I'm honestly obsessed with this place. Employees are very kind and do the job so quickly! You'll get your drink in less than a minute or two. I mostly come here for the freezer options for coffee they have which are so delicious. Will come again everytime I crave some coffee One more thing to mention is to ask about their dairy substitutes. Im pretty sure they only do so with hot or iced. Hope this helps

Always great customer service. Always long lines, worth the wait. I order Tuscany Toffee hot or cold (light flavoring, it can get sweet) there is a sugar free version. The egg & cheese croissant is delicious. Hot and fresh.

Went on a Tuesday around 5pm it wasn’t busy service was quick. The staff was very friendly and sweet. Looks like new items on the menu everything sounded so yummy! We got a Cookie’s and Cream freezer which was 10/10, a hot cocoa another 10/10 and a pumpkin cream cheese muffin 10/10! Definitely recommend

I don't mind waiting in the super long line if the coffee is the same great coffee everytime but it's not, Igo here everyday and 3 times now in the last 2 weeks I've gotten freezers with chunks of ice throughout it but that's not the reason I'm leaving a negative review although that really does bother me.. but my daughter was told by one of the girls at the window that you can get any drink on the menu sugar free and for the last 2 weeks she's been ordering different flavors of the smoothies sugar free trying them all out until she went to order one this last time and the lady told her that sugar free comes in every drink except for the smoothies "are you serious??" Every single girl that's made her a smoothie went alone with the sugar free for 2 weeks and now we're being told that she's been having sugar all this time!! We're all highly upset about this, this is a really big deal!!! If they don't know if it's sugar free then they shouldn't say that it is!!

EXCELLENT coffee, my friend and I got the frozen caramel extra espresso, frozen mocha extra espresso and a strawberry banana coconut redbull smoothie. Everything was delicious, our cashier was polite and patient with all our questions. Will definitely be back!

This little coffee spot is one of the absolute best in town. It's a small drive thru only spot. But the quality is above that of some of the larger chain coffee places. Plus the staff is always friendly and in a great mood. I would highly recommend this place especially if you've never tried them out before. I guarantee you will be glad you did!!!

Best cold coffee I have ever tasted. Totally on point flavor everything and it wasnt all ice. Highly recommend they have a wide variety as well .

I have nothing bad to say about this place, but only the people who take the orders and it’s not a big problem but would be nice to get what you asked for. I go to the kingsland one and I went Sunday and i always get my small mocha freezer with cookies and I told the young gentleman that and he did not give me a mocha freezer with cookies just a dark mocha freezer. I was disappointed cause I didn’t ask for that. But at the same time I wasn’t to upset cause it was still good. Even though they may mess up on your order some how it’s still good lol but I love my mocha freezer add cookies a lot more.

They are always fast, professional and delicious. We love this place! Highly recommend and we visit often.

Just waited almost 20minutes for a latte that tastes burnt. No foam on top at all. Supposed to be a brown sugar cinnamon latte. It is hot coffee with simple syrup is what it tastes like. The girl taking orders outside the very long line of cars was very nice. When I got to the window I asked how do I know that this is my coffee because there was nothing labeled to tell me and the girl that handed it to me didn’t repeat my order to me to assure it was mine. She just said what do you mean and laughed. A guest should never be laughed at because of a question. That was my second time there and will be my last. Train your baristas better. Not a latte and poor attitudes. I will never return. $7 plus change and a tip waisted. Never again.

I live on the other side of town, but I drive all the way to the Lane Avenue location for the Cookies and Cream Freezer. This location makes it perfectly! Not sure what they do differently, but it's worth the drive. Today, the service was great and speed of getting my order was quick, despite a line. Thank you to Abby, Andrea, Katie, and Amy for another great Ellianos experience.

Was doing Instacart delivered ten 16 ounce bags of ice in the rain to them. The big ones. I had to carry all of them into the store. Tipped me like $2 bucks. Never again. Do better.

The coffee was great, customer service was even better. Kaleb helped us figure out our rewards and how to claim our free coffee! He made sure everything was perfect and I could tell he actually cares and wants to be great! Lucky to have great people and staff here!

I had a good experience here. Came here for the first time to get something sweet and cold. The Tuscany Coffee was really sweet and delicious. I also got a muffin and it was great. The girl who helped me was very kind as well. Overall it was a 10/10 quick and easy!

