I have yet to move into these apartments but when I say Rachel is IT - she’s it. I just completed my application and Rachel has been one of the best leasing agents I’ve had the pleasure of working with in an apartment search. Not only has she been super clear on the details for each unit as well as the process/expenses for moving in - she has been extremely patient with me in my search. I tend to be indecisive when it comes to finding the perfect home, and she has been there every step of the way to ease in the process. I’m talking when I have questions or feel the need to tour a unit (again) just to be sure, she never makes me feel rushed. The staff in general has been super friendly and attentive, so that along with the clean grounds, unique color scheme and beautiful units make it a no brainer to call Forena my home. Great experience with this complex so far and highly recommend. Can’t wait to get my keys!

I moved to Forena with my family about a month ago and the experience has been excellent, starting with the staff from the beginning of the process with Megan to the maintenance staff, very attentive and ready whenever you need it, the amenities of the apartment, spacious, illuminated. The community is beautiful, the clubhouse which offers large living spaces, games, gym, yoga room, cinema, I love the pool, we are waiting for its opening, areas to grill and its location is excellent, it has shopping centers nearby, the beach a few minutes away, the avenue, schools. The decision to come to live in Forena was very right!! Thank you so much!

I've lived here since mid-August and my experience has been entirely positive. The units are absolutely beautiful and full of light with gorgeous detailing. The staff is super responsive and friendly and always willing to say hello. The location is spot on with shopping galore and activities in abundance withing walking distance and the beach is less than 15 minutes away. Highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to live on a short term or long term basis.

My husband and I moved into Forena mid-August and we have been nothing but impressed with this complex! The apartments themselves are beautifully updated with plenty of open space and natural light. The amenities aren’t yet open but they look amazing and we are so excited to use them! Management is also incredible- being super responsive with any questions or concerns we may have. If you’re looking for a new place to live, this is it!

It is a magical place to live, very quiet and with a lot of luxury, they took into account every detail of the spaces to make life more comfortable.

I looked at many apartment communities but something kept drawing me back to Forena - the floor plans, the new and trendy amenities and the leasing office personnel. Meghann was very knowledgeable and personable - always available to answer my many questions and even sending me pictures of certain units when I couldn't make it physically to the property. She went above and beyond to help and communicate about the construction and opening of the amenities. Such a great location and not far from the beach!

Wow! This place is perfect for us. Our furbabies love it too! First, the management is made of wonderful friendly people. They communicate well and make sure they deliver what they promised. We feel safe and definitely feel like we live in a luxury resort. Most of the amenities are up and running. Can’t wait for all of it to be open. We truly are enjoy the amazing workout facility and free drinks and snacks. You know when you are treated special? Come experience it here with us.

We moved into Forena about two and a half months ago and have nothing but great things to say about the complex, staff, and location. We shopped around quite a bit during our apartment hunt, and Forena by far had the nicest finishes and amenities. It is truly resort-style living. Huge/luxurious pool and other amenities, beautiful landscaping, and spacious apartments with attention to detail and high-end features (like under-cabinet lighting, soft close drawers/cupboards, rain shower head, etc.). Not only is the complex incredible, but staff are amazing. Rachel was our main point of contact during the leasing process, and she is phenomenal - friendly, super responsive, and accommodating. Since living here, we’ve had the chance to interact with most, if not all, staff and have had great experiences with everyone. All staff in the leasing office are wonderful, and the maintenance team is prompt, friendly, and great at their jobs. And our pup loves it here - plenty of green space and places to walk him, plus a pretty large dog park in comparison to other complexes. To top it all off, the location is perfect. Close to the beach, shopping, highway, and just a 20 min drive downtown. We cannot recommend Forena highly enough!!

I really enjoyed the time today with Ms Katherine Green. She was an awesome person. She took the time to explain very well in detail everything about the apartment complex I look forward to continuous correspondence from Miss Green. I hope to 1 day be a resident at your apartment complex in Jacksonville.
