Stopped
here
because
I
was
so
drunk
and
wanted
to
do
the
right
thing
and
not
drive.
Unfortunately,
this
location
was
closed
for
repairs.
It
was
not
safe
for
me
to
drive
and
I
didn’t
want
to
stay
at
any
of
the
other
places
in
the
area
so
I
decided
to
sleep
it
off
in
my
car.
Five
minutes
later
two
security
guards
approached
me
and
I
explained
the
situation,
one
advised
me
to
be
safe
and
sleep
it
off,
the
other
was
quiet.
Not
sure
how
much
later
it
was
but
I
was
awakened
by
JSO
with
a
new
security
guard
standing
by
the
one
who
kept
quiet
earlier.
I
explained
the
situation
to
the
officer
and
he
told
me
to
drive
off.
Upon
trying
to
do
so
my
car
would
not
start.
I
had
to
walk
in
a
high
crime
area
(the
officer
admitted)
at
2-3am
because
the
property
manager
believed
I
posed
a
threat
sleeping
in
my
car.
I
was
promised
I
would
be
able
to
get
a
tow
and
handle
my
car
in
the
morning
but
I
had
to
leave
immediately.
Having
no
other
choice
I
left
on
foot.
Visibly
upset
I
made
it
to
the
La
Quinta
and
decided
I
would
tough
it
out
there
until
morning
and
handle
my
car
then.
Unfortunately,
they
were
sold
out.
Literally
sitting
on
the
curb
calling
a
tow
truck
and
Uber
at
around
3am
I
see
a
tow
truck
come
by.
The
property
owner
called
to
have
my
car
impounded
after
promising
me
it
would
be
okay
to
leave
it
there
until
morning.
Kris
at
Adkison
Towing
was
amazing!!
He
allowed
me
to
pay
the
tow
not
have
my
car
impounded
and
gave
me
a
ride
home
because
he
saw
I
was
in
a
vulnerable
position.
However,
the
security
guard
or
property
manager
was
not
happy
about
the
arrangement.
The
security
guard
on
site
not
only
begins
to
yell
at
me
and
invade
my
personal
space
while
the
quiet
one
wrote
my
VIN
number.
He
also
approaches
me
in
a
aggressive
manner
and
threatens
to
cuff
me.
Kris
literally
had
to
push
the
security
guard
away
from
me
to
get
him
out
of
my
space.
The
security
officer’s
behavior
was
so
aggressive
towards
me
Kris
was
having
a
difficult
time
doing
his
job.
Kris’
supervisor
heard
the
commotion
and
tells
him
immediately
to
let
me
sit
in
the
tow
truck
so
the
security
guard
could
not
attack
me
any
further.
I
was
not
only
put
in
danger
for
trying
to
be
responsible
but
then
I
was
attacked
by
Sonesta
staff
on
their
property
(in
front
of
a
witness
thank
God).
The
security
guard
was
over
zealously
following
orders
but
the
property
manager/owner
is
to
blame
here
too.
You
will
not
be
safe
here
upon
reopening
book
somewhere
else!!
The
officer
admitted
it
was
a
high
crime
area
but
pull
reports
for
yourself.
However,
if
the
staff
is
this
crazy
imagine
that
security
guard
busts
in
your
room
with
his
all
access
keys
because
you
look
suspicious.
Please
see
pics
of
the
security
guards
attached.
