I
made
the
reservation
from
09/11/23
to
09/29/23
and
yesterday,
09/22/23,
when
I
returned
to
the
hotel
and
entered
the
room,
I
found
the
room
completely
clean
and
without
my
belongings
in
it.
When
I
spoke
to
the
secretary
at
the
hotel,
she
told
me
three
different
stories
and
none
of
them
were
true.
First,
she
said
that
my
reservation
had
only
been
made
until
09/22/23,
but
she
changed
her
story
after
I
showed
her
the
reservation
with
the
correct
dates.
Then
she
said
that
the
hotel
had
tried
to
contact
me
by
email,
but
there
was
no
email
from
the
hotel
for
me
that
day.
Then
she
said
that
they
had
actually
canceled
my
reservation
after
failing
to
make
the
payment,
which
is
theoretically
made
every
7
days,
but
if
that
were
true
the
payment
would
have
had
to
be
made
on
18/09/23
and
not
22/09/23,
and
there
had
been
no
attempt
to
purchase
on
my
card.
After
30
minutes,
my
belongings
were
located,
but
all
my
food
and
water
that
was
in
the
fridge
was
thrown
out,
which
cost
me
around
100
dollars.
In
addition,
I
had
to
make
another
reservation
at
the
hotel.
A
great
disappointment
and
I
still
have
no
explanation
as
to
what
happened
and
why
my
belongings
were
removed
from
the
room.