Oh my gosh! My cookies and cream freezer was so good & was on point! I didn't have to wait long, the line was finally down and it was worth every penny.

I just have to say I am super impressed with the owner or operator of this business. The gentleman saw my review and reached out to me to apologize and to refund both of my daughters purchases. That is amazing customer service! I had to go and change the rating to a five star. As a previous franchise owner myself you cannot always be there to make sure every single customer is being taken care of the way you would like but you can sure take care of them if people give you feedback when it’s not the way they feel it should be. Thank you Mike for running your business the way you do that’s five star service! Also a huge shout out to an employee Andrea who reached out to apologize to me even though she wasn’t a direct person waiting on us. I just went to this location… super disappointed. We had two transactions. First one had a large Lotus drink. It was great. 2nd transaction was two large lotus drinks which we have order many times. One was good, the 2nd one you couldn’t taste the strawberry flavor. That was the only flavor we asked for and it tasted watered down. We pulled back through the drive through and asked for some more strawberry flavor to add to it. That’s all we needed. The girl said she could remake it. We also told her we wanted to buy another drink. Then we asked if she wanted the other drink back she said yes of course, like we were dumb to think otherwise. We didn’t care because it wasn’t good so we gave it back. When we got the other one it tasted the same. We then asked for them to add a different flavor so we could taste it since strawberry wasn’t working. They took it back and really made my daughter feel uncomfortable because of the lack of professionalism. The server totally didn’t remember we wanted to buy another drink. When they bought the fixed drink back it was a new girl. She was also unprofessional and really made my college aged daughter feel uncomfortable. It just makes me sad that people behave like this. We spend over $30 + on four drinks and when i have a problem with one drink and they act like it’s our fault. I felt terrible. This was approx 2:30 pm ish on Saturday 6/24/23 at the Normandy location. I can honestly say I will not return for a LONG time, if ever.

I'm very picky when it comes to drinks. So when I tell you this place is by far the best place for coffee... You can believe it. Everything is so good. The prices, the service, the drinks. Friendly staff, quick service, and delicious drinks. Before you know it your order is ready. It's handed to you by friendly staff and the prices are very nice. My favorite is the Ice Chai.

The girls who work here are super sweet! They get the job done efficiently! They are also super friendly! I would recommend this place whenever you want coffee!

Every time I go by, the staff inside has always been nice and cheerful. A light music in the background when you pull up to place your order, but never too loud or distasteful. I always see a smile when I'm there.

Just ordered a medium Carmella with coconut, half sweet. The espresso comes through bold and delicious. Friendliness is at the highest level. If you’re looking for a top notch latte, look no further.

Way better than Starbucks!! My favorite is the turtle freezer with 3 extra shots of espresso. Their breakfast sandwiches are delicious too.

I visit when I want that one hot cup of coffee. They have good customer service and have taken a page out of the ChicFilA book, with having staff cone out and take orders in the drive thru lines, which makes service efficient. The coffee really is good tho.

Our morning MUST HAVE. This location has the BEST staff. Morgan and Ammani always remember our orders, always greet us with smiles, and are always hustling. The Cookies and Cream freezer is killer and the Bagels and Croissant sandwiches are worth the extra time and $. Even when the line is six cars deep on either side that's where you'll find me.

I really do love this place but they’ve messed up on my order a few times now. I always get the chai tea coconut milk latte usually with a croissant and egg sandwich. Hair in the whip once, hair in the sandwich another, regular milk instead of coconut milk another which left me coughing and nauseous for a min but it’s on my way to work and tastes better than Starbucks to me.

I went to S-------s the other day for a Mocha Frap, extra shot, no whipped cream. I got a cup of ground ice with no extra shot and hardly any flavor. I drank it a little and was left with 1/2 cup of ice. Ellianos on the other hand, I ordered a Mocha Freezer the same way. Oh my goodness, way, way better from the top to the last drop. Next time, we will drive out of the way for Ellianos. Also, every hot coffee I have had is 50 times better. The other place, always overroasted with a burnt taste. Elliano's 5 stars out of 5 every time. I'm never disappointed.

Great coffee that's not too sweet. The coffee is flavorful instead of bitter and the staff at every location I've been too, has been superb. I can't rate the food because I'm am gluten free but I'm excited to see a GF breakfast egg bowl coming soon.
