    Very poor experience today. Went here for dinner, and understaffed is an understatement. Two people were working. I'm not sure how you can run this type of restaurant on two people. Another, is false advertisement. They have a sign right in front where the giant menu board says Moe's Monday: burrito, chips, salsa, and drink for $7.99. When I asked the employee he told me it was an old sign and they should take it down. But it's still up and that is actually a reportable offense. If you have a sign that states a price, make sure it rings the same. Otherwise, TAKE THE SIGN DOWN. All the food was old and cold. Like it has been sitting for hours. You could see the hardened rice and the refried beans congealing and hardening over. Who knows if any of that stuff was even temped. I will not be back to this location.

    This moes is dirty and gross. My food was cold and chewy, the restaurant was extremely dirty. Generally Moe’s are clean and the food is Great, so I was very surprised. I hope this Moe’s gets a new manager.

    Like most fast food, Moe’s quality has fallen as well. Lights were off. Only 3 other people in there close to lunch time on a Sunday. I do like that I wasn’t yelled at walking in. Servers were polite and helpful when making my food. Not the only burrito place in the area. Consider what you like first

    HORRIBLE! I haven’t been to this location in a bit. 6pm on a Thursday … I order a stack … couldn’t get black beans because they were out and said it takes an hour to cook … I asked for steak and got it, but barely any because they scraped the bottom of that pan as well and had none prepared ready to go… I normally get plenty of veggies and I could do that at all either … the pico didn’t even look like pico it had been sitting out so long … I wanted to walk away in the middle of my order … as soon as I saw the expired veggies … but didn’t want to be rude to the kid making my food…. Honestly it’s not his fault… poorly trained and unmanaged staff but they were all nice. I finished my order and paid $17 for something I can’t even eat!!!!??

    First time i ordered from Moe's and the food was not good at all, it had a strong bitter taste and was delivered by Uber Eats By ARABIA. If my son hadn't paid for it, i would have trashed it. I will never get it delivered again first and last

    Great staff, great food and always clean and tidy. Before the pandemic, we had gotten into a habit of eating here for lunch most Saturdays with our family. My wife and I love splitting the Nachos with the chips and queso on the side (so they don't get soggy). Covid Update 9/20202 - We ate inside the Moe's for the first time since the pandemic and were very impressed. Safety was clearly important and the location had made all the necessary changes one would expect. Food was still awesome.

    Complete trash experience I came in I stood there waiting 15mins while they talk and laugh at the cash register. Is this a job or a play ground and the staff was super rude and unfriendly. And half of the toppings was empty when literally no one is in the store. The corn salsa was empty, mushroom, onions, sour cream, black beans like all of that was empty? Than you make me wait 15mins and laugh and talk and give me old chips soaked in oil. Like this is the worst Moe’s in the state this is why I only go on the one on the north side and town center cause this place is complete garbage just close it down.

    I placed a mobile order and went to pick it up. I got there 10 minutes after the email said it should be ready (almost 30 min after placing the order). All tables were empty except for an employee asleep at a table and there were 3 employees behind the counter. There were 4 people in line. I walked to the counter to ask about the mobile order and the woman at the register acted like she didn’t understand what I was saying. After repeating myself 3 times she walked away to look for the order and came back to tell me it wasn’t ready. I asked if she knew how much longer and she shrugged and walked away. I waited for everyone in the line to be served and continued to stand there. It wasn’t until I asked about the mobile order again that an employee started working on it. She threw it together with an attitude to make it very clear that she didn’t feel like making my food. I mentioned that it looked like half of the ingredients were missing and she said yea we don’t have it. They were still supposed to be open and weren’t refilling any of the food so I paid normal price for something that was equivalent to what I would’ve gotten at Taco Bell. I don’t see the point in wasting my time on a mobile order if they’re just going to ignore them. I’ve never seen this location in this bad shape and people working with absolutely no respect for other peoples food that they are preparing. I’m never coming to this location again!!!

    I went in an walked right away to start my order and about a minute later a male had approached me and proceeded to ask what I wanted, he skipped the "hello" and looked like he didn't want to be there. There were two or three other females that were chit chatting in the back not helping him. Good thing that I come here for the food, not the service.

