If I could leave zero stars I would. These were some of the rudest not patient centered staff I have ever dealt with. I went to the clinic for a drug test and blood draw for employment. On Monday I arrived at 1:05 pm and was told by the receptionist that there was no way I could be seen that day because the lab pick up was at 2:00 pm. I returned the next morning at 7:55 am and was the only person present and waited for 45 additional minutes before I was seen because and I quote “they were training a new employee” I have been in the health care industry and have never had a paying customer wait while training an employee. Do not go here they simply don’t care about the patient.

I went in a the old lady who is a receptionist singled my husband out who helped me to go into the office for a recheck up due to an accident. pointed her finger at him and said “he needs to go back to the car” and as an adult there should be more respect and as a worker to help others - she does not have the empathy nor is charismatic. the same day she dismissed a young girl from being treated and told her to leave because she was upset due to the fact the facility contacted her father without permission and wanted to know how they got his number. I watched and heard everything and in order to attend the young girl she demanded an apology. i’m only coming here because i have to, not because I want to. nasty personality to be at the front of an office when you walk in, the receptionist wouldn’t have liked being treated that way.

Wow. I can’t say enough positive things about this place. I was treated with kindness and professionalism throughout the entire appointment. I was about 15 mins past my appointment time, but if an urgent care can beat that, I’d love to see it. Pam and Dr. Platon-Jones went above and beyond for me. It turns out I have pneumonia and the doctor emailed and called me TWICE the same evening to make sure I was okay. These people care and I definitely felt it. Now hopefully I can get better!

First of all before coming to here have your car and make sure the tank is full. It will helps to you while waiting outside because nobody wait inside it’s their policy (ridiculous). Checking system is quick I didn’t fill any form just given my ID and insurance card. It’s $80 co-payment. It’s okay. But front desk staff said: I’ll hold the whole fee until you insurance company clear.. I said no. You got my insurance card and checked. Am I eligible or not? You’re eligible %90 percentage it’s for just in case.. no I don’t agree. No confusion.. if I’m eligible just charge my co-payment no hold for anything. —It’s MedExpress policy Sir. - I don’t agree. Than they didn’t charge. I have finished the check in and want to sit a chair, waiting time an hour.. staff warn me again. You can’t wait here you may wait in your car.. I asked, the seats for what? According Your clarification nobody sit and wait here.. okay I’m gonna wait outside they will call me back. They call me in 20 minutes not an hour. Nice. I went to exam room. Nurse came and said, we will have Covid test and flue test first. I said why? I’ll have it today 4pm Walgreen I don’t need it, I came for exam not test. Okay we have Covid and flu test. We offer .. is it free? No but it will go through to your insurance regarding your today visit. I said I’ll have it today you’re not offering you’re forcing the people and say it will go to your insurance. Honestly you don’t pay my insurance. If you offering exam I’m ready if not refund the money I’ll go back. Than she left and call the male nurse and he said I’m a violator please exit it’s done. I have asked their names, they put their palm over name and hide. They refunded my money and I left.. it’s totally clean location, Nice furniture, Nice waiting Place but you can’t use it, Their customer service was rude. I’ll call my insurance company too.

My husband raved about this place he has been here multiple times. Well my daughter and I have been here for over two hours still not called back. I asked lady at front desk about 30 minutes ago and she stated 1 person a head of you. Lied they called someone else back. After this trip I will be back. They literally just called someone else back so two a head of me. This is unbelievable I know I should have picked Urgent Care.

Horrible horrible horrible customer service. Do NOT come here! Zero stars! They do not have a nurse staffed here. Only on Tues and Wed. How can you operate as an urgent care without a nurse? They kept telling me that oh you're in healthcare, you get it, we are short staffed. Umm excuse me? Unacceptable. You need a nurse here. Very rude. Front desk staff, first lady with no name badge saw me walk in and walked away from the front desk. Other lady, Jeshalyn, was hiding from her work station too. Finally was greeted by Jeshalyn at front desk. She was laughing at Me after she told me that I couldn't get services because there is no nurse today. Very rude guy came from the back to tell me that I couldn't be seen today as well. It is 8am and no other patients were here. I would NEVER come here or EVER recommend this place. This facility should be SHUT DOWN!

