The $20 fill up chicken was very soggy. I waited 22 minutes to get it since they had none up and it was so soggy the skin was like dough when trying to pick it up. I'm assuming that it was under cooked. Sad part is they weren't even busy so there's no excuse why me and my 4 boy's had a greasy bucket of under cooked chicken.

Multiple hairs in my famous bowl… didn’t know that’s what it was famous for. Also was cold and this location is currently out of straws! So bring your own.

Absolutely stellar customer service. Didnt have what moms wanted, but went above and beyond to help. The window girl was amazing! Definitely changed my opinion on KFC. Keep up the great work, and she deserves a raise or something! Closing on a Sunday night, and food was perfect!

This woman was extremely rude and racist toward me and my fiancé. My fiancé tried to ask about changing something on the order and she told her to hold on and shut the window in her face. With her card.... She comes back and has already scanned the card. When she tries to tell her we wanted the drinks with our orders she did her speal and said there was nothing she could do and that she wasn't giving us our drinks. When I went inside she also said she would not give a refund, to take it up with corporate. Yes we exchanged words after that and yelled back and forth. I'll be the first to admit. But only because this absolute train wreck of a manager who has no business working in customer service decided to handle things the way she did. I will be contacting corporate and her district supervisor until she is reprimanded. This is not acceptable. This woman was rude to us from the second we pulled up. I'll have your job. Don't you worry ma'am.

2nd time I’ve been a KFC in the past 40 years. Decided to try one more time. Very pleasantly surprised. The chicken tenders were fine, same for the biscuits and mashed potatoes. I’ll come back soon. he staff was friendly and dining room was clean. 5 Stars!

Waiting 20 mins to get our famous bowls. One guy behind the counter even ignored my husband and was playing on his phone. Horrible Horrible service. And the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting I'd rather use a gas station bathroom than that kfc

SMH, this kfc has went down tremendously, I ordered a 10 piece meal and the chicken was burnt and old looking 🤦🏽‍♀️I’ve been trying to call and no answer. I went on another occasion and they didn’t have no drinks nor sauces and my meat was raw. Be advised try Popeyes instead.

The ladies at this location were AWESOME! They worked the drive through as a team. I was greeted by two ladies, one getting food and drink and the other taking payment. Very inviting, even though it was a quick exchange. My one complaint was that the chicken was very greasy, but hot and fresh. I don't stop at KFC often, but I'll definitely visit this location again!

The food was very good! Nice size pieces of chicken. Great tasting mash potatoes with gravy. The coleslaw was some of the best I ever had! I will back again and again. My wife agreed with everything too!

The grilled chicken is the BEST! Hubby loves it. My pot pie was great too. Flaky crust, moist chicken and veggies inside. Yummm!

Most horrible kfc. Girl at the window was so high on pills she was nodding off while at the window. Slurring her words and being real disrespectful to my husband right in front of me! Staring down at his private area!

Ordered online and we were missing 2 items. Can't get ahold of anyone over the issue. Definitely wouldn't recommend them at all to fulfill an order. This has happened more than once, so I guess shame on us.

Order to be ready at 7:47 by online order. Still waiting at 8:05.. one lady said another 20 minutes. Horrible service. Close this location! Continued waiting til 8:20 and was told they are too busy to cook chicken pot pies. Furthermore if I want to cancel and get a refund I must use online where there is no option for cancel/refund.

They always have some amazing food. From time to time some of the employees they have are a little rude or ignorant but outside of that it's an ok place. (Also depends on the area).

I was craving chicken since I had not had any for a while. I go past this location all the time - Normandy KFC - and decided to stop. I placed my own order on the app went thru the drive-thru. Order was hot, and ready. Smelled delicious that I had to eat some before I left the parking lot. Messy but so worth it. Don't forget to get some biscuits. Only concern was I asked if they put honey packets were in the bag. The young lady said yes but it wasn't. Food quality was yummy and using the app saved me money!

Really tired of fast food employees/managment that cant put an order together and complete without huge mess ups. Then when you have to drive back from your home to get a whole missed meal and extra sides, a manager treats you like your stealing from them. That's my money and I dont steal chicken nuggets and mashed potatoes! Try again! I didnt even have an issue driving back because they do it all the time but dont look at me sideways because you messed up your one job. That's so unprofessional, disrespectful and just ridiculous really. "I wondered whose mashed potatoes that was, but i knew they be back...." Can't even muster up an "oops, my bad" Keep your food. Ask for bucket of org chicken no legs sub thighs mashed potatoes and cold slaw...waited 15 minutes in line and then as soon as we took lid off there was 2 legs no extra thighs so had to go inside to get my order fixed. Right...no one cares if order is right or not.

I asked what condiments I spent $30 I didn't get any of the condiments I ask for the chicken look like somebody already bit off of it no forks to eat with sweet tea will give you sugar diabetes

Worker have bad aditude I come to get food not some aditude you don't want to work let someone else not happy making a paycheck find what makes you happy then then you want to charge me for a okay A sauce to go with my meal. If you have time to do your make up and get dressed make time to go to work with a good aditude

Last night I went to KFC. They gave me Nashville hot tenders no oil. Mac and cheese. I ordered coleslaw. The famous bowl had ripped chicken not popcorn chicken. The separate popcorn chicken was hard as rock. The Nashville tenders had a bit off tender. I called the store 5 times with no answer. I go back today the manager refuses to fix it. Acknowledges that the Nashville hot was not in oil or in the container that contains the oil because they are out of oil and containers. She would not comment on why the employees ripped chicken in the famous or served hard a large popcorn chicken. She still refused to replace the items. I told her about the employees playing around and joking. I asked her to review her own camera to address their conduct. She told me to leave. I told her I am recording she slammed the widow on me. I knocked on the window so she could give me back my receipt. She than said she was going to call the police. I told her to please call the police and tell them I want to know why the employees are tampering with my food. I asked for the corporate number. She refused. The manager name is Patrica. I did make a corporate complaint. And contacted the health department. I am not trying ken/Karen out here. This location has a strong history of doing bad things to peoples food. And a very immature night crew. Read their reviews. At other times I went there and ordered the Nashville Hot Tenders and they gave me the Chicken that comes on the sliders. So instead of 5 Tenders I effectively got 2 and a half. The pride themselves in cutting cost by robbing customers. KFC it is time for new management PLEASE SHOP AT ANOTHER LOCATION

This kfc is my kfc! Conveniently close to home, chicken is always delivered fresh & hot, and I get rewarded just for taking their surveys for free food? Thank you God! Their chicken sandwich is a mouthful! No pun intended.🤣 During a time when many businesses are understaffed and turning out substandard food and service, KFC is still going strong. Normandy use to have the best area for fresh hot food. KFC has went down tremendously. I have to literally say fresh food everytime I hit the window and I still so not get fresh fries or fresh tenders. Everything literally be redipped in grease and I'm over sounding like a mother at the window. Friendly service about the only good thing about this store. Order on the app you still have to wait or you show up and they don’t have chicken.

I told my husband I wasn’t going there again but I did, and ordered 2 -2 pieces for $6. Get to the window and she says it’s going to be 12 minutes on the biscuits, do you want to wait or go without them. Truly has lost my business where I use to frequent at least 3 times a week. We’re are the professional customer service people. She could have given me an extra piece of chicken or something. I paid for it.
