Delicious lunch- we had meal entrees and the “endless soup and salad” It was all fresh and hot. The soups were excellent - creamy and hot. Breadsticks were up to par. Pasta dishes were served piping hot. There were three kids meals that were enjoyable and had the traditional crayons and placements. Service was professional and friendly. We were promptly seated. Easy access and plenty of parking. Outside benches to sit if waiting. Take out Area. Restrooms were clean.

I've been to this restaurant over the past couple decades many times. The redesign after the fire the original one had is much nicer. The lighting and music is mellow. Most recent time of visit is June 2021 during Covid-19 Pandemic. The menu is a much smaller version, no special rotating menu. Their staples are always a hit and the staff was great. I'd recommend when craving Italian.

If you're looking for a job, don't waste your time applying here. I had 2 interviews and the second one was terrible. The first interview went great and the manager I spoke to was very outgoing and personable but the second interview was a mess. I came 10 minutes early just to wait almost 45 minutes to be seen by a manager. When I finally do speak to the manager, he has the wrong application and is asking me about someone else's work experience. Very unprofessional and disorganized. Then I received a rejection email and an offer to schedule another interview. What sense does that make? Why would I schedule another interview with Olive Garden when this company did not value my time or respect me enough to even give me a proper second interview with my application? Do not apply here especially if you have kitchen experience as these are all signs of what the BOH environment would be like. Dysfunction in the interview process is not a good look to potential hires.

Food was good, although it looks like the fettuccine Alfredo is put on standby mode waiting for it’s toppings before going out to the customer I had some dry pasta around the side of my dish, not a big deal they were slammed busy, service was great even with how busy they were we did not feel rushed and were taken care of at all times, our booth kinda sucked the light was way too dim and hanging way to low. It’s an Olive Garden their food is usually consistent and tastes good.

The waitress was AMAZING, She was polite and very courteous. I did ask for a salad tho without onions but the back worker who made it onioned me... That is slightly my fault because I didn't not mention I was intolerant but it be what it be. The waiteress however was quite kind and came by to fill our drinks and laugh with us so I do recommend, just don't make my mistake if you have an allergy! Also they had great vegan options for my fiance and even modified the pasta for them by adding olives and cooked mushrooms!

Yuri was fantastic. Really knew how to make us feel like family. Been a while since I've been here, newer look, same great food. Always quick with the breadsticks, and food really didn't take long at all. Great vibe, great service, great time.

We had a fantastic time while dining here and it was the first time since the remodel. Taylor was our server and she was very friendly, polite, and courteous. We really appreciated her upbeat attitude and I was impressed with her attentiveness. Our food was delicious and it was served promptly. The dessert was scrumptious. Everything was on point. Keep up the good work.

We haven’t been here in a while and decided to bring the kids to try it. They absolutely loved. The kids menu has a great variety to choose from and the portions are generous. My kids each had some type of pasta with tomato sauce and chicken tenders. They were raving about it the entire time. I had their unlimited soup, salad and breadsticks. I chose the chicken and gnocchi soup, which was my favorite. Everything was fresh and tasted delicious. The service was very friendly and helpful. We came right before the dinner rush on a Saturday and it wasn’t too busy. We were seated immediately. I would definitely come again especially since my kids loved it.

I came in around nine and got sad at the bar. I always get my same thing, unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks. I was having a really rough day, and Miss Britney was my server/bartender. She made my night so much nicer just having genuine conversation and so sweet. She even put me on this delicious drink that I will not be getting every time I come. I know management tend to, ignore the good reviews but I really hope that something good for her comes of this.

Noah was the best. Period. Just finished a 12 hour shift at work and I was exhausted with no energy, but he really uplifted and made the experience fun! He was amazing. He even managed to figure out what my spouse wanted, without having a menu, super knowledgable about his stuff, and knows how to assist his customers very well. Best waiter there. Everyone else is 2nd place. He was so busy, and even got burnt while assisting , and kept a smile on his face while bussing still. Very thorough and attentive! Give this man a raise! XD Honestly he made the whole dining out a good experience. 10/10

Everything was great. The waiter was very attentive. The food was delicious. Nice atmosphere. I had a great time having lunch with a former co-worker who's been an amazing friend.

Fabulous dinner! So glad we decided to try Olive Garden again after many years of going other places. This was delicious, the service was amazing and the restaurant is beautiful. Highly recommend!!!

Pros: Everyone is really nice. The manager came by personally when there was a complication with the order. And it looks nice inside... comfy. The appetizer the fried shrimp and veggies with spicy dip sauce was tastey. Cons: The table game tablet costs money to use and there is no notice of this. It just pops up on the bill. They forgot the the drink, served the incorrect drink, and forgot we asked for the check. The pasta was very overcooked. This was a slow Tuesday night. I was in a party of three. Would I go here again? It wouldn't be a go-to for me.