I was very pleased with the genuine care and support from the front desk to the nursing and PA. Jackie was very friendly and caring. I will definitely come again.

2 stars because the doctor was really nice. Outside of that, it’s 0-1 stars. Checked in online at 8:30am and get a text at 9:08 saying please come to the desk we’re ready for you. Checked in at the desk at 9:23am (put on the check in that I was 15 min away). Sat in the waiting room until 10:40am while really sick. Finally ask what is going on and they usher me back like they totally forgot about me and then stick me in another room for an hour. 0 bedside manor from anyone except the doctor, he was really nice. You go there in your most vulnerable moments and they just treat you like the next number in line. I’d recommend going somewhere else if you can.

Quick, fast specialty care. Once again, they have never disappointed us. This was our third visit in a little over a year for my 3 year old granddaughter. The care and personal touch in each visit has been exceptional. Shout out to the wonderful staff and Nurse Jackie for making my granddaughter well, comfortable, and happy. You all Rock! Keep up the good work!

A very good and fast urgent care even with a number of people there. My daughter hurt her ankle and we were in and out. The staff are kind and honestly really cool! And the nurse knows what she's talking about! Also insurance and sign in was not long! You can just scan the qr code and it's just the typical name, address and stuff, way faster than writing.

I went into MedExpress because I was having flu like symptoms and strep symptoms. I walked in and no one was at the desk, I was standing at the desk for 10 minutes no one would assist me. The doctor seen me standing at the front and was ignoring me. They told me they weren’t accepting walk ins so I scheduled an appointment online and had to wait over an hour. I came back and the lady who was “helping” me at the front desk was very passive aggressive and rude. I told the doctor I was experiencing strep throat symptoms as well as flu symptoms. The nurse gave me a flu and Covid test when I asked for a strep test she told me no because my symptoms weren’t ‘strep like symptoms’. Overall I had a horrible experience, very understaffed and not professional at all.

I accompanied a teen abuse survivor for UTI treatment. The provider was unable to recognize her signs of fear and distress, after learning her father had, without permission, been informed of her visit. Instead she shamed the teen in front of staff and another patient, for not speaking with respect to adults. She insisted that the teen apologize, in order to receive care. The other person in the waiting room assured the teen that the provider had been out of line. The teen opted to leave and received excellent sensitive care from St Vincent's Ascension. Follow up: It's been one month since I took the time to send the feedback they requested, directly to their email. They have not responded.

I wish I would have seen the poor reviews on here before deciding to try and come here. My husband was bitten by a dog and after not being able to get any appointments at an urgent care (what is the point of an urgent care if you need an appointment- I digress) I found this med express. I called them and the lady said “sure, there is 4-5 people here ahead of you, but just come on in if you are on the way.” After my husband drove 35 minutes to get there, he gets turned away because they were too busy and the doctor refused to take anymore patients because they would be there “way past closing time”. He arrived a little after 6 and they closed at 8. I just wish the person on the phone hadn’t wasted our time.

Nothing Urgent here. Wasted 7 hours over 2 days and was still not seen. Was told Friday morning at 10:15am there was 1 person ahead of me. Had to leave at 1:45pm for another appointment. Came back Saturday at 11:45am was told 3 people in front of me. Left after 3 hours. FInally get a phone call at 3:20pm telling me to come inside which of course means another hour of waiting. The staff is nice enough but why they only have one Dr on staff at a time is beyond me. Seems it defeats the whole purpose of these places. Unless you have no other option you'd do better seeking other options.

This place is amazing. They truly care about their patients and will do whatever it takes to make sure you feel at home. The practice manager is also very professional and super sweet and makes sure staff is doing their jobs correctly. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone for care because they took great care of me while I was there.

