Beautiful area. Just over a mile worth of trails for hiking. Good replicas of Civil War era buildings and structures. Nice boardwalk. Connects to Jacksonville-Baldwin Rail Trail to the north.

This is historical trail, very short, and could a good option if you would like to read some interesting fact about the civil war and imagine those tines. I wish there would be some attractive buildings, not just a wood with signs only. There are 2 buildings and a small lake. It's good to see and spend 1h, but definetly not the must see in. I don't think I'll come back some days.

WHY have I never ventured here, prior!?! Absolutely serine! Meticulously clean and well kept. The facilities are impeccably clean and well stocked. (*ADA compliant!) Small historical site with original structures, nature paths (dotted with information placards: maps, vegetation, historical facts, etc.). Ample parking with ADA spots and area reserved for tour buses. Site offers tour reservations!

Beautifully maintained, full of historic monuments, trees everywhere. Perfect for horseback riding, trail riding, picnics or just a stroll along the paths with your partner and dogs.

All paved. Great place for a walk, especially with people who may not want to get their feet wet or are limited in mobility. Also great for kids. Big field too. Highly recommend this one.

I love shooting here! As a photographer, I’ve had this location booked the most! It offers perfect variety. Careful with planning any weekend shoot’s especially around the golden hour cause you may have to rock-paper-scissors other photographers for a spot!

Excellent for pictures or a casual stroll. Make sure you have mosquito repellent if you go later in the afternoon.

Easy bike ride through history, nature, and the Baldwin trail. Bathroom also before hitting the trail. Enjoy

It's a nice place to walk the trail but it seems to glorify the Confederacy. On one of the placards I read that Robert e Lee was a, "military genius".. which is disturbing, to say the least. If you can ignore all of the signs it is a decent park. Plenty of shade trees. Long paved path if you'd like to bicycle or rollerblade

Great place to go almost 2 miles with some backtracking on trails but I did it all with a Quickie Pulse6 powerchair and had no worries of getting stuck with paved and boardwalk trails, plus accessible restroom by the Baldwin Trail
