Poor customer service. Employees or manager doesn’t care about customers. They just sit there and relax. I believe the guy is pharmacist reading the newspaper in front of customer. Not a helpful pharmacist. This place is preferable only if you knew the medicine name and details. This pharmacy is not referrable if you are not sure about the medicine. It is better to contact your local pharmacist.

The only family pharmacy in jaffna with long history. City medical care is not just a pharmacy it also has groceries orthopedic and mother baby items. They have 4 branches. The also do distribution to certain items to almost all other Pharmacies in the island especially in Northern province. Fully air-conditioned computerized showroom

A well-stocked pharmacy with adequate, courteous staff that provides both common and rare medicines at reasonable price. There are also several shelves filled with household goods, foodstuff and sweets.

Good customer care especially during the Covid situation. They are the only shop that practices proper sanitization. They have a small super market attached. Can get all basics.

Mr. Kuruparan, the pharmacist, was extremely helpful when by wife and I sought advice. He was very thorough in understanding our needs and recommending the appropriate medications in spite of language barriers. When we returned the next day in order to let him know the meds worked exactly as he told us they would he treated us royally and provided cold drinks as well as giving us a gift. If you are a foreigner in Jaffna you will find Mr. Kuruparan to be a highly competent and friendly professional.

Compare other medical shop this place little bit cheap medicine. Also good customer interaction selesmen. And waiting time little bit high. Here tea powder available. 860 re per kilo