Thank you MedExpress. I had a great experience during my first visit here. Everyone was professional and polite. They listened to my concerns and my reasons for my visit. Dr. Johnston discussed the options available and gave me an opportunity to select the treatment which made me most comfortable. The check in process was a little different than what I was expecting, however it did not change the course of the care I was given. If I am ever unable to get in to my regular PCP again, I will feel comfortable coming here. Happy Holidays

The biggest scam in America; healthcare. Gave them my insurance, paid the $50 copay and waited 2 1/2 hours to see the Doctor only for him to say, "sorry, we don't do exploratory surgery." He tried to play it like the staff did not know the policy. No, Sir you did not want to lose out on billing the insurance Company and getting the premium. Your staff knows everything about your policy.

New name , new people ! It was an amazing experience ! So happy I have a good urgent care near me . I have the stomach flu , it was extremely easy to register online , they will text you when your turn is up which for me is huge ! I got the there and I was in a room within 5 minutes , the nurse was so nice , extremely polite , and like wow best nurse ever honestly . She even send my meds right away so by the time I was out they were ready ! Super friendly staff , hope I’m not sick anytime soon but if I am I will be going back for sure. !

This was the fastest I’ve ever been in and out of an urgent care facility. The staff was caring and extremely knowledgeable. I feel like the diagnosis was accurate and treatment plan was clear and well thought out. I will gladly return.

Had a head would and rushed to the clinic. They triaged me and said I needed staples. The registration was easy, very professional personnel and clinical staff. Procedure was quick and easy. Love this clinic, staff and will use it in the future. Thank you all for taking care of me!

They didn’t have an MD there. The DO didn’t have much knowledge. She was rude and arrogant. Does not want to listen to what you have to say (no compassion at all!) Don’t waste your time unless you want to get offered something that makes your condition worse!!! Go to Care Spot instead!!!!

This place was so fast & got me in and out within probably 20 min. The MA who worked with me yesterday was great! She has amazing bed side manners. This was one of my best experiences in the medical field.

I schedule a same day appointment for my daughters sports physical. We got a courtesy call to come in a little bit earlier to fill out paperwork, which I'm so glad they did. The receptionist and nurses/providers were all so sweet and welcoming, that my daughter had a very positive experience!

Absolutely recommend! I had to come here to get titers and vaccine for school. They were so sweet and understanding. Unfortunately I had to come back due to confusion on my schools end and they verified everything was being done and was still attentive and very kind! Great Staff! In and out!

From the front desk to the nurse to the doctor and X-ray department everyone was great!!!.. They took the time to explain all my question and we're very patient with me. The price for all the service was good as well. I will be going back to them if in need of care again.

I had a very positive experience at Med Express. The staff and the doctor were professional and kind. The wait time was minimal and I'll be happy to go again, should the need arise.

went here to get a rapid covid test because i’m feeling very under the weather. tested positive but the doctor Vince was seriously so kind and explained everything really well. he gave me a detailed list on how to take my medicine, after another lady told me to “just read the bottle”. Vince is the man!

So we have been here twice in 60days for 2 different incidents for myself. Both times have been with NP Jacqueline Dalla Rosa. And we have always been treated kindly, with respect and a smile(and some shared laughs). I'm glad that when we came back she was there. Her and the other nurses are all very sweet. Thankful for them taking care of me.

UPDATE! TRIED AGAIN TO HAVE A SICK TODDLER SEEN AND WAS TOLD NO APPTS CANT BE SEEN! MIND YOU NOT A CAR IN THE PARKING LOT AND THE NURSE WAS EXTREMELY CONDESENDING AND DID NOT CARE IT WAS FOR A SICK TODDLER UNTIL I THREW A FIT AND SAID URGENT CARES ARENT BY APPOINTMENT ONLY!!! SHE OFFERED CORPORATES NUMBER THINKING I NEEDED IT AND DIDNT ALREADY HAVE IT FROM PREVIOUS LACK OF CARE! Spent more time trying to check in with someone in PA. Who kept saying she couldn't hear me and had an attitude and never got to be seen because they were closed by the time she told me to just go in. Dr said there was no registar personally in office so I either could make the call to go to er or come back in the morning. We choose just to not come back if its this difficult to be seen.

