Been to a few different escape rooms and this has by far been my favorite. The rooms were the most challenging I've faced, with a good variety of puzzles and multiple little secrets I won't give away. The staff was fun to talk with and extremely helpful!! Seriously if you like escape rooms or have never done one this is a great place to go!!

Did the Playground in Jacksonville location. Sean was such a fantastic game master! His hints were timely and never too much. Made it out with mere seconds to spare! Brought my mother for her first ever, and the quality of the rooms are top notch. Bought gift cards to take my wife and friends when we get back to Atlanta!

This was honestly the best experience of my life. the staff were so sweet. i came here on my birthday and they all bought me a gift wrote a a card and gave me my own private game for free. i will truly never forget this experience. thank you to everyone. special shout out to our game guide jas

I came here to celebrate my birthday with my group of friends and the experience here was amazing! Staff were nice and understanding. Our person who guided us through the playground game was awesome and sweet, I wish I knew her name, I can’t remember! She gave us a good amount of hints to help us throughout the game when we got a little stuck. Overall, great experience with staff and in the playground room, would definitely come again to do another escape room!

…WE ESCAPED!! The experience was amazing! We were able to get a private room with just 4 of us with only an hour to escape! We were in the second hardest room! The staff was great super friendly and very proud of us when we finished. He even walked us to the entrance of the prison break and said that he thinks we’d be great for it since we managed to escape from the other one. Overall 10/10 I would most definitely do this again with more friends! It wasn’t fantastic!!!

This was such a great family experience! We came with our kids to do the Gold Rush. We were amazed by the surprising twists and turns. Megan was so sweet and helped make my birthday celebration special!

Very great experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Especially the young lady Eliza who greeted us in the front desk. She was a great person and an amazing employee, since we were from out of state she allowed for us to be accommodated the most comforting way and even let us leave our luggage in there so we won’t have to wheel it around every where. 5/5 service and should definitely be recognized! The whole escape game experiencing was interested and very complex. It’s one of the best escape games I’ve attended which was actually very challenging. Even though we didn’t full escape, I ALMOST DID. But i would definitely recommend. It’s also a very affordable price

really fun and immersive rooms with so much attention to detail. kyle was our game master and was really helpful towards the end when we were beating the clock. surprised at their low prices when their rooms are such high quality. highly recommend

We beat Prison Break! We’ve been working up to this for years to beat such a challenging room as a family. Our host Colton was awesome - we arrived a bit late on a crazy road trip, but they worked with us to get an on-time start to a different game and it was amazing. Highly recommend this company for escape rooms.

A+++ experience! It was the first time my partner and I had gone to an escape room, so we can't judge in comparison to other places, but we did Gold Rush and found it to be just the right difficulty for us. We did finish right at the hour, but that was due to our own stupidity and skipping steps. However, we were laughing and having fun. The staff were super friendly and even wrote us a card for our first escape room. It was an absolute blast and definitely plan on coming back to try the other rooms!

This place was amazing and inquisitive. So many things to consider and find. It’s lots of fun and would love to come back!!! Sydney as a member of this facility was gracious, and friendly. She was on point and made the rules very clear to understand. Overall experience was fantastic!!! 10/10 would come back to try another room she recommended.

This is THE one! We've completed many escape rooms as a family, but this company is by far the best! The rooms are surprisingly immersive and so elaborate. We initially completed The Playground and escaped with only seconds to spare. We're a group of 6 (with 2 littles), and felt that the quantity of puzzles to solve in the playground made its rating of 6 feel much more like a 9. However, we loved it so much that we came back the next day to complete the Market: Special Ops. This system of rooms was absolutely amazing, and the story continued to develop as we progressed. We didn't need any hints and finished with over 8 minutes left on the clock. Our family was so impressed and will be back the next time we're in town! Highly, highly recommend!

This was our first time at The Escape Game Jacksonville and of all the escape rooms we’ve done, this way by far the highest quality. We did the Gold Rush room and had a great time! Vyn was a great game master - so attentive and friendly! Can’t wait to come back for the other rooms.

Raven was awesome we had so much fun, it was a great challenge for us to use as a team building work event. We will definitely be coming back and I will be bringing my whole family

Me and 5 of my family members did gold rush tonight. It was SO much fun. Colton was a great game master—super encouraging and fun to interact with before and after the game. We will definitely be back.

We had a BLAST! Kyle was our game master and gave us the perfect clues when we were in doubt and needed some guidance. He was so friendly and gave us a sneak peek of a different room as well! Also helped us take some pics! Sean/Shawn helped give us the rundown and rules in the beginning, and Shea/Shay set up our game and was even able to get us in a room with just us to avoid playing with another group so we were more comfortable! Everyone was so friendly and kind, and we'll definitely be back!

