High expectations with lowest possible delivery. The entire experience did not live up to the melting pot name. Fine dining named and poorly delivered. Meal was not fresh. Dishes and atmosphere were dirty. The experience was so poor we canceled our dessert and the server went back to the kitchen and loudly announced we canceled dessert. For the money in Jacksonville there are so many places you could go to get it’s worth. Here is not one of them!

Phenomenal experience. Haven't been to a Melting Pot in years so decided to go at last minute. Getting reservations was extremely easy online. The staff was exceptional from the host, manager, servers, and most importantly our server Aimee B. We had an amazing dine in experience and we were very well taken care of by all aspects. From our daughters menu she colored on being hung up by the front door, to the our drinks that never ran dry, the amazing food, the endless great conversations with staff members, and the sweetest server around. Very thankful for a wonderful evening and would highly recommend and encourage others to try it out. Probably the best Melting Pot staff I've experienced.

We first arrived at the Melting Pot and was seated in a cold room with a screaming child next to our table. The waiter Danial tried to make us comfortable but quickly realized we were freezing and couldn’t hear him our each other. He checked with the manager Mike and we were moved to a warmer and quieter room. The rest of the night was spent enjoying each other’s company and getting to know Danial and the manager Mike. The food was delicious tasty and was given tips on how to cook it with best results. Would definitely go back with large group or small. Don’t forget to try the wine.

Still a nice place. We went to one of the first Melting Pot restaurants in 1979 in Talahassee. It was nice then and it's still a nice place for a special occaison. There are lots of small intimate cubbies for seating. The dinner for two takes care of all the details. The cheese fondue is my favorite. Then a salad, main course and chocolate fondue for dessert. We had a little hiccup toward the end but the manager and other servers took care of us. It's not about the mistakes, but how well you fix them. And they fix them with 5 stars.

I rarely ever write a review for a restaurant, but I had to make one for the melting pot. For starters the food was delicious and the selections were perfect. Everything tasted phenomenal and fresh. It is a very relaxed atmosphere and extremely clean. The thing that makes this place so amazing though is the service! It was my first time here and our server, I believe Anika was her name, Atleast I hope it was. She was so helpful and attentive the entire experience and would explain to us the whole process and the menu items. She would stay and talk with us for a quick moment and ask how our food was and even tell us what sauces go well with the items we got. Even the manager that night came over and had a chat with us about what brought us in and just about life in general. Everyone we met that evening was super friendly and attentive. I will certainly be back and it’s all because the service here was immaculate.

Loved everything about my dinner. We went on a double date. We ordered a pot and they ordered the grill so we got to enjoy both. The only thing that I was disappointed with was the size of my lobster tail that I added on. Other than that, it was amazing! Everything was nice and clean, quick service, not rushed.

Went on 2/15, had a reservation for 6. Upon oir early arrival, my fiance and I sat at the bar to get a drink while our party arrived. The bartender said he would be with us, and ignored us for 20m, so we walked away. While we were waiting on our friends, I saw the hostess turn down walk-ins at the door, - so be sure to book ahead. We asked the host to sit us at a larger table and she said no... We were sat at a table that didn't have enough burners (only 2) for the 3-couples. Garrett, our fantastic server had to move our table 3x (due to some technical difficulties). He was a great source of our entertainment, very funny, very personable. If it weren't for him, our experience would have been sub-par. The food was great, good recommendations, kept the drinks coming and you could tell he was balancing a lot! He deserves recognition. If I come back, I'd ask for him.

Last night’s dinner at The Melting Pot was awesome. We had not been in 25 years. The General Manger, Chris, came by our table to make sure we were having a good experience. Our waitress, Kayla, was the best. It was a fun time with great food. Good Adult beverages. It wasn’t crazy busy for an early Friday evening. Highly recommend.

The melting pot experience is always enjoyable and the serving staff were great even in training. The GM came by to every table to make sure everyone was pleased which was a nice touch. Overall we have a great dinner.

You're paying for the experience. An anniversary or celebration of some sort. In our case we came for our milestone anniversary and wanted to go to the same place we went for our first anniversary. So it was worth the price of admission for the nostalgia. But to go on a regular Tuesday, it's nothing special to me for the price. That's just my humble opinion. Now, I have heard their happy hour is dope. So I would like to come check that out and see how it compares to the full dinner experience. But don't get me wrong! The food was still good and I feel like they gave you more than when we went for the first time years ago. And their cocktails are bomb. So it's totally worth doing at least once.

Why not 5 star??? Well, we've been to The Melting Pot Scottsdale and comparing both places, I don't believe the Jax location kept up with our expectations. The service was ok, it was visible how tired the staff was. My husband's fork was dirty, but the manager quickly took care of it. (The manager was incrediblealy polite and friendly). We've order sweet tea 4 times, but our glasses were not being replaced, so our table started to get small for all the cups. We've ordered the Bigger night out, which include Cheese Fondue (we've order the Classic Alpine) really good. Then, it comes the salad (we've got the melting pot house salad) which was ok, nothing special for our taste. After that, we've ordered the European style (canola oil and butter) with the Bigger night out choice for meat which included (Lobster Tail, Filet Mignon, Teriyaki-Marinated Steak, Chicken Breast, Shrimp, Atlantic Salmon, andWild Mushroom Pasta (which we substitute for more file mignon). Finally, we've order the yin yang (milk and white chocolate) Fondue. Which was really good. FOr the price that we've paid, we expected a little bit more. However, overall it was a nice night out and we had a great time.

