Malcolm is absolutely wonderful! 🙏🏼🙌🏼 Before arriving to the pool dive, I was nervous thinking it might be too difficult to get through but he does such an amazing job at making you feel comfortable in the water and with the gear. He gets down to business and doesn’t waste time. I don’t think I could have had a better experience with any other dive shop. Soo grateful he does what he does and I feel confident in my learned skills. James was excellent as well and made us all feel very safe during our dives. Very watchful and attentive - continuously making sure we were ok and stepping in when needed. A+++! Highly recommend getting your cert from North Florida Divers! Can’t wait to go on some dive trips with them in the future! 🫶🏼🐠🌊🤿

My husband and I both took the open water certification course with Malcolm and loved it! We wanted to get our certs by the end of the month for a dive on our honeymoon cruise, and Malcolm helped work things out even with our crazy schedules. We can’t say thank you enough! Great experience and value for price. Malcolm makes sure you’re safe and knowledgable about what you’re doing. If we decide to do any further certs we will definitely use North Florida Divers.

Malcolm was so helpful and accommodating and responsive in scheduling my daughters for their open water course. I only patronize PADI 5-star dive centers, and they obviously have a great reputation at North Florida Divers for good reason. Highly recommend!!

Malcolm was absolutely amazing from start to finish with everything. He was able to work with my strict travel schedule and book private instruction for my Open Water, Advanced Open Water, and Nitrox certifications. It was an absolute blast. He definitely isn’t here to teach the minimums and send you out the door, you will absolutely learn real world applications. He keeps you busy, keeps it fun, and keeps it real.

This place is amazing 🤩. Malcolm Kneale is an amazing diver that's full of knowledge and is willing to share it. Such a good dude that he lets you come to his house (and it's beautiful) for your pool training. Best rates of anyone too. So if your in the Jacksonville Florida area and want the best scuba training, give em a call and get set up. You only need a towel & a good attitude!

Mr. Malcolm is an amazing instructor who is very hands on with the fundamentals of SCUBA and also strict with the important skills of the certifications. Classes are usually small so you won't be easily distracted and the dive locations can't be beat. Florida is legendary for dive resorts.

Malcolm and his team are amazing. Always Patient and Prepared. Have taken several classes and have supported other class trips with video etc. Malcom Creates good, prepared divers. He is a consummate professional without making it painful. You understand why when he tells you not just DO it this way. Everything he teaches has a purpose and builds an understanding. North Florida Divers is AMAZING!!! I had such an great experience working with Malcolm this weekend. He was able to get me into a spot working with my schedule and answering all my questions even before getting into the pool. He was very patient and has a LOT of knowledge and teaching to offer. Both dives this weekend went smoothly for me and they were so beautiful! I would HIGHLY recommend North Florida Divers to anyone who is interested in getting their Open Water Certification. Malcolm's instruction is very clear and to the point and the class sizes compared to other companies are smaller and allow for a more personalized dive experience.