I played prison break with Nadia as my guide and i just have to say, she’s probably the best guide i could’ve gotten. Escape games aren’t my strong suit but she definitely made the experience better as her clues didn’t spoil the fun but genuinely helped the overall experience. I’d definitely come back for more with her as my guide!

We were on vacation in Jacksonville looking for something to do on a rainy day. We came here and played 4 rooms all in one day. Ashley and her staff are Amazing people!! Everyone of our game guides were phenomenal, they all had wonderful customer service. The place was clean, the gift shop was cute, bathrooms were clean, the whole experience was amazing. An next time we are in Jacksonville we are going to play again cause the experience was that great and amazing! Thank you so much to the Jacksonville The Escape Game team for a amazing day, you guys are a big part of what makes that place fun. Keep up the great work.

I went for my friends birthday and we did the prison escape. It was really fun and Nadia was the person who gave us hint and clues. It was a really fun experience and she helped alot. (me and my group were most definitely struggling but made it out in time in the end)

Fantastic escape rooms. We did Special Ops and went back later to do Gold Rush. Both rooms were challenging and interesting. So much fun to solve. So many locks, codes, puzzles in each room. Highly recommend. We did 1 with our group of 3 and the other with 4 people we didn't know. Was so great working with others who have different ideas for solving the room!!!! We ESCAPED!!!

We loved it here! It was so much fun to do and really great for people try to work better as a team. We played the playground game and could use as many clues as we wanted, which was awesome 👌🏼.

Stopped in with a friend to take a look at the rooms in their free demo and I have to say Cheyenne is an absolute GEM! Extremely kind and clearly passionate about the games. The entire staff was extremely friendly and just seemed like an amazing group of people to be around, but she absolutely made the trip worth while. We are now planning our group trip to fully go through as many rooms as we can!! Super affordable on top of that $30 a head is a steal for the quality and they have an ONLINE ESCAPE ROOM available for purchase which I thought was SICK! Absolutely recommend this location!!!

First time going to an escape room, and this place was great, we choose the prison one and our group had fun the entire time, we got almost escaped stickers and the person we got assigned with was absolutely great (sorry forgot his name) the staff was very nice and energetic, very good vibes, definitely coming back again!

Our group enjoyed our escape game room with assistance from Jas! The room was challenging and fun. The staff are energetic and friendly. We have successfully completed all the escape game rooms (aside from Playground, which is for a crowd a little younger than us). Highly recommend these challenging rooms! Asta is out tour guide and very helpful & friendly and we appreciate the tour to the other areas. We did the Heist and it was an amazing experience that made you think for your next step. Very highly recommended and we will probably be back before we leave town! This is the first time I have been to the escape room and I have enjoyed it. So nice, we did it twice! The level of detail with this escape game is outstanding. The puzzles and games in the room were properly set up and functioned correctly. We played the Prison Break and returned later the same day to play Gold Rush. This escape game is probably one of the best we have attended in terms of quality and challenge. Ashley was our check-in host for the first game. She was very friendly and enthusiastic about her job. Jay (Prison Break) and Ashton (Gold Rush) did a great job as our game masters. They kept the momentum of the game moving with minimal input. Looking forward to attending again and would highly recommend.

Loved my first time experience here. Came with my friends and we all had such a great time. We did 2 rooms back to back, that's how much fun it was. Sydney and The staff was great. From the front desk to the helpers for the rooms. Will for sure return again. I highly recommend for any party or just regular get together with friends

I’ve done 2 escape room and enjoyed them so much I planned a team building for my company. We had a blast completing The Prison Break and The Heist. The staff was friendly and fun and made the experience all that much better. Whether you’ve done one in the past or never before this is THE place in Jacksonville for escape rooms. 😊

First time ever doing an escape and was not excepting how much fun this was going to be. We had an amazing time and the staff were wonderful. Bree and Vanessa were wonderful and made the experience even that much better. Staff is wonderful and we will definitely recommend and be back soon.

This will forever be the best escape room experience I will ever have and will do. I've done over 30 escape rooms in my life and this place alone has two rooms that make the top 3. I would rate it even higher stars if I could. I just wanna make a HUGE shout out to three employees in particular which are Kyle, Sydney, and Megan. Kyle actually did two rooms with me and he alone made both an awesome experience. Sydney was the game master for our first room and she had both of us laughing and having the best time while in the room. The same goes for Megan, who made the second room just as memorable as the first. Just themselves and their personalities alone made this an extremely memorable experience. If their higher ups are reading this, I would definitely give them a raise because I can guarantee that they make me wanna keep coming back and telling my friends and family about this place again and again and again.

The puzzles were very challenging, but not overly difficult, so made it very fun!! Very unique room. The staff were excellent!
