This was beat shopping mall in the Jaffna city. Newly built with high quality cinema, shopping and food outlaws. Parking facilitated under ground and side of mall.

Good collection 👌 of fresh vegetables and fruits. Huge area. Better customer service.

I went with some friends to the food court at top floor for an early dinner. We took the elevator, but you also can use the escalator. The place was clean and we saw several staff working hard to keep it clean. Not a vast number of eating options. The toilets were clean as well. Hand wash areas are a bit hidden away from the main eating area.

Location is easy to access from anywhere. There’s parking space for bikes outside as well. But for other vehicles BG parking is available. At the time of the visit there was no fee requested for parking. But parking fee might be applicable as it seems. There’s a cargills food city and bank on the ground floor and some shops on the fort floor and second floor is the food corner which also includes a KFC. They’re a movie theater as well. Lifts/elevators are available as well as the stairs. Only for the first floor entrance electric stairs are there. One 🛗 elevator was out of order at the moment of visit.

I had a good experience when I last visited there a few months ago. Now it's getting worse with low quality customer service. We even had to contact security to ask how to get to the food court since the elevators didn't work. There was no sign board as well. You have to use the stairs at the left side corner. Most of the shops are closed due to the economic crisis in SL. I added a detailed review on KFC (at Cargills square) as well.

Its marvales place its icon of jaffna these days there is food city electronic shops textile also and main part of its class theatre we have this building its one my faverite place

Only big shopping complex within Jaffna where you can shop, watch movies and also for food lovers. KFC also located in this building (level 2) and cinema in level 3.

It is a department store. Variety of shops. Cargills super market is the main. Jetwing Jaffna hotel is very near.

Nice place where the Regal Cinema, Cargills Food City and a restaurant are present. Good place to spend some time with kids. The tickets for films shown at the Regal Cinema can be booked online via Bookmyshow website. The food city offers a wide range of groceries and consumables.

Very decent location with a film hall, cargills supermarket, KFC and a few more shops and food shops. Decent crowd during weekdays.

Located in the heart of the city, opposite Jaffna Hospital, Cargills Square mall gives consumers access to a Cargills Food City supermarket, a KFC restaurant, a three-screen Cineplex, food court, bank, a range of shops and a basement car park. The Cineplex has seating for 600 people

I often use the supermarket which I find very friendly and where there is at good variety of products a nice fruit and veg area. I find some products overly expensive. Staff are amenable and friendly. I find the 2nd floor food court limited. There is a KFC and a few otther food outlets of lesser quality. It's clean and well staffed but rather unimaginative, lacking in variety. I don't really use the other shops on the 1st floor and don't find them tempting or interesting. I enjoy the cinema which is good value for money and has a good variety of films including some in English. Both myself and friends find the seats very uncomfortable.

One of the best Cargills Foodcities I have visited. Good customer care and neatly kept.

food city, KFC is good. But its theatre and thire behaviors are totally different. Most of the time they power off the Air conditioner. Show time steps are fully crowded. 3rd floor (theatre) surrounded by glasses. There is no ventilation fan and A/C(power off). Then there's no fresh air, definitely you could affected

It's Cargills square in Jaffna. There are a big food city, kfc, rio ice cream center, three theaters and more shops in that building. You can easily park your vehicles there. One of the good places for visit and shopping with family.

It's the Jaffna's answer to a shopping mall. The building is located slap bang middle of the city right across the Jaffna hospital. It's a small shopping mall consists of a supermarket, cinema, food court and few shops.

Very nice building with many shops. Including super market, bank, cloth shops, electronic shop, mobile shop, food court and cinema theater. Located at the heart of the Jaffna town. alcohol not available. But u can find the tobacco products. Cargills super market and cargills bank at the ground floor.

Why do we have securities in elevators? I want to press that buttons 😢 .... everytime that guy is asking us where to go.... we know which floor is which ... if u want u can make a board or piece of paper telling this floor have this.... 😭
