Same like every KFC … Same taste good quality foods …. There are some disadvantages also here …. First thing is self service it taking more time at least we have to spend more than 1 hour to eat food …. And the 2nd minus is in men’s washroom very disappointed with that …. Cleaning is perfect but it’s no any cover near wash basin….

Food is expensive for prospective Sri Lankans, but the brand name attracts many people, especially kids. However, the way they treat customers is not great. I ordered two menus, which cost me 2290 rupees. I gave 5000 rupees, but the server only returned 2700 rupees instead of 2710 rupees. The server didn't mention anything about it. It's disappointing to see such a small amount being taken from each customer. Just imagine, with 500 customers, that's 5000 rupees. Ten rupees may seem insignificant, but as a business, they should have correct change available. KFC is a major chain, and this incident tarnishes their reputation.

I really want to say KFC is always KFC but staff they need to understand one thing they need to take care there customers. Soooo poor staff service. I try so many KFC restaurants in Sri Lanka I never ever had a bad experience like here I felt. 👎👎👎even 1 star is too much for them.

Today we had order two snacker chicken burger from KFC Jaffna and this is exactly what we receive. We were so delighted about the food and we were not even able to take a bite after what we saw in our food. If this is the kind of service that is provided I am worried of the quality of food that is prepared. Look at the size of the onions, I wish someone at least thought about it for a second and I have this some kind of thread or whatever I can't even find out what it is inside my snacker. We ordered for one with cheese and one without cheese, such generous people they gave both with cheese for a person who does not like cheese.

Same as other KFC outlets. Huge dining area. Nice environment. Easy access from the main road. Ample parking.

the cashier this morning with the red shirt shouldn't be given a job at all. customer unfriendly, arrogant and not at all informative. I order food and pay immediately afterwards. You may think that food will come soon, but after waiting 40 minutes I find out that you have to hand in the receipt you received in order to receive the order, which is definitely not the case. The woman has just been horrible to us. Service aside, the food was by far the worst KFC than what I was used to. If Kentucky were alive, he would have closed up shop right away. You should have your license revoked!!! Conclusion: do not visit at all, rather starve than eat there!

Very poor customer service. Cashier person was very slow and there was a huge que bcs of him. Once they get 5-6 orders, they stop taking new orders. Very poor service to be honest. Many people left the place including me without buying anything bcs of this. I do recommend KFC but not KFC JAFFNA.

Horrible experience, waiting 1 and a half hours after the billing. Poor service, staffs giving ketchup like giving they're own property. Just only taste, otherwise zero.

I bought a 12 piece KFC bucket. Most pieces are very small. Also they gave limited sauce packets. When I asked the manager about this, he told me that if I needed extra sauce, I would have to bring it from home. Jaffna KFC is the one of the worst.

I will never visit this location, really bad service, more than 1 hr waiting for food, staff working here have no knowledge of customer service or 0% management skills. Must need basic customer service training

We brought a 12 pc chicken bucket, as advertised they have to provide 12 thighs but there were several wings and smaller portions, when asked they said even though they advertise with chicken thighs, they only give a few thighs (there were only 3 smaller legs). Anyway there's a big queue at the counter. The billing machine got stuck when I was paying with my card and had to wait another 5-10 mins till they made it work again since it was the only working machine out of 3 available machines. They can't even speak English or Sinhala, and had some difficulties communicating. Overall bad experience.

Whenever we call and order something they tell us that we will have our orders in 40 minuits, but they never give us any details or number of our order. And each and everytime we get our orders in hand after 2 long hours and in weekends it extend to 3 hours. They add a charge of 10% doe the deliveries but it is not worth at all. So on that the food gets colder and untasty. Comparing to them pizzahut is better their customer service and delivery services are perfect

Need to wait in 2 qué. One for billing and 2nd for collection. Very disappointed regarding global standards. Almost waited in both qué 1 hour I have seen negative reviews. But no step taken to rectify the issue

The food quality and taste is good. But the management should have the basic idea that one customer doesn’t need to stay in two queues to get one meal order. Wasted around 30mins in each queue.

I ordered some kind chickens and rices for my pregnant wife, I was really worst. It was old food and rice was sticky. Some bad smells came from chicken fry. I called hotline and complained about it, they didn't take any action.

Very tasty food ! But sometimes service very poor. They have 3 billing counter But only one billing counter working condition. So if you visit offer time or Saturday Sundays they have vig que. Dining tables not enough during crowd.👎

Super unorganized mess. I went there for a lunch, It was very crowdy and the POS terminal is a super mess. They take orders randomly and no one was waiting in a queue. So you somehow have to make your way to the terminal. Even if it was so crowded, they operated only 1 terminal. And after placing your order, you have to wait in another queue like a thing to produce your bill to get your order. They prepare your meal only after they took the bill. Not first come first serve. After all, let's say you somehow managed to get your order, then there's nowhere to sit. So you have to wander around till someone finishes eating. It is because they share the dining area with some other restaurants. And let's not talk about the quality of food, this place doesn't even deserve an 1 star.

I recently dined at the KFC in Jaffna and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food and service. Not only was the food subpar and poorly cooked, but the gravy was also missing from my order despite being listed on the menu. I was left with a dry and tasteless meal that did not meet my expectations. Furthermore, the staff seemed indifferent to my complaints and did not offer any solutions to rectify the situation. Overall, I would not recommend this location to anyone looking for a satisfying fast food experience.

Foods are okay. Need to wait lots of time for order the food. Customer service not good. Washrooms and hand wash are very dirty comparing to other KFCs in colombo area. very poor maintenance and management.

Everyone knows this place well, good taste chicken and rice but they should maintain the table properly and concern about the waiting time.

I think the staff are working under pressure especially this days (due to the foreigners arrival). Spend a lot of time to get the food. Need to improve the hospitality and work force. Otherwise Taste of the food is superb..

I don't want to reduce the rating but I wants to let the online ordering ppl to know. There is a lack of people in Tamil speaking customer carers. If possible please increase the carders who can speak Tamil or all 3 language speaking person.

Worst experience I had on yesterday as food quality is very poor and an odd smell came from food. Excess salt added to chicken and over cooked chicken provided

1. Yesterday visited it around 4.35 PM. 2. And in two counters they had only one was operational. 3. There was a long queue. 4. There is an argument that was festival season hard to hire people. Well for a extra pay someone would work. 5. And after 15 mins in the queue they said French fries was over. 6. They make it in visible space. And if I'm correct it has been finished for a long time. They could have communicated that in board. It would have saved my time.
