Over priced and over rated! Anyone claiming this is the best Mexican in NE Florida, doesn't know Mexican. To be fair, the food wasn't bad. The hot sauce (spicy buffalo sauce) and the upcharge for salsa (actually pico de gallo) was a $1.50 for a little tiny cup to go with the 1/2 bag of tortilla chips left us dumbfounded! I'm sorry but the juice is not worth the squeeze at Mojo's Tacos. It is doubtful that we would repeat our visit.

Very good vegan options! Most excellent double decker taco with vegan cheese! Super flavorful mock meat filling! I also had the arepas with real mozzarella. Excellent prices! Clean inviting inside with ample seating both indoors and outside. My meat eating partner enjoyed the chicken taco. Hot sauce was overly vinegary for me but everything else was top notch! Thank you for vegan options!

My friend took me there for lunch as it is one of his favorite places and the tacos are some of the best I have had in NE Florida. They tacos is unique, because their shells are double decker, a flour tortilla outside of a corn tortilla held together with cheddar cheese, so non-dairy people need to be aware of this. I picked out three tacos one beef, one chicken, one shrimp. They were not stingy on the meat when it came to the beef. My buddy recommended a spoon because he guaranteed that the beef with her back onto the plate as you get it. The show held together nicely which is a rare exception. The shrimp had a beautiful charm them. Added another level of complexity and smoking us to the Taco. The chicken-flavored was amazing, but my only complaint with the chicken is that the meat was a little dry. They make an excellent mojo sauce that is a great topper for all the meat that I tried today.

My son and I stopped in on a whim as we were visiting St. Augustine for the day. They have vegan options and my son got the avocado tacos. I got the Mahi Mahi tacos. He comment the tacos were really good and would go back for more and as to try other items on the menu. We agreed the house sauce is spicy but not too much, you can load it on your chips or tacos. We like all kinds of spicy food though. The extra salsa was mild, good, and tasty. Overall I will visit again and again, they sell the tacos À la cart. I didn’t see a taco combo or taco platter, however, you can mix and match items that way. I ordered pretty quick and didn’t take a lot of time to analyze the menu board. Instead I asked a staff member what their favorite item was and they recommended the Mahi Mahi fish tacos. She wasn’t wrong, I see why they are a best seller. Very delicious, well cooked, and flavorful. I’m going to try the burrito and other items as time goes by. They have arepas too, great idea. The restaurant has a small dining area inside with air conditioning, big windows, and lots of natural light. They have a patio outside too. Decor has a kind of edgy and surfy feel, yet family friendly as I saw all ages there, including younger and older families. Staff was polite, helpful and nice, kitchen was productive and everyone working there had a positive vibe. Great place right near the beach and the historic area is not too far down the road. 🤙

Loved everything about this place, this is my new favorite restaurant in St. Augustine FL. Food was the best Mexican food I have ever had, being vegetarian it really blew me away! And it is obviously in a beautiful city. Very nice and helpful staff. All around an amazing experience and highly recommend.

This place is a must try! Their tacos are amazing! They have a hard shell surrounded by a soft, toasted shell and the two are held together by melted cheese. That made the texture really interesting. We had the shrimp and fish tacos and they were so good! The flavors were delicious and their hot sauce had great flavor, not just pure heat. It was a great casual quick lunch before we headed to do some sightseeing!

Small little local taco joint that is as fun as it is good. Not many tables and if you get. Drink or chips it’s $20 a person at least. Sour cream or sauce is extra and doesn’t come with the tacos or nachos. No draft beers. Being coming here for years for my kids to get a quick and bite. Perfect for that and super casual style.

Great taco shop! Was staying next door for a concert at the Ampitheater and glad we tried them! Tacos - Arepas - and queso - can’t go wrong. It was very tasty and priced well.

Pleasantly surprised! We got fish tacos, fish salad, beef nachos, and beef burrito. All were delicious. The fish was seasoned perfectly and was so delicious. The burrito and nachos were nice sized portions. The staff was very friendly and down to earth. Great place to stop for some good eats!

On a leisurely Sunday morning, the quest for breakfast led us to Mojo's Tacos, and the notion of tacos for breakfast sounded enticing. Upon entering the restaurant, the cool ambiance of Mojo's Tacos immediately captivated us, seamlessly blending with the charming vibe of St. Augustine. Navigating straight to the register to place our order, we perused the menu and settled on the intriguing choices of "What up Sun" and Shrimp Tacos. The service proved efficient, and in no time, our eagerly awaited tacos made their way to our table. Each bite revealed a symphony of flavors--delicious, tasteful, with both chicken and shrimp expertly cooked and infused with just the right spices. Mojo's Tacos delivered a delightful Sunday morning experience, leaving us with a newfound appreciation for tacos at the breakfast table.

