My
experience
at
ViomedSpa
with
aesthetician
Brittney
Sawyer
and
the
management
was
nothing
short
of
a
nightmare.
I
visited
the
spa
for
a
chemical
peel
treatment,
expecting
to
be
provided
with
detailed
information
about
the
procedure
and
proper
post-recovery
care.
Unfortunately,
this
was
far
from
the
reality
I
encountered.
From
the
very
beginning,
I
felt
ill-informed
about
what
to
expect
during
and
after
the
chemical
peel.
The
aesthetician,
Brittney
Sawyer,
failed
to
adequately
explain
the
treatment
process
and
its
potential
side
effects.
As
a
result,
I
went
into
the
procedure
with
a
lot
of
uncertainty
and
anxiety,
which
should
never
be
the
case
in
a
professional
spa
setting.
Fast
forward
more
than
a
month,
and
my
face
is
still
suffering
from
the
aftermath
of
the
chemical
peel.
My
skin
is
visibly
burned
and
damaged,
and
I
am
deeply
concerned
about
the
long-term
effects
of
this
treatment.
I
reached
out
to
aesthetician
Brittney
Sawyer
for
guidance
and
assistance
in
restoring
my
skin
to
its
normal
state.
Unfortunately,
my
attempts
to
contact
them
have
been
met
with
utter
silence.
The
complete
lack
of
responsiveness
from
the
aesthetician
has
left
me
feeling
abandoned
and
helpless
in
this
situation.
This
entire
experience
has
been
incredibly
frustrating
and
disappointing.
I
expected
a
reputable
establishment
like
ViomedSpa
to
prioritize
customer
care,
safety,
and
effective
communication.
Regrettably,
my
experience
has
been
quite
the
opposite.
I
would
strongly
advise
anyone
considering
their
services
to
proceed
with
extreme
caution,
as
my
ordeal
serves
as
a
clear
warning
that
they
may
not
have
their
clients'
best
interests
at
heart.