The APRN was fantastic. I have a torn calf muscle and as a bodybuilder that can be tough. Everyone was kind and listened EXCEPT- the a$$hole that got my info in the nurses suite was pretty bad. I thought I was talking to a nurse, but he made odd accusations and challenged my doctors prescriptions. Had the audacity to question my specialists medications that I’ve been on for years, effectively. I then found out this jerk is an X-ray tech and not an actual medical professional valid to give advice on medications. Not ok.

Fast friendly service. Just don’t like the check in process. Saw 2 people walk out because they couldn’t talk to someone face to face.

Highly recommend. Very nice & caring doctors and not lazy!! She made sure i left with the treatment i needed and my hand is getting better already!! Thank you so much guys!! See ya next time :)

DO NOT come here if you're in pain, They have no sense of urgency. waited in the waiting room for over an hour. watched the medical staff play on their desk talking most of the time. they seemed to just want to kill time. there where 3 patients... thats it the whole hour... and one came in after me... they just skipped me... find your way to a different urgent care... we got the refund and left.

This is the second time I have utilized Med Express Urgent Care for my medical care needs. The facility is immaculate and the staff is welcoming and outgoing. I have seen two different PA’s at this location within the past six months and both listen well and have been responsive to my needs and seem to care about my well-being. I actually find it much more convenient and easy to visit Med Express opposed to my primary care physician’s office!

My experience was AWESOME yesterday! From the receptionist, Nurse and the Dr, everyone was compassionate and professional! The Dr actually examined me and listened! The medicine prescribed worked after taking the first dose! Thank you!

I have been treated at MedExpress several times. Each time the doctor and staff are extremely kind and caring. The facility is spotlessly clean too. The wait time has never been very long. The discharge papers are easy to read and understand. If you are i need of urgent care, I highly recommend MedExpress.

The staff were very kind and welcoming. They let me know that there would be a little bit of a wait while making sure I knew I’d be well taken care of. I appreciated the communication and the effort that was put in to provide the best possible experience.

Do not bother going to this clinic!!!! I went on 6/21 did 3 test covid, Flue, and Strep. All came back negative. Dr told me to call back on 6/22 or 6/23 if my symptoms were not better. I called back 6/24 Dr was not working, and no other Dr could help unless I went back up there and waited in line again for another Office visit $$$ or wait until 6/26/2022. Called this morning was on the phone for 20 min nurse was not helpful he told me my timeline of sickness which was wrong, and I was to wait or come back up for another office visit. They are not here to help or listen they are here for the $$$$

This was the most pleasant and enjoyable experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care facility. As a veteran I have had to traveled and be screened at various locations around the country, and this establishment is by far the best. The staff is very friendly and they are very attentive to your needs. With them professional and knowledgeable as they are, they make it and easy decision when it comes to treatment

I brought my high schooler in for x-rays after she hurt ankle playing soccer. All the MedExpress employees and providers were very nice and helpful. We were seen quickly (had an appointment) but also understand that sometimes in Urgent Care you do have to wait. Initial evaluation and x-rays indicated not broken, radiologist confirmed evaluation within hours. Thank you MedExpress, if ever needed again, I will be back!

Zero stars. Checked in online. Filled out form with IDs. Went to the urgent care when I got the text message. When I came up to the front desk they told me that the computer froze so I had to wait to get it back up and that they will call me when it’s up. 45 minutes later 2 ladies walked in did the same thing I did (online checkin) was told the same thing so I went to the front desk and asked whats up, she went and told me oh it just got back up running so I waited maybe 20 minutes only to tell me that they do not accept my insurance! What a freaking waste of time!!!!!! Could’ve told ne when I was checking in.
