Bought new Gas Cooker at TCT Multi Trade Centre just before 03 months in Bright brand. They issued 01 year full warranty certificate. Now that gas burner spread blame irregular pattern it was corroded and damaged naturally. Visited that shop ask about they said warranty only for glass top and switch. Poor administration and very poor customer relationships.They don’t know how to handle customer relations.

The parking for motor bikes is okey, For cars paking bit congested. Didn't find any pork. Overall this place is one of the best place to purchase your household needs.

Pretty nice super market in Jaffna town. Prices are relatively above average price but place is very convenient. There good enough parking spots in front of the store. We did not like the fresh fruits section which is separated from the main store. Flies were all over the food section. They will need to do something about it.

One of the biggest and popular supermarket in Jaffna. Although it is not in the heart of the city it is always filled with customers. All range of household items are available at standard price. Only problem they have is the limited parking space. I am sure they can attract even more customers if they can hire a parking space in the vicinity of their complex. I prefer the place to buy my things from them but the lack of adequate parking space always drive me away from them. There is no provision for the use of wheelchair. On the overall it is worth to mention that the place is an excellent place to buy quality products. Finally, when coming out of their compound one has to watch the traffic and cautiously cross the road because it has two way traffic. It is only a general advice, because the customers come out with full satisfaction about their purchase may not think about the two way traffic and they may not even see the oncoming vehicles. There is pedestrian crossing just in front of the supermarket but taking extra self precautions is worth doing it. Wishing all the best to the customers of TCT, Jaffna.

Planty of goods for a good price, regular customers are getting additional discounts. It has a small vegetarian restaurant, furit shop and fresh juice corner. A good place to organize events such as wedding, puberty ceremony, birthday and meetings. Management and the staff are good.
