to sit and enjoy a coffee and not worry about their kids not wanting to sit still. They had video games in the back for the older kids and a large playset for the toddlers that was fenced in. The coffee was awesome and a great price as well. 10/10 would recommend for a coffee date with a friend and their kids. Great Sunday morning experience. Erica was working while we were there and she was awesome at helping us pick the right drink and helped make the experience that much better. Go try it out!

Overpriced! We recently had our son’s first birthday here and it was ok. No one followed up or reached out in regards to our party booking, and when I called to confirm they had our event the man on the phone had attitude which was my first red flag. The day of we arrived at 1 (30 minutes before party started) and the “dedicated party assistants” that were mentioned in their party section was a single young girl who decided to take her break when we showed up. I set up the event by myself. The floor was dirty, behind the backdrop was roaches and crumbs from previous parties (second red flag). The bathrooms were atrocious! Honestly I felt embarrassed knowing guests were coming to a dirty environment. The high chair they provide did not snap in all the way which is a danger to kids trying to eat. Again the assistant was on her phone in the closet. While she was sweet she wasn’t attentive but that’d on the place for hiring a young girl to man a party by herself. For the play area to be socks only while we were leaving the assistant walked in there with her shoes which makes me think of the cleanliness of the play area that our kids were playing in. Sanitary wise this place is literal trash. I would not recommend to anyone.

The owner is very sweet & welcoming, it was my first time coming I came with a friend that has been here before with her kiddo, we had a blast. Blueberry muffin & latte was great! Great indoor place for kids & parents to enjoy themselves! We Will be coming again soon !

I can’t even put in words how much my daughter enjoyed her party at the Play Factory this past weekend. The amazing team working the coffee bar (Erica and Amy) made our time there so enjoyable. They took care of all the guest no matter how overwhelming it seemed to me. Lol We happened to meet the owners and they are so down to earth and lovely. I felt like I was at home. The Game Zone was such a great addition for the older kids at the party but the 0-6 play area was put to use. It was so nice to walk in and have everything done. From decor, cake, paper products, ballon set-up. I didn’t have to do a thing. I recommend adding the unlimited coffee bar to any party. The coffee and lemonade was amazing and my guest really appreciated being able to try everything! I highly recommend Play Factory & Café to all. Can’t wait to visit for a cup of coffee or a birthday party.

While looking for a place to host my son's birthday, I found this place with a simple Google search. Went physically to check it out and the online pictures matched the in person experience. It was very simple to book for the party. Any questions I had they answered clearly without the run around. I definitely recommend this place to host your little's birthday party. The kids had a blast and the staff was extremely helpful and professional.

We had our son's birthday party and it was great. We loved the place, we had a private party and the children really enjoyed it. Adding unlimited coffee for the adults was the best decision. We all fell in love with the coffees that Bree makes. Thank you for such excellent service and attention. We will definitely be back whenever we can 🙏🏼

I took my 1-yr-old and 2.5-yr-olds for the first time recently and they both adored it! I felt comfortable because it was safe and super clean! I loved the cafe options for myself. We’ll definitely be back!

This place is great! My family and I stopped by here on the drive back to Atlanta to give my 3 year old a break from the ride. He really enjoyed himself. It's perfect size for toddlers play and parents to relax without worry. They also have a really nice game room that older kids can enjoy.The owner's are so friendly and welcoming. The place is very clean. We had an ice coffee, mango smoothie, breakfast bagel and chocolate muffin. Everything was great. I wish I had ordered more! If you are in the Jacksonville area or traveling through with kids this would be a great stop! I will return on my next visit.

Just came here for the first time with my son and a friend- we really enjoyed it! Everyone was really friendly, it was really clean and they have a great selection of toys for kids to play and climb on. Will definitely come back again!

We're in town visiting family and visited the Play Factory today to let our 2 year old get some energy out. She had a blast and we all enjoyed our caramel macchiatos (hot, iced, and iced-with-no-ice 🤣). The blueberry muffin was also yummy. Our daughter loved the play area, especially the slide and Pickler triangle setup. If we're ever in town for one of her birthday parties, we'll definitely be having it here!

Our daughter (19 months old) really enjoys this place. She gets excited when she sees that we have arrived and even more excited once inside. Amazing and friendly staff, clean play area, and delicious coffee. We ended up getting the membership to be able to bring our daughter here multiple times a week. Awesome place for kids who are not of age to go to v pre k, they are able to interact with other kids their age and build social skills.

We just had our first experience at this venue and we loved it! The owner Bree was very friendly and welcoming, the coffee, chai latte, chicken salad croissant, and sausage and egg croissant were yummy and reasonably priced. We took our 5 year old daughter and 2 year old niece and they both had a lovely time! Bree engaged us in friendly conversation and told us about the business. Overall, we had a great time and we will certainly be visiting again.

We had my little girls FIRST birthday party here and it all came out perfectly. Tyler manned my crowd alone and Bre set up the cutest Fairy First 🧚‍♂️ themed party land for me. Just an amazing experience. Thanks again you two, we appreciate what you do.

Amazing place to host birthday parties! Had a party here 7/9/23 and the service was amazing, the venue was perfect! Would love to have another birthday here, my son had a great time! very clean and cute place 🤍 this place deserves 10 stars ☺️

Good idea. Definitely has some kinks. Signage and prices and rules and a sign up would be helpful. Didn’t really like being scolded by the worker for doing things wrong. Communication could have been better. Coffee was good.

Such a fun, safe spot for kids! They have so many different toys and activities. Also, the coffee and food items were delicious. Excited to visit again!

This is one my favorite places to bring my child. Great place to bring your child when you need a break. They have coffee tea and small snacks. Cleanliness is top notch. Both the previous owners and new owners are very nice and welcoming.

My husband and I loved taking our daughter! She’s 13 months so it was nice having another area we could take her to play without all the bigger kids, but both areas are great for play. Owner is extremely nice and the coffee is strong🤤 if you need a energy boost try the ‘new parent’! If we lived closer we would get the membership, but will definitely be coming back whenever we can make the trip!
