I Love Staying Here! It's definitely one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The rooms have so much storage place, pet friendly, great area around the hotel to walk your dog. The staff is phenomenal and if you have an issue they always solve it quickly. The manager, Bianca is an incredible leader. She puts in so much work to make the hotel always look incredible & she's extremely considerate and understanding. I never thought I would enjoy my stay as much as I did but it's great, and the hotel is in the perfect location, not far from the beach, close to stores. If you book here you will not regret it🙂

Often hotels are a reflection of the management. Bianca the General Manager does a spectacular job running this extended stay hotel. I've been here a few weeks and I arrived to a perfectly clean and recently had been remodeled. There a full size new refrigerators, new large microwaves and a dual burner stove so you can cook with plenty of cabinets for storage. There's also plenty of storage for your clothes and a small desk area. The staff is friendly and the grounds are well maintained. Bianca greets you with a smile and is quick and exceptionally professional. I bring my own luxury pillows and you may want to as well. As good staff is hard to find in these times the desk is closed after 10pm or 11 although there are staff members on the property after hours. Great value and great location as well. Bianca was a straight Angel!! She greeted us nicely when we entered and wished us well when we left! She always had a bright smile! We sincerely recommend this location for anyone needing a quick stay! Make sure you take some time to try out the complimentary coffee at the entrance as well as the great little fitness and wellness center right outside the lobby. Once again, great spot and even greater service!

Bianca and her staff are amazing. They truly are helpful and made our stay very pleasant. Always nice walking in and being greeted by a smiling face. Thank you! Location was great with access to restaurants and parks for the kids near by. The rooms were great. Not one issue our whole stay. Beds are super comfy with soft pillows!

Awesome staff! Bianca and her team work amazingly together to provide a comfortable and affordable stay over this last year. Certainly will return and its in a nice location, just off of 295. Many construction projects around the area but this hotel location remains tidy and clean.

I'm up here for work and David at the front desk has been super helpful and polite. We needed a handicap accessible room and the parking is convenient. He even opens the door for us! And Bianca the Manager is always so cheerful every morning! Thank you both for a great stay

Been staying here since last October and lemme tell you, these girls make me feel like home! Not only do they go out there way to do everything they can to help you in need but they are so friendly. Cheyenne and Bianca are my favorite out of everyone. They are now my family and our kids get along so good. If your looking for a real home feel and some real genuine people then woodspring off baymeadows is where you need to be. Just look for my girls Cheyenne or Bianca or even Jessica you won't regret staying here.

The reason my score is a 1 it’ll be a zero if I could. The manager Ms Bianca and her co workers that are women, target women who are pretty and give them a hard time about pretty much anything! They close the office depending on the person. Show favoritism, make us do laundry for their covers or sheets when it’s their job! They also change the prices depending on the person too! It’s all very unprofessional. Ms Jessica flirts with my husband who felt very uncomfortable by her strange remarks! Cheyenne is another coworker, she is VERY RUDE, and only became nice when I threatened to let Ms Bianca know by via audio how I was treated. She was rude I asked for a plunger and was told that’s not an emergency! When I and my kids have to use the bathroom everyone has to use the bathroom through the night it had just hit the mark of office hours closing and they couldn’t assist me with a plunger. She later assisted me with the plunger but called to argue “get her point across” by saying “that’s not a emergency so I didn’t feel you need so don’t ask again” followed by a very nasty tone, as I stated I’ll let Ms Bianca know, and hung up. I came down the elevator to her yelling on the phone to someone while the office was closed about me stating I’d tell the manager. Very nasty attitudes, the hotel is very nice but has the wrong ghetto unprofessional people running it! Ms Jessica only is respectful to the coworkers but she is very racist and assumed I didn’t know Spanish then would proceed to speak badly about people of color in different languages to people who were working construction, or the other Hispanic beautiful lady, she exchanged words with her who was in the process of getting trained; she spoke about me in another language then the new person (other Hispanic lady) corrected her ignorance. Who was later fired. All in all be ready for jealousy, high school drama, gaslighting and bad treatment from people like Bianca, Jessica and Cheyenne. Be blessed and stay safe people!
