Huge arena with plenty of seating. Was also my first time at a hockey game and the PA announcers/hosts did a great job at engaging the crowd. The staff is also friendly and showed us were we needed to be when we got lost

Came to my first icemen game. It was pucks and paws. Very cute idea. They had water bowls out for the pups and even thought of an area for them to use the potty. On the way out I heard an employee asking the people with pups to use the stairwell as the pups toes were getting caught in the escalators. Very thoughtful for the pups to find an alternative.

The Ringling Bros circus was incredible. Best 2 hours I've spent in a long time. So entertaining!

My first time here was for the circus that was in town. I realized during that point that there isn't a bad seat in the house. The arena is set up nicely in a way that everyone can see everything all the time. The place feels new and in great condition. Only thing I would say is that they need more elevators and more escalators.

Amazing time at the Sharks and Icemen games on two separate occasions. Both times all the security staff as well as the building staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. My son and I will definitely be back again!

It’s great that they have a place where we can enjoy all of the great entertainment, but I do not support cashless anything. Love you guys, but I have to stand by what I believe.

We bought tickets for Trans Siberian Orchestra for the first time and spent a small fortune on the tickets. Half way through the concert the air conditioners came on and were so loud that it RUINED THE EXPERIENCE!!! So mad!!!! I want my money back!!! Get it right people! Also there was some guy with a flashlight up in the rafters during the concert. So distracting! I still can’t believe it.
