A
small
museum
still
bears
a
great
collection
of
history
known
as
Aarumuga
Navalar
lived
place.
Entry
fee
is
totally
free
and
no
photography
is
allowed
inside.
Many
people
don't
know
about
this
place
even
Jaffna
people
also.
An
old
library
and
a
cultural
hall
are
attached
to
this
museum.
A
Must
visit
place
to
observe
interesting
unique
artefacts
collected
around
the
region
and
some
were
donated
by
People.
There
is
a
skeleton
of
a
whale,
litter,
stone
ornaments,
daily
utensils,
Dutch
gravestones,
a
huge
painting
of
Queen
Victoria
and
ancient
weapons..etc.
Parking
is
available
in
front.
Guidance
is
not
maintained
properly
to
engage
the
foreign
tourists,
if
the
archeological
department
makes
amendments
then
this
will
be
another
great
tourist
attraction
in
Jaffna.
