4 stars for atmosphere only because it's a food truck and God Himself is in control of the atmosphere! 🤣 But the food is excellent! I had the Mayport shrimp poboy and fries and being born and raised in south Louisiana, I was NOT DISAPPOINTED. Fries were fresh and cooked with the seasonings on them! A classic touch of quality in cooking. I'll definitely be returning ☺️

We placed an order for pick up on their food truck. I had fried shrimp and fries, it also came with coleslaw and hush puppies. My husband got the fish and fries. We both agreed that everything was very good and that we would definitely order from them again.

I work in Avondale and saw this truck on my way into work. Did an online order for pick up my first time and loved it. Came back a couple weeks later and got the same order. Super delicious! I got the fried shrimp with fries and hush puppies. The shrimp was seasoned very well, fluffy and fried to perfection. Love the bbq like seasoning on the fries. Hush puppies are so good. I absolutely love that you can taste the hush puppies and not oil. 10/10 definitely recommends. Quality food quality service!

Outstanding food! I had the smash burger, my husband had the shrimp tacos, and my son the fish and chips. It was all delicious! My son is a bit of a fish and chips connoisseur and he said the fish was the best he's had in Jax. The tartar sauce was fresh and and incredibly tasty. Everything was fresh and hot and prepared a la minute. Loved it, along with the craft beer at Ruby Beach! Thanks Chef Tito!

What a great find! Needed to get out of hotel during a conference and found this place while walking the area. Good menu variety and I went with the crispy chicken sammy & beer battered onion rings. They did not disappoint! Highly recommend if you are in the area.

Just tried them at WasabiCon today - I had the korean corn dog (it was so good!) and my boyfriend had the chicken bites. The food was amazing we would definitely eat here again!

Eat Happy Jax came to my neighborhood tonight and it was an awesome surprise. We got the chicken sandwich as well as the yuca fries and let me tell you everything was well seasoned not to mention the sauce that came with the fries was delicious. I hope to see them again soon to try more of their menu.

Eat Happy Jax and Chef Tito are amazing. I’ve eaten here twice now, once for brunch and once for dinner, and both meals were delicious. The chicken is always perfectly moist and tender on the inside and crispy on the outside. Everything on the menu looks incredible; you can’t go wrong. This food truck is the perfect addition to Ruby Beach!