Great tacos! And I love the sauces and chips, too. The people are wonderful and a very relaxed atmosphere!

The food was good. We got the chicken and beef bowls. Everything had a good flavor. The inside is small but they have additional seating outside. The sweet tea was the best I've had in a while.

Just got a few tacos- shrimp and beef. Both were great. They had a great variety of food and drink items. I liked that they had kombucha and beer options for drinks. The ground beef needed just a little more flavor

Great tacos! I was pleasantly surprised by this place. I stopped in for lunch and had a chicken taco and steak taco. The tacos are double stacked (soft/hard) shell. I honestly could have had just one, they were stuffed with plenty of meat! Comes with some chips. I look forward to going back and trying the burritos and other menu items. Small inside area for seating, plus some outdoor tables. Great find!

Went here for lunch and had a variety of tacos: chicken, beef, mahi and shrimp - shared between two people. Couldn’t even pick which one is my favourite as all 4 were really good! Great massive portions too and they have what they call the double decker tacos whereby it’s a soft and hard taco shell covering the fillings! Food is highly recommended!

Visited for lunch and got the chicken nachos, a steak taco, and a shrimp taco. All were amazing, but we liked the steak taco so much that we went to the mainland location two days later to get more! The nachos had so much delicious queso that we couldn't eat them all (we carried them back to the hotel for a snack an hour later). Would definitely recommend you check them out!

Tasted at this location on Sunday noon. On-site parking, a little wait. Had a chicken nachos, a wet mahi burrito, and a shirmp salad. All of them were very flavorful, except a little salty. The shirmp was the most salty, followed by the nacho.

Yup, this is the one! A phenomenal spot that if you aren’t paying attention you might drive past and you’ll regret missing later! Friendly staff, great food and sweet merch! Not many pins get added to the bag, but this place deserves a spot!

This is a fun place. The service is middle of the road. The food was awesome. This is not traditional Mexican tacos and more along the mix of Tex/Mex with a beach-y flair. The kids' portion is good-sized. The beverages are on the pricier side. Seating is limited, so be prepared to eat on the go or wait for a table!

Fantastic food and great service. I ordered shrimp arepas, shrimp tacos, mahi mahi tacos, and a chicken bowl. The staff was friendly and helpful when I asked questions to get the absolute best meal. I can't recommend the shrimp arepas enough because the grilled shrimp tasted amazing and I'm still thinking about this meal. The tacos were great and had a lot of filling for being singles. And the chicken bowl was also amazing. They also have kombucha on tap which is a pretty cool feature. Great place for amazing food.

By far the best place for plant based tacos and nachos. I have been a vegetarian for 15 years I have tried a lot of places and this is my favorite place. I only found it a few months ago!

Update: Dinner was so great that we decided to come back for breakfast the next morning. Wish I could give them 10 stars! The breakfast tacos- with the perfectly cooked egg, crispy bacon, fresh salsa, and mojo sauce- were excellent. Make sure to order some queso for a transcendent experience. Original review: The Barbacoa taco was the best I have ever eaten! They were awesome about acknowledging my gluten allergy.

Came here close to close with some friends when visited them and was glad that we did! First thing I noticed was even though we entered 15 minutes before they closed, I felt we were treated as if we just walked in when they opened and it was very clean! The level of customer service was top notch ! We even took our time looking at the menu , dined inside and never once felt pressured for us to leave. Ordered two different arepas and it was delicious!!! Also got some mojo sauce on the side and wish I had more. I think they have the best hot sauce I’ve ever tried 🤤 Food was delicious! Even though I’m use to Venezuelan arepas and it wasn’t similar, it still was worth every bite! Great place for vegans and carnivore to enjoy a meal out! My only complaint would be I got the raspberry tea in the glass jar and wouldn’t get it again.

Great little taco shop with lots of vegan/vegetarian options! Everything tasted very fresh. Great option for grab and go lunch or a quick dinner. Not a lot of room inside to eat but perfect for a taco shop!

My favorite place to get tacos! We are camping on Flagler Beach and drove here for tacos. Highly recommend. My favorite is the avocado tacos, but all of the tacos are great. Also check out the fish tank, this is our kids favorite part.

We had bowl and salad with Mahi. Also 1 queso on side. Food was good quality and filling, with the queso addition. Nice, small place, with outside seating and good service. We especially appreciated the lids on the cups…very Starbucks-esque. Will visit again!
