I was excited to be visiting a Hooters because i LOVE the Buffalo shrimp. This location didn't have the best shrimp. Sauce barely covered the shrimp. I also ordered a bloody mary which turned out to be just tomato juice and vodka.. wasn't good at all. So disappointed. The ducks on the back patio was the best part

Was able to come right in and get seat during a crowed time. Server was Emily was the best. Short wait on food. It was hot and fast. A hidden gem right off the water. Good place to have a drink or bring the family. Veterans friendly 20% discount.

Quick service, big portions, really friendly and cute waitresses and reasonable prices, Overall, a good experience.

Me and my friend and my two year old son went in for some food. We decided to sit in the out door area . I sat in my chair with my son in my lap I was getting ready to order a beer and was pulling out my wallet to show my license, when all of a sudden my chair broke ,the arm and leg came right off ,me and my two year old fell right to the ground good thing I didn't fall on top of him . He hit his head on the floor i picked him up and checked on him hes fine he was just shocked . Also I'm Lucky that the broken arm chair didn't hit me in my pacemaker. The waitress went to get the manager, while people were staring at me and feeling embarrassed myself. I told the manager it's not a big deal that we are fine to draw away attention from myself, he proceeded to tell me he's never seen this happen before. I'm in retail myself if this would of happened to one of my customers I would of comp the meal or something letting them know we are sorry for the inconvenience but that wasn't the case for me I didn't even get an offer, customer service and care has gone out the window .the only reason I didn't make a big deal is because I felt embarrassed of the situation so many people were staring at me and my son .I will not be going back to this location.

We were seated quickly and the server was there fairly quick as well. The fiod came out fast but the wings were not warm temperature wise. Not sure if they sat in the window or just didnt get cooked properly.

Service was good. Wings very tasty but small. Being known for wings wouldn't ya want to make your wings the best? Find better wings? That would keep me from going back. Other wing restaurants get it and have big wings. Not sure why this hooters doesn't get it.... It's the only negative thing I can say about the visit. Staff absolutely great, the place was clean and the price is on par with other wing houses.

Food is always consistent, wings are excellent, fries are hot, and fried pickles are crispy... when dining in. We have had some order mishaps when picking up. Missing extra sauce, fries that should have been with wings, and even some missing cheese in a cheese stick (yes, it was just an empty shell). We call and they always allow us to pick up a missing item or give us the option for credit or cash back.

CHAOS! Will never go to a Hooters again. After this experience, I am not surprised the entire organization is circling the drain! No service but I did go to the restroom and nearly vomited from the smell of old urine and never getting cleaned. Can only imagine how dirty the kitchen must be!

I’ve been to hooters dozens of times and this was deplorable. Manager was just as rude as the waitress. Waitress came to the table once in over an hour. I read the recent reviews after I left without my food, it’s surprising that management hasn’t been fired already. The franchise should close this place down.

If I could give zero stars I would. The place is absolutely nasty and that's just the start. We waited about 7 minutes just for someone to come to the front to seat us, then another 20 minutes before someone came to the table to get our drink order. Now for the rest....after the drinks came the waiter dropped our drinks off then we waited another 30 minutes and decided to leave. No one ever came back over. We even had to flag someone else down just to pay for our drinks. Bathrooms were nasty and the peaks I got out the kitchen were also gross. Low rating and overall gross. Plus I could not even drink my tea...it tasted like dish soap.

This hooters has really gone down. You really need to close for a few days and do a deep cleaning. Dirty bathroom. My husband ordered a side salad and the cucumbers were slimy. The person making the salad should have known and not even put that out. That's how people end up in the emergency room. Need to do a much better job.

My husband and I frequent hooters during the week and the staff are very friendly and welcoming, however tonight we watched the hostess whose first day it was and a server sit near the front door for quite some time vaping and screaming profanities while talking to friends and complaining about customers. We have learned the staff during the week are classier and more professional and the staff on Saturday nights are classless and immature. See you Monday!

It's a Hooters, so I expect friendly service. She did the bare minimum at our table and even then spent a long amount of time leaving our table unattended. Empty glasses, dirty app dishes, etc lingering on the table. Not impressed.

My family and I have been to this location twice now. Both times have been on a Thursday so we could watch Thursday night football. It's always been clean and the staff is friendly and helpful and polite.

It's hooters, what more do I need to say. This specific hooters does have a great patio with plenty of room and a nice view as well. Keep up the good work guys

we showed up Christmas night around 10:45, we understood the inside was closed and it was only open for Togo orders. we put food in Togo which then took almost 50 minutes to come up. In that time I only saw two other orders come up and the restaurant was empty. I think they were to busy cleaning in the back and in a hurry to go home then fry some wings that maybe take 20 minutes to cook. food was great but I don't think it should have taken around 50 minutes for the order to come up.

The worst restaurant experience of my entire life…. I waited longer for 10 chicken wings than a gourmet meal on Hells Kitchen. I walked in at 5pm and left at 7pm with no entree and only 3 drinks. If I could give a negative review, I would. Not to mention, it was Veterans Day, and I watched over 100 vets leave because the line was so long to get food. Ridiculous considering Jacksonville loves our veterans. God bless America, but F this Hooters.

