Waited in line for over 15 minutes at the drive thru, at the window and NOT ONE EMPLOYEE said a word to us or even greeted us or even said we will be right with you. NOTHING!!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I asked for a pepperoni pizza... I basically got cheese bread with pepperonis on top... I am guessing they ran out of sauce and didn't want to run to the back to pop open another can... #SMH

They gave my 30 dollar order away to someone else after waiting 20 minutes ☹ then we waited 15 more minutes . We ordered a meat pizza / wings / cheesy bread. Well we recieved bread sticks and no cheesy bread. This place is unkept and lacking of staff. They should change the name from Hot and Ready to.....Hot and Ready in one hour and you might get what you paid for. Horrible experience and will not return

I paid for my pizzas and she said 10 minutes they'd be ready. Go outside and come back to the door to pick up my pizzas and they got the door locked. He signaled to go thru the drive thru. I shock my head no. I paid inside I want my pizzas inside. Why would they lock the door and make people who already paid go wait in line at the drive thru that they obviously ain't servicing either. This place is horrible.

Needs a whole new staff. Sat at drive thru window for 7 minutes before a lady said anything (she knew i was there, had to finish her conversation about her night out and getting her hair done, window wide open) first words out her mouth were "what do u need?" Like im inconveniencing her, i received my order, she closed window, extremely poor customer service. Pizza was old, room temperature and a little stiff. Definitely will not be returning.

Arrived @6:53pm and ordered inside. Could barely understand counter person because she wouldn't speak up. I asked about the fenceroni pepperoni pizza. There was a picture of it above her head and she acted like she didn't know the picture was up there. I asked if it was a thin crust pizza because that's what it looked like. She said it wasn't. I ordered two pizzas and she was in such a hurry that I almost didn't get to put the breadsticks on my order. She said it would be ready in 15 minutes. We stepped outside and waited in our car. At 7:15 p.m. we returned inside and waited an additional 10 minutes for the pizzas. The girl that took our order saw us but did not give us our order right away even though it was done. Our pizzas were sitting on a steel table next to the drive-thru window and we're not given to us until 25 minutes after 7:00 p.m. when we finally got the pizzas my wife opened the box to check that we had the right ones. Almost all of the pepperoni was burned but we were not very happy at that point so we just took the pizzas and left. We ended up throwing most of it away because it was inedible. We have been going to this Little Caesars for years but the last two times were enough to say no more. I recommend they re-staff as soon as possible. The only person that looked like he cared was the manager.

I bought 3 pizzas for meal prep and they were burnt. I understand they are short staff but it tastes like I'm eating charcoal.

Very disappointed that every time I place an online order I am not provided the option to add garlic sauce to my pizza which is how my kids like their pizza. Then I have to go back and forth with them to add it. I’m out of town ordering food for my kids back home and they can’t have the food how they want it unless they are charged at the store.

Though the service isn't completely insufficient nor the atmosphere totally lacking, the once $5 pizzas now $8 cast a synthetic shadow over the rubbery treat. We live in a processed world where both the product and manufacturing have a dystopian, mechanized quality. Man was not made for this nor should these plastic pizzas be made for man.

Good thin crust pizza and Great Service. The gentle man brought it to my car..when ready.

I love the cashier Jalen he was very respectful very outgoing enjoying his job and we really need to see more than of that in the workplace from young people and he has very good manners The other team was working good it was just a great atmosphere Thank you Little Caesars for making my DoorDash experience there excellent and again thank you Jalen

Walked inside to order with my two children, waited about 5 minutes and not one acknowledgement from any of the employees, they didn't even look up from their conversations. The lobby shouldn't have a cash register if there isn't anyone to tend it.

This was very pleasant! Customer service was great! I highly recommend this little Caesars.

The line was fast even though they were busy and the young gentleman was very kind at the window.

Just my all time favorite place to go but that's because I love the crazy bread it's all I ever order

I swear I'm not a fan of pizza (other than pizza hut!) but the pepperoni hot and ready was hot and delicious. Also the garlic parmesan wings were to die for.

Always pretty fast if it's not hot-n-ready... 7/10 on quality of food 5/10 quality of service.

Good pizza but allways have to wait for it to be made. I alkways get simple pepperoni hot n ready but its never ready. But it is hot when I finally get it

I do not recommend them, we went tonight to buy two pizzas, my family and I, we went home to watch movies and while we ate the sausage pizza my husband reacted as if he wanted to vomit and when he had to spit out the pizza, which he spit was a piece of a tooth or tooth that did not belong to him, that happened today July 7, 2023 at 10:00 pm, it is something very unpleasant and disgusting that I do not wish on anyone, I will see how I take legal action now that this is something that can affect the health of my family and I still do not understand how this could get to the pizza, the only way would be if they spit it out or put it directly on the pizza, I hope the public who is a customer can read it Take care when eating in this establishment and any store manager or owner who can respond to this situation, I hope this does not happen to someone else

Beem here 3 times now. Each time staff has been very friendly even though they are busy. Also pizza is always tasty and made fresh.

Last pizza was greasy and burnt on the bottom. And tried to get skimpy with the sausage on the extra most best pizza.

I ordered a 5 meat and it was mostly bread😡 I guess we will be trying a new pizza a not a little caesars because we went from Normandy Blvd to Wilson Blvd and neither pizza was good.

Please try another location because they do not care about customers at this one. The young lady was on her phone the entire time she was supposed to be working and management is a joke. I think corporate should know how horrible it is.

The 3 times I've gone here, whoever is in the drivethru apparently doesn't have any customer service or personality. Barely says anything and I have to start talking first. Almost as if I'm bothering them on their time. Seems like little ceazers will hire anyone. I'm done with this company

I tried to call ahead and they put me on “hold” but it took over ten minutes so I arrived on location before making me order to be told to wait for 10-15 minutes. I called ahead because I didn’t want to wait. Hot and ready is never hot and ready with this place!

I wouldn't put ANY stars if I could. Normally this is my go-to pizza place and it's usually pretty descent quality wise and time wise but today.... I was at the drive thru window for over 10mins as worker after worker walked past, I even went so far as to say is anyone working the window? No reply.. I understand being busy but it's not THAT hard to acknowledge a customer and say I'll be right with you... Nothing hard about doing that at all and then I would be patient and it would of been understandable. Customer Service in a Food industry goes a long way.

Great service. Quick and Easy communication. Never received an under cooked order. Love this store. Best and honestly my favorite out of all the other little ceasers I’ve been to.
