I reserved a room with a king bed and I arrived to find that I have a room with two queen beds. The lady at the front desk actually had the audacity to tell me that it shows that I was booked Under queens. This was lie. They then tried to charge me 13 dollars for wifi which they said was free. I will not return to the Marriott at any locations in the future. Edit : they did charge me for the wifi, after the person at the front desk told me the charge had been removed since I had a Marriott account.

This was the worst experience I had customer service wise at a Marriot. At check-in Zachary provide 0 information regarding breakfast, until I went down to get toothpaste he was on his phone ear bud in! Handed me two slips of toothpaste (stingy, ended up just having to buy a tube) when I asked what time breakfast was he said "started at 7" at this point I am irritated - usually reps give the ENTIRE time breakfast is served ... no mention of anything else. I set my alarm only to find out I needed a voucher, when I went to grab one there is some elitist's hierarchy where I was not allowed to have any despite I booked through Amazon which is business class. Having to leave and grab my own breakfast was not only embarrassing in front of other guest but I was late to work due to unanticipated delay of no breakfast despite the agency telling me there was breakfast included.

The renovation of the hotel rooms was great; HOWEVER, the renovation of the bar area off the lobby feels like 7AM every hour of the day with 100% bright lighting and open spaces. No need to brighten the lights at last call: the lights are already at 100% 24 hours a day. The design team missed this one big time. No intimacy, no comfort when you are away from home. Feels like you're in an ultra modern Grand Central Station with a spotlight on you.

I would have given this place 3.5 Stars if Google guys would have allowed it. It's your typical downtown Marriott hotel. Interior and exteriors are little dated. The pool was clean and nice. Cannot comment on the rest of the amenities as I did not use them. The location was very convenient however as my daughter and I were able to walk to everything that we needed including the Greta Van Fleet concert at the V-Star auditorium.

Very nice and clean hotel. The breakfast isn't free. It was like 23 dollars and the selection was minimal but it was good. There aren't any microwaves in the rooms. That was an inconvenience for us. Dave and Buster is on the same strip.

Val at the front desk was very accommodating and pleasant. Checking was quick. Rooms are updated and nice. You can enjoy popular streaming services such as Netflix. It's about a 25-30monute ride from the airport depending on traffic. Centralized in a business area but still plenty of restaurants near by to enjoy.

I stay here monthly! I have tried others but this has been my favorite. This go around, there was an issue with the AC. I thought I was going to have to find another favorite because they switched me twice and neither room would cool. Here comes this gentleman from engineering and says to me; "just give a few minutes to figure it out and you won't have to move again." I had to take his word. He was moving and I could tell he had his hands full on this particular day. So Mr. Curtis figured out whatever the problem was. Needless to say I was happy and cool. What is so special about this guy? I see him again on my last day of stay and he comes up to me to make sure I am still ok. He cares. We can't pay people to care about their work but Curtis does and I appreciate Curtis for caring.

I honestly stopped here to have a birthday drink with a friend because her favorite bartender was there. I didn’t imagine we would end up eating dinner here and I would be planning when is soonest I can return. Everything was good even the side we both said we didn’t want lol. She recommends the boom boom shrimp taco, the quesadilla and more. I recommend the salmon- so yummy And the drinks!!!!!

As a business traveler I enjoy the perks of sticking with one brand. (Lifetime platinum member) One of the best perks is the concierge lounge with the free soda, water bottles, coffee, tea, etc. However this hotel does not offer any drinks for free. I asked the concierge lounge attendant for a bottle of water and she informed me that I would need to go downstairs to the lobby to purchase one as they do not offer any drinks for free. Once I arrived downstairs I was also informed by the front desk clerk that I could not use the $10 food and beverage credit in the lobby store. The food and beverage credit was only good at the bar. The hotel room was no better than a Springhill. The room had a musky smell and the air conditioner didn’t work very well. You hear every door down the hallway that opens and slams every time someone enters or exits. I would recommend staying at another hotel to anyone expecting to enjoy a true Marriott experience.

I can’t say enough good things about this Hotel. Me and my work family travel from Tampa to Jacksonville on business every other week. This particular Marriot is by far the BEST HOTEL in the area. I’m won’t post the exact location of this hotel because I’m greedy and don’t want people to find out about this GEM 😬. From the showers, to the front desk staff to the cleanliness of the rooms. You will not find better. I really want to call attention to the manager at this location Carrie. Talk about the right fit, she is an absolute delight. She has made all of our stays special and one of a kind. She has helped us out in various situations and is always so accommodating! We love her and Curtis! Thank you for having such a great staff. We look forward to all of our future stays at this Marriot.

Very good experience overall. Very lovely walking into this hotel with a gorgeous modern bar to the right and check in to the left. There is a large pool and large modern gym available to use. We stay at a lot of Marriott’s so we’re provided the opportunity to use concierge lounge that included a light snack at night and breakfast in the morning. The rooms were large and clean. It included the use of a mini fridge, coffee maker, tv and closet. Some improvements I would make: install a pool heater and clean it more often (It was very cold and dead bugs were floating around everywhere), install more than 1 wipe station in the gym (The wipe jar was empty and when I asked the front desk for more they could not provide - who knows how many people worked out and couldn’t clean the stations they used - it was a little unsanitary) and finally the toilet pressure was very low - it was very easy to clog the toilet and it constantly ran so at night all you would hear is water dripping/circulating which made night time sleeping difficult at times.