This is our second experience at this restaurant and both times have been so amazing! This time, our server Abra was so pleasant, helpful, and went above and beyond. She anticipated all of our needs and paid us extra attention. It was my parents last night in town and this just made the trip that much more special. Thank you, Olive Garden and Abra for a very enjoyable evening.

My sister and I went last night a little before closing time and had the unlimited soup and salad along with the four types of bread dips. Everything was fantastic, cheesy, and delicious!! The sweet tea and raspberry lemonade was on point and the waitress was amazing! She sent us home with a couple extra bags of breadsticks for our kids and I thought that was so sweet!

Came here for dinner last night with my family. Excellent! I got a perfect mojito from the bar, we sat down and our server was excellent. She was very attentive. Our salads and appetizer were great. The main course was served extremely hot. I love hot food so this was wonderful. Will come back again!

Today was my first experience in years and I could definitely "taste" the difference. Pros: wine tasting .Clean presentation and friendly staff overall. . Soup & Salad .Shrimp and Chicken carbonara!!! Cons:classic Alfredo not as flavorful as I remember . Fettuccine noodles overcooked and stuck together . Prices have increased quit a bit

Always delicious!!!! My Boyfriend gets the Lasagna and I eat the salad (By Choice) but a fried and I were talking about Calamari & seafood a few days prior, so I decided to get the Calamari (I have b4) and did not disappoint. The batter is so delicious... it does not need any dip IMO.

Excellent food and service. Endless soup and salad combo is a great deal! The Zuppa Toscana soup choice is our favorite and one of the best soups I've ever had. The other soup choices don't quite compare and this alone is the reason I don't give five stars. Would like a couple other great soup choices with this deal. Our server was awesome!

The meatballs were so big! I had a great time, our waitress was amazing aswell. All together a very good experience, the only bad thing I have to say was the noodles were kind of overcooked but overall everything was delicious. You havent lived until you wat the chicken gnocchi soup!

The server was nice, and helpful as I told her I was fasting so she helped me pick a meal that fell into my restrictions. The food was fresh. The price was feasible. The table was private for me and my love to enjoy just being with each other. The salad was sooooo good I wish I had more right now!

The food and the service is terrific. I have visited on several occasions and the server Cam has always been fantastic. I'm not sure why the staff chooses to seat guests near the entrance to the kitchen. The area is loud, busy, and chaotic. The constant traffic does not allow the guests in the area to enjoy the meal. Talking across the table would be difficult, I usually eat alone. Keep up the great work.

A group of friends just enjoyed a great meal at this Olive Garden. Joy was our server. We said she was fabulous--quick, knowledgeable, funny, on the spot with everything. The BEST--VERY BEST--Server we have ever had. Will definitely ask for her the next visit.

we were seated quickly at a clean table when our server showed up to take our drink order. he came right backnwithn2 delicious cocktails and took our appetizer and dinner order, and seemed to come right back with some delicious calamari. The endless salad and bread showed up and were fantastic. Dinner soon followed and was amazing. Kudos to the Olive Garden team as quality and service have really come a long way...

We had an amazing server named Sarah(not me 😂) and she was wonderful. Thank goodness the kids behaved themselves! We were a party of 2 adults and 4 kids and she was expedient, welcoming, and accommodating. We were also pretty late to arrive, but we didn’t stay until close. Regardless, our food came out correct and hot food was hot, cold food was cold. Honestly, though, the best part of the meal was the service. Sarah was great and we really appreciated her time and effort.

Both times i ate at this location the food was above average. the salad was cool fresh and crisp. the waiter was chintzy with the cheese and was reluctant to offer it out of the grater though. ill visit this location again because i was satisfied with the overall experience. Arizay accomodated our requests.

We were returning to town and ordered a meal to take home and enjoy. The ordering process was easy over the phone as the app was unavailable. I entered the take out area, paid for the meal and waited. While I was waiting, I observed 3 servers filling their glasses in an odd and disgusting manner. Instead of picking up the glassware and scooping the ice from the ice scoop into the glass, the each of these 3 servers left the glassware on their drink trays, scooped the ice with the ice scoop and then used their left hands to guide the ice into the glasses. Additionally, 2 of the servers were observed wiping both of their hands on their aprons before finishing with the ice in the rest of the glasses. I should have said something then. Instead I addressed this issue with a male manager. Of his comments, he inquired if I obtained the servers names? From approximately 15 feet away, how was that possible? And secondly, he stated those actions were "kind of gross." Kind of gross??!! In what world is using your unclean hands to scoop ice acceptable?? Needless to say we recooked the food upon at home to ensure it was temped correctly and to kill any unclean actions by the cooks I didn't observe.

