Riverside Market Square is a very popular place to shop for groceries in the area. Publix does an excellent job of providing guests with the full shopping experience. Shopping carts are free to use and plentiful. The parking lot and store is always clean and clear of debris. The food sold in Publix is expensive but quality is definite. On any given day the store employees are there to walk your shopping cart back to the store for you. This company goes above and beyond. The produce is fresh and crisp and lines usually form in the deli area of the store from their delicious tasting hot food. There are other businesses within walking distance on a shopping strip.

There's a variety of shops to enjoy. An array of restaurants each with a different cuisine, plus a major grocery store. The river St. John's within walking distance alongside a quiet park. Perfect.

Parking spaces and drive thru area are too narrow...hard to get in and out...especially around Publix...have decent insurance just in case if u shop there

Everyone in the store is so helpful just like it used to be and they don't switch things around to different aisles so you can always almost tell where things are going to be at great atmosphere and probably one of the best Publix I've ever shopped at

Stopped in at Starbucks on my way to see my cardiologist. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Got a Venti soy latte pretty fast and was on my way. Nice experience.

Parking here is dangerous. People fighting over spots. People cursing each other in the parking lot. Delivery drivers have nowhere to drop off items due to a lack of parking. When they do find a spot they have to block the entire parking area. Parking area Security is a 4 ft lady that no one can see because the vehicles are taller than she is so she helps bring in carts. This parking lot is not safe. I saw and heard 4 teenage girls cursing as they tried to start a fight with everyone in the parking lot as I returned my cart to Publix.

Nice little shopping area Publix, Sushi Cafe, Starbucks, Papa Johns, Firehouse Subs, Al's Pizza, Einstein Bagels.

Very clean, beautiful area to walk your dog or jog.

Nice place to visit. Restaurants Stores and a Fresh market place.

I go to Publix on my bike ride from downtown Jacksonville as a watering spot I use Thier ice cold water fountain. On days I feel like doing some light shopping I buy there salad and pick up a dessert from the bakery as a lunch while I'm out and about. Good customer service always clean and neat even the bathroom well most of the time. Lol

Not bad neighborhoods nice shopping center, beautiful homes, Just traffic. Sometimes it seems people don't read situations properly and make a trffic jam or accident.

Besides the parking. Everything else great

I love the atmosphere of this market. No one bothers you and you can take your time enjoying your visit. I love their baked goods and the meats, a little expensive but it is fine for one person. They are fresh and beautiful.

It would be great if they can find a better location with more space for that store. It gets a lot of traffic and also a lot of chaos because of the compact setting. When it rains, store has aisles with wet signs and buckets. Publix can do better than this location. Management is friendly, helpful and staff are nice for the most part. There are just limitations due to entire location setiing.

The staff at this Publix is amazing. The customer service is A1…I want to give a special shot out to Leanna in the produce department for taking the time to make a special flower arrangement for my daughter’s prom…you rock☺️

This was the first time I could easily find a parking spot. The Publix is smaller so they do have limited products but there is still a great variety.

I went into the hair store and I assumed that was the owner he followed me around like a puppy and made it seem as if I was trying to take something I'm no thief so I probably won't return there he didn't appear to be friendly and I didn't like the way he kept coming from around the counter to watch me and any other African American that entered the store it seemed as if he thought we were going to take something but what he didn't realize is he's in a black dominated area and if he had a problem with black people coming into his store maybe he should go into a predominantly Asian area if that's what made him feel more comfortable so I would not recommend that store at all!

Shopping center located in the beautiful Riverside area of Jacksonville, Shopping center has a variety of services (UPS, Publix,etc) and is in walking distance to many surrounding restaurants. The parking lot is a bit small, and it's usually full ... at certain times can be a bit hectic finding parking or just driving through ... I would rather walk. PS: If you love good habachi or sushi🍣, Sushi Cafe is amazingly delicious.

I visited the restaurant "Vale". I pretty much follow a gluten free diet. The bowl I had was very good. Consisted of kale salad, rice, beef and chicken, broccoli, and cooked onions. Very tasty a lot of food and priced comparatively. Check out their menu. Highly recommend and will patronize again soon

This Publix is ALWAYS nice and clean, with friendly, happy staff. They make the best Wraps!!! Sometimes they even offer a food display with samples... I'm often adding more to my grocery list... with smiles!

Great shopping center but hectic parking lot

Fresh Market is always a pleasurable experience. Coffee of the day was out but an associate was quick to make fresh pot!

Great, walkable shopping and dining area right by Memorial Park on the river.

This place needs more parking! Highly recommend going during slower hours to literally anywhere in this plaza. Other than that, it has a lot of everything.

One of my favorite Publix in Jacksonville. Granted the Deli is slower paced than most, which is def overlooked by the respectful and upbeat employees. Really enjoy the atmosphere, and shopping here.

Amazingly beautiful park to visit. Great for gatherings, events, photo shoots, a nice peaceful, relaxing walk along the water, fishing trips, photo shoots, and so much more. I love this park.

Oh the beauty. This place is so beautiful at night. The shops are awesome and the nearby restaurants are simply amazing.

Publix is still a higher standard than other grocery stores and this location is no different. Clean and very well kept with very fresh produce !

Awesome ups very professional very patient with and address a couple of questions that I had very diligently professional a very unbiased atmosphere matter of fact I even called the corporate and gave them an excellent review because this gentleman that was so understanding what I was trying to say

One of the smallest Publix I've been in. The deli is always a little bit slower than it should be not enough people working back in the substation. They're always out of dressings or sauces for their hot bar or anything that goes with the dipping sauces. And if you ask for any they will not go look in the back they automatically say they're out there's never any extra crackers it's frustrating but that's not a reflection on the whole store. So if you ask normally don't have to ask at a public for a dipping sauce when you buy lunches there almost every day for your staff and spend at times 500 a week plus up to a thousand with that including your birthdays for your office people personal grocery store lunches etc. When you ask for a cup of blue cheese because they're out of a dipping sauce in the back which I find hard to believe literally I got a bottle of dressing which I did not need but I was given blue cheese to Publix brand even though I did buy my own crackers for my soup that day because they were out of crackers too but I felt like I was being put on the spot for asking for a couple blue cheese not a bottle. Had to pass through a couple hands which the couple ladies that I spoke to were very pleasant and then the manager was put out that I asked her for the blue cheese and I did not ask for a bottle blue cheese she could have shared that bottle with everybody else in Delhi that would want the blue cheese after me.

What can I say it's Riverside square nice but overcrowded not enough parking and not a very good parking lot very easy to get jammed up too many people too much traffic all in a little bitty spot other than that stores are nice good things I don't know I only go there every now and then but I do still go there so maybe you should check it out once for yourself and see

Too hit or miss with the quality of pies. Received a pizza with no sauce and Management would only respond via email even after I presented my phone number.
