Would 10/10 definitely recommend! This facility is well run with GREAT people that truly make your experience one to remember! We are from out of town, but every time we visit will absolutely be going here for our daily workouts!

Update!! It has been about 6 months since I wrote my previous review. I am happy to say that I am not only still going, but I've been going 5 to 6 days a week. This gym being great for beginners and vets stands true to this day. I have improved drastically, and can't get enough!! Great place. Super friendly group. I'm brand new to crossfit, so I was a little nervous starting, knowing I would need a lot of education about the workouts.(I had previously done Muay Thai in a similar gym setting). But Ashleigh and her staff have it covered. From scaling workouts for beginners, to having a designated weight lifting specialist to train you on proper form. I will say the reception was a lot more inviting then when I did Muay Thai, and they are super welcoming to newbies. Hopefully I'll see some of ya'll there!

CrossFit 904 is in a convenient location heading home from work on US1 or I95 and has a great community of people. Ashleigh, the owner, is very nice and communicates well and frequently. I highly recommended dropping in and checking this gym out!

This is one of the best CrossFit gyms I have ever been to! The sense of community makes all members and drop-ins feel welcome and the building is conveniently located right off of Phillips Hwy, making it easy to find. 100% give CrossFit 904 a shot if you’re in the Jacksonville area!

My wife and I have been going here for 2 months and it has been great. We both had no experience with CrossFit, but the coaches have been extremely helpful in their instructions and guidance. The community there is great and as scary and intense as Crossfitters seem, here they are friendly and encouraging!

CrossFit 904 is my new home. I have never done CrossFit before or have I ever done any organized class structure before. I have been welcomed with open arms and even though I am a beginner, the coaches, especially Mike and Erin, have worked with me and made me feel like I have been there for years. The other members have also welcomed me to the CF904 family and I feel like this will be the best thing for not only my physical health, but also my mental help. Just joined about a month ago and already feel like I’m part of a family as well as getting the best workouts I’ve ever experienced. Coaches/owners/staff are absolutely incredible and so intent on each individual person in the gym and their goals. So happy I joined!!

CrossFit 904 has been such a welcoming and uplifting community! I joined a few weeks ago and have been loving every minute of it! The word Crossfit can get a bad wrap or a scary stereotype, but Crossfit 904 provides you the push to challenge yourself without the scary stereotype attached to it. Multiple scaling options for everything is a huge help and I know I’m on a great strength journey working out with them! The coaches are very helpful and provide helpful positive feedback and the other members make you feel very welcome, no matter what class time you go to!!

For someone that is completely new to CrossFit & has tried out other gyms from time to time. This one hands down is the best. Ashleigh, the owner is running a tight ship! All of their coaches are fantastic, they’re knowledgeable, patient & is always offering advice on how to improve. This will definitely be a gym that I stick around with for awhile.

I was in town for business and pleasure so i dropped into Crossfit 904. It was a blast! Great coaches, nice equipment and programming was awesome. Additionally, the community was welcoming! If you are looking for a gym to take your fitness to a new level, definitely give them a try!

I started at crossfit 904 over 6 months ago. I have never tried crossfit and wanted a positive community experience at a new gym. 904 hit all the marks! The coaches and owners take so much time to teach all levels of each skill and progress you only when you're ready. The members are all so encouraging and will cheer for you, and build you up, when you need it the most. An amazing experience so far and I'm excited to see what the new year brings!

Awesome CrossFit community! Dropped in with the super-convenient weekly pass and was immediately embraced by the friendly CrossFit 904 community. The community here is extremely friendly to newcomers and is both warm and welcoming. Erin and Michael do a great job- highly recommend!

Good programming, great coaches, convenient location, discount for first responders/military/etc., two shower rooms, and the clientele is friendly! I enjoyed my time here and will return if life brings me back to that part of Jacksonville.

Crossfit904 was the first crossfit gym I had ever gone to and from day one I felt welcomed and immediately part of the gym family. It never matters how bad of a day I have I always leave 904 smiling, it’s amazing what a good workout and good people can do.

I have enjoyed my time at CrossFit 904. It is a very diverse and welcoming community. It is also home to team Northeast Florida weightlifting team. I have been able to take advantage of really increasing my lifts!

My husband and I were on vacation during the last open WOD. When he contacted CF 904 to see if we could drop in to complete it, they were very welcoming and accommodating. The facility was super clean and well maintained, and the members and coaches were helpful and encouraging. If we're ever back in Jacksonville we'll definitely be back to CF 904.

Great place to work out and get sweaty. The new staff are epic. New paint job adds a nice touch.
