THE BEST PLACE IN JAX!! So far this has been the best restaurant we have visited in the 3 years we’ve been here. You would need to make reservations and try to do it in advance if you like an specific day as it get full quickly. The restaurant specializes in tapas ONLY! I’ve seen some bad reviews about the plates being too small but come on, it’s right in the description. About the food, you must have to try the kale empanadas, they are amazing! The patatas plate, all the mushrooms plates, the meatballs, Mongolian beef, chorizo, All the plates with bread, they were all amazing!! We didn’t taste a plate that tasted bad or okay, they were all amazing. The sangría was smooth, flavorful and even though was a small glass, it was enough for me. The tres leches and cheesecake jar were delightful as well. The server was so nice, super knowledgeable and super attentive. If I could give this restaurant 100 stars I would.

For what you get vs the price, it's ok. The taste is delicious but the price doesn't truly justify it. If you don't care about costs then this place is good for a small snack. Not filling but overall a nice experience. The servers are attentive & kind so it definitely made a difference when waiting a long while for fish.

Great atmosphere and wonderfully attentive and helpful staff! Everything we had was beautifully presented with a great balance of flavors and textures. Everything from the perfect tapas portions, the high quality (great tasting) dishes, and the excellent service make this a definite date spot for us. I highly recommend the (fall) seasonal sangria and risotto, but you really can’t go wrong here! I’d go back just for the patatas fritas <3

Our favs were the butter-braised cabbage and the mushroom escabeche. The cabbage is something we will diligently try (and probably fail) to re-create at home! If you’re a fan of spice, this dish will pleasantly surprise you! We loved the service and ambience. Our server was enthusiastic and welcoming and she was very helpful with recommendations. All in all, the prices are high for tapas and the amount of food you receive, but it’s a nice experience to add to your list of “have tried”. Great for a date night. Suggest if you’re hungry, perhaps order the risotto or something that might fill you up more. Enjoy!

Best meal my hubby and I have ever had. 10/10 stars. Tiffany is AMAZING and provided such excellent service. We live right around the corner but this was (for some reason) our first time in. Everything was so incredibly delicious. The risotto was to die for…and the BREAD. We also had the chorizo which was dangerously good, and a scalloped potato special. The cucumber tomato salad was so fresh and tasty. The sangria was also so refreshing and light. Couldn’t recommend any higher!!

You will not leave full, and that's a shame because the food tastes amazing. The risotto used to be enough for 2 or 3 people, now it's shrunk to barely enough for one. Happily the gnocchi seems to still be a normal portion, but almost everything else is comically tiny. It breaks my heart because after I've been raving about this place, my dinner guests basically laughed it off - "can we stop by a drive thru on the way home?" Plan to spend a minimum of $70 per person on food if you don't want to leave hungry. Or just go here if you want a tiny snack.

Very good food. The hummus with honey, meatballs, risotto, and tres leches cake were delicious!

The food here was amazing! Every single dish (8 total) we ordered was delicious. Even our least favorite of them all was still really good. Will definitely return again! Was very pleasantly surprised! The waiter was awesome with recommendations but I really wanted to send my appreciation to the chef/kitchen staff for such amazing dishes! Hands down, one of my best meals as a vegetarian here in Jacksonville!

Absolutely incredible! This restaurant is a hidden gem in Jacksonville. Everything was so delicious and so fresh. This is hands down the best tapas restaurant I've ever been to. And the service was amazing. Everyone was so friendly.

So tasty! Such unique blends of foods and flavor!! Presentation is simply delightful! Such a feast for the eyes. And the service was very personable. I had some food sensitivities, and she directed me towards those things I could have. Eclectic atmosphere. Very warm and comfortable. We had Crimini Mushrooms (w/o the sauce) ,Zanahorias (carrots), House made Chorizo with honey sautéed pear and warm spiced dates,Vietnamese styled Meatballs, Tomato and Cucumber salad.

Best restaurant in town. They don't have entrees but tapa's. You group several together to make your own meal custom to what you like and the price is reasonable and well worth it. They are closed on Sunday and Monday and you'd better make a reservation days ahead if going on the weekend because they only have about 8 tables which makes it cozy.

Quite possibly the greatest restaurant in Jacksonville. This hidden gem is something to experience. Simple dishes elevated to a level not common in the area. An experience and a half. Great food and wine that everyone should experience at least once.

Wonderful tapa restaurant. The atmosphere reminded me of small local places you stop into when you travel abroad. The waitress was very helpful in helping us decide how many tapas to order. She even talked us into the tres leche cake and I’m so glad she did. It’s a must have. I also really recommend the mushroom sevilla if you like mushrooms-it’s perfect! As the restaurant has limited tables, I recommend reservations ahead of time. Overall, a great meal and experience.

I love to travel and find amazing places. And if we can match the find with food, buddy I'm there. 13 Gypsies ticks every box for this group of 3. I only wished I could have hugged the kitchen staff. Absolute royalty. Only regret, I cannot pick a favorite The risotto taistes as good as mine but then the creaminess, another level. Braised cabbage was recommended over the Brussels sprout, spot on. Oh man was it good. Nice bite oh heat to round it out. Yeah every single item was 5 star!!! There was one that did earn a 6th star. I was only able to have a small spoon due to heath. The Tres Leches A pillar of flavors Thank you from the bottom of my soul

They are a small reservation only restaurant. The food here was really good. They have a niche varied menu with options I haven't seen at other restaurants. The only negative is service might be a bit slow. The wait should be worth it. I will be back to try other options.

Fantastic atmosphere, people, and food. The system of sharing tons of small plates that come out one at a time is great and fun, plus no food goes to waste. Highly recommended

Absolutely love this place. The menu is tapas, so expect small, very flavorful plates that are meant for sharing. As well as the food, the wine is great. Make reservations though because this place is in very high demand.

Transformationally Delicious! Quaint, nostalgic feel with next level tapas (small plates) combinations that bring out the depth of thought and execution by the chef. Combining Brussels in a creamy blue cheese sauce, ahi tuna with diced apples and a wonton crips, braised cabbage so delicate but popping with flavor with a hint of heat. Seems like each dish came with a sauce that you just had to order the peasant bread to soak up the goodness to ensure waste not, want not. The risotto by the way was pillowy, creamy deliciousness cooked to PERFECTION! I would recommend finding your best couple to enjoy this experience with as the place isn’t large enough for a big group. It would also probably complicate the ordering and delivering process to the table. Dishes come out when ready and not in any particular order. The waitress was very knowledgeable and guided us to the perfect amount of plates to share leaving us satisfied but not over the top full. At the end of the night one of our party asked the table what our favorite dish was. I started by saying one thing, and then another thing, then another and then another. It was a good problem to have when you couldn’t decide which was your favorite dish since they were all so originally spectacular. We will we back……

My absolute favorite date night spot in the city. Super intimate, more than half the menu is vegetarian, the wine is exquisite, and the staff is superb! love love love