Waiter was more intresed in her friends sittiing in her section then serving the guests. Sat down with them for long periods of time. Should not be allowed by corporate for this reason. And was too busy to realize it was 35 minutes for wings and fries. I timed it. Food came out ice cold. We sent the food back. She didn't try to change our mind about food, or apologize at this point because she knew it was her fault. She also did not try to us to stay, just left and returned with the tab. We decided to just drink our beers and leave. Did not want anything to happen to our sent back food. Been in the industry too long, know and seen waaay too much. Terrible service. Was excited for Hooters because I haven't been in awhile and I love the wings. Well, will think twice from now on.

Stopped by for a beer and a little lunch. Service was good and friendly but took almost 45 minutes for sliders that came out over cooked. I was done with the burgers by the time the fry came out. The fries were good and fresh.

Honestly the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. My party of 6 arrived at 11:30 and we waited until 12:45 until we ultimately called it and had to leave. The waitress came and checked on us once. We complained about the wait and he said she would check on the food. We heard nothing about that check. 15 minutes later we asked for or check so we could pay for or drinks and leave the waitress tried to stall us some more. I literally never leave reviews and if they had told us that the wait would be an hour I wouldn't be upset. It wasn't the waitresses fault that the food wasn't being made but just let the customer know especially during the lunch hour so they can decide whether to stay or go. Also the bathrooms were super nasty, they reeked of urine.

I should rate this a 0. I ordered on a Saturday night and ordered a BYOB with curly fries. This is what I got. This is NOT an acceptable piece of meat.

Showed up and took a seat outside, waited 20 minutes, several times watching waitresses serve other customers at the next tables, and not one even greeted me after looking at me. Wasted the majority of my lunch break without even an offer for water, much less anything else. Very disappointed with the service my last couple of visits.

Haven't been in a while so it was easy to see the wings are smaller now and more expensive. Service is still good and staff always friendly. Personally, I won't be back!

I took my wife and daughter there for dinner on Friday. We wanted to sit outside. The hostess seated us but after no server acknowledged us for twenty minutes I went to the bar and ordered a pitcher. Bartender said they had to change kegs, to go back to my table and they’d bring it out. Never happened. In fact a server was waiting on the table next to ours but wouldn’t even look at us. I’ve been going here since the 80s. No more.

My hubby and I went for a late lunch on Jan 1st at 2pm. We were so happy to find a place to hang out by the water, watch the game via TV's on the deck and eat at Hooters for the first time in over a year. It was moderately busy but plenty of staff. Our waitress seemed attentive at first.. then she wasn't. Short story... appetizer came without utensils, plates and she left quickly. I had to go find her!! By the time we finally started eating we were presented with all the rest of our food. WE HATE THAT!!! I've waitressed, bartended and worked several customer oriented jobs. She left used towels,dishes,didn't check back and we put our sunglasses on leaned back in our chairs and finally my husband had to search for her to pay our bill. I went to the car. He left a $10 tip(should have left zero). Whoever is responsible for training or management of services should be ashamed. Very disappointing!! Thought we found our new hangout close to our home. Sad 😔

Wanna know why this store is rated so bad? Management. I came in, ordered a grilled chicken salad Togo.. oh you guessed it. No chicken! I call up to the store, a lovely young lady was very helpful in trying to get the issue resolved. I could not even speak to the "manager".. This "manager" couldn't reimburse my debit card for the mistake.. but could send me a stupid coupon in my email. Well as you can guess, I never got that coupon either.. Manager of hooters.. thank you for living up to your reputation. You will not see me in your store every again.

Had an amazing experience...ask for Isabella. She was one of the best servers I've ever had. The most impressive part of the experience was that she is only 18 with amazing maturity and tremendous customer service skills well beyond her years

Like the fact that it's right on the water so you can enjoy the view other than the other views. Mallory was my server and was very attentive and sweet. They have plenty of televisions on the deck and inside to watch games of your choice. Had Philly cheese steak with onion rings and it was tasty. Good spot to just relax, watch some ball and throw back a few.

The chicken wings were small and they were over cooked with tons of sauce smeared over them. The onion rings had no onion inside them and they were like thin, dried out, small, greasy breading with no onion. The employees were very nice and so was the manager. The only thing the place is lacking is remodeling and better food that’s edible. The service is excellent and friendly.

Great wings and friendly staff. Outdoor seating area with water view, pretty nice. Only thing missing in my opinion is they don't have Pepsi zero.

Service was outstanding (5 stars). We sat overlooking the water. Nice place. As a side note if I could buy out Hooters I'd put more clothes on the servers. It's getting ridiculous. Guess the owner doesn't have daughters or has no shame (maybe 1 star).

This location has a nice open deck on the back overlooking the river. The food was excellent and the service was spot on. Mallory my waitress was very sweet and attentive. You can't go wrong with the fried pickles and the boneless chicken wings!

Here now as I write this . It’s early so no problem in seating. Server Emily J. was very attentive , polite and with a great attitude! Shrimp tacos are better than expected for a wing place. The manager was also helpful as he was the first to greet me . Overall I can’t complain.

Haven't gone here in a while. The wings are a lot smaller. The orange colored wing sauce is gone. They want you to read the menu off your phone. They have menus but no prices are listed. The whole point of going is to talk to the waitress. The fries weren't cooked fully. It's a shame. It used to be a fun place to go.

I was pretty surprised with the service and the food. My family and I met up for lunch on a Sat. They were so accommodating and all the food was fresh, mozzarella sticks were awesome so we're the waffle fries. Bacon Cheeseburger Burger looked amazing and my Uncle agreed. The front patio was perfect on a gorgeous day and the ducks and geese made a "fly by" on their way back to the river. My cousins enjoyed THE BAR😂