    Today was an interesting experience with this location because I ordered through the app...I didn't walk in and build my homewrecker like i have previously. I mainly decided to order because I had a chance to use a free burrito coupon...so I did. Ordering through the app is fairly simple. There is ONE ISSUE when selecting a drink...you have 2 options. Coke and Diet Coke. You ARE NOT allowed to select Iced Tea or Lemonade or any other choice that they may offer. However...You MIGHT get lucky when you show up to pick up and receive empty cups...so you can select at that point whatever drink you want. Today was NOT the day for that and I was given Coke...and a VERY BEANY*LETTUCE FILLED*NON CHICKEN HAVIN 🌯burrito. I was sooooo disappointed. I cut it open. Half lettuce. Half beans. I have been going to this location for about 5 years...this was my BIRTHDAY BURRITO. YUK. I went back. Talked to 3 ladies...1 was the manager. They gave me a new burrito and a fresh Iced Tea...plus a phone number to call about the app. ;) I 💜 Moes and this location!! 🌯🙌

    I love Moe's! I catered Moe's for my wedding and we used this location. Jimmy and Steve were amazing every step of the way! The customer service and food were above and beyond what I had hoped for. I would book them again and I recommend them to anyone looking for catering. We also ate lunch here while running wedding errands and the food/service was really good as well!

    I went in on Monday around 7:00. The lady making the food was unkind and not personable at all. I got the quesadilla club and the 3 crumbles of bacon with bacon grease was awful. The lettuce was old and wilted. My husband got a burrito and ask for bacon and instead of making more bacon she proceeded to add just bacon grease on his burrito. We asked for queso and was filled 1/2 way. They chips were so greasy and they basically gave us crumbs. When we got To check out the lady asked if we were going to leave a tip without telling me my total which I found odd. The atmosphere vibe was not professional as there was a man with pj pants in the back area walking around. I also overheard the lady making the steak that she didn’t care that it was burnt or “extra well done” that people will eat it. I’m not sure if it was an off day but it was my first and last time going to this restaurant

    I went two weeks ago around 9:20 and the doors were locked, the woman behind the counter laughed when the doors didn’t open. I this evening at 8:30 10 but told me they stop making food at 6/7, so they have no rice options, only one meat option, no guac, they even stop making the tea’s hours before they close, etc. The most unprofessional and and displeasing establishment I’ve ever experienced. Go to the one on Atlantic!

    I love Moe's but this location is not so great. The employee's are always nice and that makes up for it somewhat. I ordered pick-up here and got to the restaurant about 20 minutes later and my food was never even started. I was surprised. Usually they are on top of things.

    Store was dark and dingy , customer service lacked some leadership almost 3 min upon entering before the guest before us was even acknowledged. And the crew was only half paying attention to what any of the guests where saying, they didn't even ask us if it was for eat in or to go just assumed it was to go which the way the store was was definitely the choice will not be going to this particular location again ...

    This was the third visit where I was unable to use my Rewards bucks for being a regular app member. The store is always stating that their QR scanner doesn't work, and they get an error every time they enter in the phone number by hand. It's pathetic. Also, I was owed a cup of cheese because they left it out the bag on a previous order. Even though I had the receipt, the name of the shift supervisor whom I spoke with, and the time that I called about the item being left out, I still got pushback about getting the item I was owed. I asked for the store manager's name and they refused to provide it at first, but then asked for both my first and last name and phone number. The manager never called me. Don't go to THIS Moe's.

    If you are looking for people who can follow simple directions go somewhere else. I am highly allergic to milk and for some reason without me asking they added ranch to my burrito. One terrible way to celebrate my new years eve. I'd give it less stars but Google doesn't allow a negative score. Spend your money elsewhere.

    The managers Isaac and Steve are awesome! The employees are genuinely friendly! I drove from Roosevelt to this location, it’s worth the drive! The quality of service is much better here!

    Amazing staff. Great atmosphere. The management there was phenomenal. Can't remember the gentleman named. But he was bald head with glasses on he was extremely accommodating and understanding.

    Guy making food super nice one checking me out needed some serious people skills. Left at 9:35 said they didn't have any salsa because they put it away!!! 🫣😭 also got home and didn't even have to question I ordered! 😪

    I am a regular at this location and I never had a problem till now!!! My boyfriend and I brought like $36.00 of food. When I stated eatting, I found glass in my food. Call the restaurant back to let them know, the young lady ask for me to bring the food back. Ad I get to the restaurant and showed her the glass that I spit out my mouth and my food, all should could say is that she don't know where that could come from. No im sorry or apologetic or anything like that. I told her that I wanted my money back and inform me that she only could give me back on what I brought back, which was $17.00. At this point I don't think she knew how serious this really is!!! AT THIS POINT I WILL NO LONGER EAT HERE OR AT MOE'S ANYMORE!!!

    Unprofessional, Don’t know how to talk to customers when they made they mistake. Then gave me a messed up burrito, Never again and the company don’t seem to care cause they don’t respond to these reviews. They need a real manger over there. To teach them all how to wrap a burrito cause this don’t make no sense
