    I bought a Huawei Y5 Lite 2018 model phone in singer with one year warranty. After three days, it was starting to heat, I could not hold the phone in my hand because that much heat. Then I visited to the showroom to change the phone, but they didn’t try to help. I asked, are you guys able to help me to switch with better Huawei option, but Huawei show room manager gave me a solution that “if you can’t hold the phone while it is getting heat, use the head phones”. In this quarantine situation, I bought this phone for my parents, but now I do not want to get them any health risk due to Huawei. Heating can cause the health issues. I still expect the better solution for my problem.