They were excellent. We ordered to go and the food was hot and delicious! The young lady that took the order didn't become frustrated when I changed something mid order! Awesome place to eat.

Guy who came out to give us our curb side order was super nice, usually I get a attitude especially because it was raining!! But he was super friendly. Food was nice and warm too knowing we ordered lime 30 minutes before closing.

I order this salad on a takeout and the lettuce and tomato were old and tastes really bad this have never happened before and I was surprise to see this because I really like the food here

The salad and breadsticks were great. Warm fresh bread sticks and cold salad. Our server was fantastic. The issue was that there was no salmon, so I ordered pasta. Both our pasta dishes had overcooked pasta. Wow. This is inexcusable for an Italian restaurant. Disappointed for sure this visit.

Shocked at the service I received. I ordered carside, and the young lady that brought out my order was pleasant but forgot eating utensils. I tried to stop her, but apparently she didn't heat me and I went inside. Multiple people were bustling about as I stood at the counter for several min. Afterwards I said excuse me like 5x only to be met with no eye contact and silence. After saying excuse me a few more times, I walked in the kitchen area and not one person questioned why I stood there. After about 30 seconds, 2 different employees walked right past me and headed to the kitchen. I said 'wow so you guys are going to walk past a patron standing in your kitchen and not say anything?' Ultimately I got what I needed and left. Maybe it was an off day, but the lack of customer service was def off the charts. Salad good as always, pasta dry.

I am immune compromised and it is very difficult for my husband and I to find a "safe" place to dine out. When we explained my situation to the hostess at the Olive Garden at Regency she immediately seated us in an isolated area of the restaurant without question. Then the person we presumed to be the manager came to our table and explained that they would provide me with packaged eating utensils which were sterile and that my salad would be served in a sterile to go container. Our server, I think his name was Ron was also especially thoughtful. Without a doubt this was the most enjoyable lunch out we have had since I began fighting this cancer in November.

Tomatoes were not ripe in the salad. The first salad I got had crutons when I asked for none, so the waiter returned with this new salad (as pictured). Its easy to see these tomatoes are not good, but I felt bad for the waiter so I didnt want to ask him to return with a new salad again. The alfredo also was very dry at the bottom as they did not put enough sauce at this location. The waiters customer service was great and he was very polite, but something is going wrong in the kitchen.

Updating my previous review because each time we come here it just gets better and better. We had the absolute cutest bartenders this evening (randi and another very sweet lady) our food was out within 8 minutes and everything was completely on point! We love this place and will be back!

Great staff and great food. My waiter today was terrific. This is one of my favorite restaurants. However, staff with long hair should pull it back for sanitary purposes. I noticed everyone there does not do that. This restaurant definitely needs a makeover, but if nothing else at least a DEEP cleaning. Boothes, tables, windows, window seals are dusty and do not appear very clean. Wait staff need to be mindful of changing out their aprons when visibly soiled. Hopefully management / owners will take heed to some of these things because this is an awesome establishment.

I’m contacting you today because of multiple mix ups with my order the other night. My wife placed a pick-up order last night for dinner for myself and our daughter. When I went to pick it up everything was fine. The customer service was quick and polite. It wasn’t until I got home that I saw two of our entrees had pasta and sauce coming out of the sides of the plastic To go boxes. It was all over the inside of the bag with sauce and noodles and liquid that was slightly leaking out of the plastic. This was the first issue and was extremely annoying for myself to clean up. The food seemed good and salvageable so I made the most of it. Once I got inside I realized the real mix up. We had been given the WRONG items for our order and the only two things were right and that was the appetizer and my wife’s entree. I don’t understand how this can happen. My wife and I have been patrons of your restaurant for years and never experienced anything like this. It was an inconvenience to say the least. I was throughly upset with the service along with my wife being upset at me.

My spouse and I came in to have dinner a few nights ago. We are semi-regulars at this location, but usually come in at lunch time. We were greeted by two hostesses, one wearing a hijab and another with a short, dark ponytail. I didn't catch names, neither gave them. Immediately upon entering, the hostess wearing the hijab asked us if we needed children's menus and started laughing. We're both adults and have no children, nor were there children around us. The implication is we were dressed/looked childish, just to be clear. She walked us off to the right, facing the inside, and sat us at a half chairs/half booth seating area, in-between two couples. I asked if we could have a booth, as I am disabled and use a cane, making it very difficult for me to get in and out of such a small, cramped area, especially without assistance because my spouse is unable to help as they are squished in next to me. She said none were available. No worries! This will do then. We still wanted to have dinner there, even with the added difficulty. Less than five minutes after seating us, she seats ONE person alone at a booth, right in front of us. We promptly left after seeing the man sat. We took our business elsewhere. I don't understand what her issue is/was, but unless the issue is truly addressed, we will not be back. We have never had an issue here, and this completely soured it for us.