Came for a 3 day class. Everything was neat and cleaned. The conference room was reset every day after we left. Super nice location.

Went for a company meeting, food was average for hotel food (no hot items, just bakery items) but had coffee and OJ! Was clean and organized and we loved our meeting environment!

Our room had a musty smell when we first walked in & my pillow covers smelled like sweat. Carrie in the front desk was very attentive and super nice when we checked out, asking how our stay went. I did mention to her that they need to fix the doors in the rooms so they automatically close slowly or can’t be slammed since the slamming of the doors is non-stop and super loud.

Remember to use HotelDully.ᴄᴏm when booking any hotel. This web site will compare hundreds of hotel sites and usually will have prices a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later! This resort is one of the best in this area. I have been staying here for a long time. If you decide to stay here you for sure won't be let down. Easy to get to, really nice room and lobby. Had a quick lunch when I got in and their chopped salad was actually amazing. Staff was great! Would definitely stay again!!

This place doesn't look like much from outside, but it is lavishly done. The staff are nice and the rooms are luxurious. Toilet was too low, I'm 5'11. Buffet breakfast is $25.00.

The room was very nice and large. Downstairs had a full bar and restaurant. Service was great and location.

A good hotel with a nice modern vibe and big windows in-room. There's a bar, restaurant, conference facilities, a pool and plenty of lounging space and conversational nooks in the lobby and by the pool. This hotel has all the things you need and none of the extra things you don't! Good service and plenty of parking. Convenient location!

This Marriott was clean. It was apparent the staff takes care of the little things. Recently remodeled and staff very friendly. Gym is top notch for hotel. I wish the lounge access was 24/7 for at least the coffee, tea, snacks and meeting. Lobby very comfortable though.

This location was one of the best we have stayed at. Christina greeted us to check in and was so so pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and comfy. Breakfast in the morning was continental, but perfect. Bottom line we loved it. Thanks Christina.

switched rooms a few times and each time it was something new the rooms were not cleaned properly and the next day when we were checking out all of our clothes that were In the suitcases we left open smelt like cigarette smoke…. We don’t smoke. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quality stay. I appreciated the front desk assistant they were very kind and professional unfortunately the rooms were just not up to par.

This was a godsend after a hellish day breaking down on a road trip from Port Saint Lucie to Atlanta. After two tows and a Lyft, made it here only to find out it was the wrong Marriott! She kindly cancelled our other reservation and got us a room. We were about to order food at 10:30 pm since we hadn't eaten. The room was clean; the service was wonderful! The only downside is like other Marriott's, the breakfast buffet is $30/person. We went without breakfast.

Highly recommend this hotel... fantastic 2 night stay on our way to Orlando. After long drive, shower was extremely relaxing; can't remember the last time we slept in on or off the road!!! Quiet rooms - somehow intoxicating for naps also. Very convenient to I-95 and other highways to beach and/or eateries. Will definitely stay here again.

This remodeled hotel is really nice and we love our room! The staff is helpful and pleasant. The food is really great! The only down side is it’s a bit pricier than other places we’ve stayed at in this area but well worth it!

Great Hotel if you are planning to go to the jags game. Dave&Busters walking distance from hotel, had Many Many Many beers and didn't have to worry about a DUI. 12 Miles from the stadium the morning after, drove there and paid $40 for parking but that was the only negative.

Everything was great. Clean, modern & well appointed. The beds, pillows & linens were plush and super comfortable. Can't beat the location near downtown, yet quiet and away from the hustle bustle. Staff was extra courteous. Free parking & Mediterranean cuisine in the restaurant were treats!

The hotel is nice and the staff is friendly and welcoming. My company frequents this hotel while in the area for business. Earlier this week I left one loose airpod in my room. I thought surely they would never find it. But housekeeping was able to locate my missing airpod and the front desk staff had it shipped out the following morning! Great hotel and I’m looking forward to future stays here. Thank you!

Nice, clean hotel. Good location and service. Concierge staff friendly and nice pool area. But $13.25 for a draft beer! BYOB!

The place was clean, very roomy with a multitude of areas that guests may find appealing such as an outside pool with lounging, a bar, a restaurant, a new or extremely well kept workout room. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful. The room was 2 full-size beds with plenty of room, coffee maker, fridge, large TV. Would love to return someday. Thanks

Hotel was nice, and typical of a Marriott brand hotel. The outdoor pool and conference rooms were very nice and the staff was very accommodating. The on-site restaurant was overpriced and I would avoid it. The hotel does not offer free coffee in the morning which is probably the worst thing ever considering there is no local coffee establishments nearby within walking distance. The room was large and spacious and bedding was comfortable. Housekeeping staff were on the ball which was nice.

Very much enjoyed my stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful on multiple occasions. The location was also great as it was less than 3 mins from the location I was visiting in town. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Just had a second great stay here in the past 2 months and will definitely be back. Hard to believe Marriott charges about the same number of points for this hotel as they do for lesser properties like Fairfield, but I'm not complaining. The recent updates are beautiful and the staff was very friendly. Lola took great care of us at breakfast and made sure we had everything we needed. All in all, a great experience!