Love this location every time! The newest manager Miguel rocked it! He was so nice and welcoming. We haven’t been in a long time due to financial issues but we ALWAYS make sure to come back whenever Juan/drake are here! They’re the best and never disappoint to put on a show while doing their job. The newest trainee Amanda also had a very good personality and was welcoming as well. Like always, I CANNOT wait to come back!!❤️❤️

Our server Paula was absolutely outstanding and made my first time doing anything like this an amazing and memorable time. She was the absolute sweetest and will definitely be going back and asking for her again. The wine tasting was amazing and totally worth it, and the food was phenomenal.

Food was great. Our waitress explained how food is presented. We loved the selection. Definitely a different style of eating but worth the adventure. My teenage grandkids absolutely love this place. I would highly recommend it.

I had a wonderful date night at The Melting Pot, thanks to the exceptional staff and service, especially our server, Z. Their warm personality and impeccable service made our evening memorable. The atmosphere was perfect, and the entire experience was delightful. We can't wait to go back!

My husband and I visited for our anniversary and needless to say I think we had the best experience we have ever had at Melting Pot! Our server, Grayson, was absolutely phenomenal and always stopped by at the perfect time. The manager, Chris, was so sweet and even treated us to some complimentary champagne with cute little heart-shaped strawberries. The food was absolutely delicious. The entire staff helped each other out, and you could tell they cared a lot about the customers and each other. We will definitely be returning soon!

My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and decided to come here. Glad we did. Enjoyed the food and the waitress and waiter were so great!!! Collin and Ms Sue Anne! 🥹. It was the sweetest thing. They brought us out strawberries for our anniversary. PLUS they know I’m pregnant and they brought out ginger ale instead of champagne or wine.

The Melting Pot has consistently been a great place to enjoy delicious food and a great experience for all. FYI - although pricey, you get a lot of food for your money. My wife and I tend to share a meal and add a 2nd salad yet we still struggle to finish everything! Servers are always very knowledgeable and pleasant. One of our favorite restaurants. :)

I so enjoyed my entire visit. We arrived very early so started with the fun bartender. The food was delicious our selection of cheese, the Cesar salad (one of the best I’ve had) I got the steak entrée (which had so much meat) and the chocolate bowl was to die for! Our waitress was very sweet and helpful. Overall was a wonderful evening out! Thank you!

Our sever was awesome. She was very attentive. We dont recall her name but she has an accent. I did inquire about the dark chocolate for the rocky road. It was too sweet for my liking. I am a dark chocolate lover. The less sweet, the better. She came back with the brand name of the chocolate that they use. Thank you. That was the best Pre-Thanksgiving meal I had with my bestfriend and her brother.

I and my wife decided to go here yesterday for dinner and it was my birthday as well. That was my first time going to this restaurant. I didn't know what to expect here. There was plenty of parking when we arrived, and the restrooms were nice and clean. I really like how they prep the bowls for us. We decided to order drinks. Mine was a little watered down as it had a lot of ice in it. My wife's drink was very strong, and mostly liquor. She couldn't finish it all. The fondue cheese was very good, and they add a little wine to it to give it that extra flavor. The cuts of meats were exceptional, and I really loved the teriyaki. I like how they have a cooking time quide on each table, because I was clueless on the cooking times of the meats. Unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to make it to the desert part, and we just took that portion home with us. Overall, this is an excellent restaurant but very pricey. We will return here again soon.

Very beautiful, tucked away, affordable, luxury, dress casual or in your Sunday best little restaurant. The staff are very kind, fun, and eager to help with the experience. Everything was out of this world delicious!

Our waiter was wonderful explaining everything to me as I was a newbie. The food was delicious and plenty. My only minor complaint was the sangria wasn't up to par but overall can't wait to go again..I also loved that the manager checked on us twice..loved it..

Let me just tell you about the great experience we had tonight ♥️ at Jax MP. Our server Ethan was terrific. Food was great. We were visited by GM Miguel who is professional, but a riot. So much fun. Can't wait to come back. Excellent job. Do not hesitate to run and enjoy an awesome evening with these great peeps. Thank you and God Bless. 🎉🎉🎉

Very good fondue, mixed with the variety of dishes you can order. I will mention that to get the full experience, it'll cost more than you'd expect, but it's worth it for a first-time experience. Will definitely be going back, but it seems it'll be a yearly occasion.

Great dining experience all around! Staff and service was excellent, food is AMAZING, atmosphere is quiet and inviting (we were seated and served by the bar). Definitely a great spot for all occasions.

Maisie was an “amazing” server that made our dinner memorable. In fact, Maisie, the wait staff, and manager went over the top to accommodate our party of six. We enjoyed friendly banter while we “fondued” our way through 4 courses. I recommend this establishment and the turtle chocolate fondue dessert at the end! Sweetness was served!
