As
a
proud
resident
of
the
Jacksonville
area,
I
am
ashamed
to
say
that
the
Westside
Junction
Shopping
Center
leaves
much
to
be
desired.
To
be
frank,
I
would
give
this
shopping
center
zero
stars
if
that
were
possible.
Firstly,
the
parking
situation
is
an
absolute
nightmare.
The
lack
of
available
spaces
and
poorly
marked
parking
areas
make
navigating
the
parking
lot
a
stressful
and
frustrating
experience.
This
alone
is
enough
to
deter
me
from
ever
stepping
foot
in
this
shopping
center
again.
Once
inside
the
shopping
center,
the
poor
upkeep
of
the
building
became
immediately
apparent.
The
floors
were
dirty,
the
bathrooms
were
in
dire
need
of
cleaning,
and
the
overall
aesthetic
of
the
stores
and
hallway
areas
left
much
to
be
desired.
Additionally,
the
selection
of
stores
and
shops
within
Westside
Junction
is
severely
lacking.
With
only
a
few
chain
stores
and
local
businesses
to
choose
from,
there
is
very
little
diversity
in
shopping
options.
It
is
a
sad
contrast
to
other
shopping
centers
in
the
area
that
offer
a
wide
variety
of
stores
and
services.
Finally,
the
customer
service
within
the
few
stores
that
exist
in
Westside
Junction
is
abysmal.
The
employees
seem
disinterested
in
helping
customers
and
lack
basic
customer
service
skills.
Overall,
the
Westside
Junction
Shopping
Center
is
a
sad
excuse
for
a
shopping
destination.
I
highly
recommend
avoiding
this
establishment
at
all
costs,
and
instead
opting
for
one
of
the
many
other
shopping
centers
in
the
Jacksonville
area
that
offer
a
much
more
pleasant
shopping
experience.
