I’m not sure how this place has so many stars because I did not have a good experience at all. I made an appointment for a veneer consultation and I was so excited! There were good reviews and 4.8 stars on google, however during my visit, the doctor was dismissive with my concerns, annoyed when I was asking questions about the veneer procedure and impatient to leave the exam room. The only time she smiled at me was when she told me that I have to pay 7,800 for 6 veneers. I recall my mouth dropped in disbelief.. not only about the price but the fact that she left the room and that was the end of our conversation. I felt unheard, I felt very small, and ignored. I left the office crying I was so sad. How can a doctor be so mean to a 27 year old who was so excited to come and see you? I do not recommend this place for cosmetic work.

I have been with Dr. Martinez for about 3 years. Prior to finding her, I had a deep fear of dentist and pain. I let her know of this on my first visit. I had some major teeth work done by her and not once did I feel pain or discomfort. She always made sure I was ok during any procedure. Now I use her as my regular dentist. She’s great and her staff is always friendly and accommodating. Her hygienist are also caring and very personable. The procedure rooms are clean. I get there and usually only wait about 5 minutes before they call me back. Great team! They will try to accommodate to your schedule for appointments and if they ever get an early opening, they will contact you to see if you can come. Ms. Jaime, one of the secretaries, is awesome at contacting me. Overall, I am pleased with Dr. Martinez and her staff. I would highly recommend her. *no one pays me for reviews- all of my reviews are real and straight up*

I have had all my dental work done from Dr. Martinez office for over 10 years. I’ve been happy with all their work making my teeth looking healthy and clean. From having Invisalign, grown and cleanings. The ladies are very courtesy and always helpful.

Although we like this office....today was the 2nd time we made an appt....confirmed it via text, show for said appt and are told its a different day. Something fishy going on. Are we being bumped for someone more inportant and someone forgot to call us?

I have been putting off this whole thing for far too long. From the moment I booked my appointment(s) to the moment I left, everyone I encountered was so friendly. I experienced no judgement, and the dental assistant and the dentist both calmed my nerves about the procedure. I would tell anyone who is feeling nervous or anxious about going to the dentist to come here.

Me and my family came in for our first appointments and also had a couple things completed with Dr Martinez and our family LOVES it here! They are always running on time and our appointments run smoothly. The office is very professional and courteous. We would highly recommend this office to anyone!

Dr Martinez-Hoppe and her staff are Awesome!! I'm 66 years old & have had dental issues all my life. This is the first time I've felt so confident and assured with a dental experience. The staff is so caring and professional. Dr. Martinez takes such immense pride in her work and is extremely compassionate. Love this place!!!

My experience at Hodges Family & Cosmetic Dentistry has been positive and every visit I am made to feel welcome with genuine care. From the Dentist to all the other office personnel, I always receive high quality and professional service. I don't normally take the time to write reviews but my experience with Dr. Martinez and her office was worth the time to show them my appreciation!

I called the office this morning because a crown came off while eating delicious peanut brittle. 🙄 The office was able to fit me into their schedule in 1/2 hour! I was so grateful to Yovanna, who took my initial phone call and also directed me to their office location when I was close by. Rebecca, the dental assistant, was very pleasant as she took X-rays, etc. Dr. Martinez-Hoppe was very nice, answered a question I had about another crown, and advised as to whether the crown should be replaced. There was no pressure about doing so. Rebecca had a Treatment Plan sheet ready for me, should I decide to have a new crown. Such a nice experience in this well-run, caring office.
