I stayed for 2 weeks early October having holidayed in Jaipur on numerous occasions in the past. The Theme Hotel was a hotel I wanted to try, having stayed near by some years ago. There were numerous frustrating things which made me realize that standards had certainly slipped. The complaints I had were: Meal times - Having to search the dining room for salt/pepper, sugar at breakfast, never one to a table. Some guests even had to stand and wait for a free table at dinner, and a ridiculous system of queuing to sign for dinner wine etc. after the meal. Rooms extremely clean, linen changed daily, but never enough milk/tea bags. When ringing to ask (pleasantly) for more, waiting for over an hour for it to be delivered. Outside garden area - Beautiful setting, right on the beach, but beware, a very deep pool. Sun loungers, comfortable, but mattresses left out all the time, so consequently moldy and dirty. No waiter service by the pool. The pool bar staff would bring drinks to you, but we had to go to the bar to order. Also no mention of extremely noisy building work on going, right next door. Sparse entertainment! One night there was a short demonstration of Cyprus dancing in the dining room, another night a short demonstration of Cyprus dancing in the bar area. Some nights a guy singing and playing a key board. Altogether very low key, which probably suits most of the guests, whose average age incidentally would be around the 60 mark! Overall, the hotel could do with an overhaul, some decorating/painting and a shake up of management to see that their 5* rating is sadly lacking, compared to other hotels in the area. I will not be returning to the waca waca, unlike many of the elderly guests who have been returning for over 20 years (and demand special treatment!) The overall holiday was extremely enjoyable, largely due and good weather When I visit jaipur then I will stay in this Hotel

Rating-3.5 Environment- Not so good actually. They need to work on staff, quality of food Vie points- This is really nice. Full view of airstrip , tonk road Investment- Not too high amount for food and drinks but little work on quality is needed Eatery- The crockery used was really old Weakness- Under staffed, ambience, quality of food

Recently stayed there with family for 3 days and overall experience was bad and service was pathetic.. rooms were not clean toilet were cloged , AC was not working have to ask for fan and over the top no one dare to ask about service any thing about problem which we were facing and when we confronted so usual we will look after it which in return noting happen . We already booked with partial payment so there was no chance to check in other hotel if there was option we would have out of that hotel on same day. So pls before visiting make sure want to make vacation happier or disaster.

Had extremely bad experience. Property would be at least 15 yrs old and not renovated since then .. Unhygienic rooms all linen, towels , pillows are black but staff will say it’s washed , over charging customers , managers won’t give you attention until you take serious action . We and our complaints were not responded well until we stepped to counter for immediate check out. Not recommended at all .

Worst HOTEL please STAY AWAY!! I have booked the hotel for 3 days, for 3 members(me, my wife and my child). 29, 30 & 31, paid in full while booking. When I came at the hotel to check in, to my surprise I was asked charges for my child. Also I was kept to wait for more than two hours as according to hotel until I pay for a gala dinner which was for 31 for hefty amount of ₹3000 per person while hotel room which I booked was ₹3500 per day. Also the staff was very unprofessional and rude. I was being refused to check in for the rooms for which I have already paid. Also charging over for the kid was really unprofessional as it was not mentioned at the time of booking. Room was not clean, bedsheets with holes, used water bottles was kept, and used toothbrush was in the bathroom. Seems as if staff didn't paid heed to clean room after it was checked out. Highly disappointed with service, hotel and staff. Never coming back and not recommending. Please stay away!

I have stayed at least 15 times, which means rooms baar restorent rooftop and all here are excellent. 👌👌👌 But despite being a permanent guest, I was not given discount single time😅😝 but expierence of the theme is just awesome

When a book room for more than one day then don't provide to the toiletary items,napkin etc.... n also staff is not support to the provide items.

They need an upgrade on their room infrastructure now. Although the rooms are good but you'll feel that the furniture needs an upgrade. Overall the hotel deserves a 4star

Hotel is not value for money. With the level of tarrifs room was cramped, bathroom was cramped and difficult to keep it tidy. Restaurant service left a lot to desire. Food was too spicy which is not palatable for many. It is a very compact and economy hotel charging rates suitable for more luxury and comfort.

We had stayed here during our visit to Jaipur. It was early the airport and is located in the main road itself, so accessibility is really good. Rooms were pretty decent in size and neatly maintained. Highlight was the service , as they were literally ready to help us with any concerns we realised. We had opted for Lunch and dinner from the hotel and the food was good. All in all a good experience.

Hotel is location is good. Very nice hospitality.

Good food. Decent sized rooms. Room service awful. They provided water in a bottle which they had not washed for ages. Yuck!! I feel like puking even now when I think of the state of the water bottle they provided.

Hotel room was spacious. The AC had a smell when turned on. There was spotty Wi-Fi. The food was decent and service was good. The gym was really disappointing. Also they need to clean the fridge in the room as there was mold growing.

It is actually a 3 star hotel being shown as a 4 star…….. looks like a very old property with no renovation done to the rooms and bathrooms….. linen was ok ok clean and tidy but not fresh……. I had taken breakfast and not worth the price charged though taste was good. I was promised a room upgrade by MakeMyTrip but on reaching the hotel they gave me an old room saying this is the upgrade………. Not even worth taking pics of so not taken any.

Very strategically located near the airport as per my choice. Took executive room on 5th floor on 3rd May to 5th June. Value for money and view was also great. breakfast was too good with good delicious south indian items and other continental items. not very far from my meeting place near wtp mall. Had dinner and was surprised to see the spread with mix cuisine and rajasthani papar paneer dish. tried their other dishes as well. they have added some chat items as well which was create your own chart was my favourite. Met their senior chef and he had prepared some very good chinese and indian started which was mouth watering. Food is at par with any 5 star category hotel. their chef has one of the best experience staff. Might visit again if any meeting comes for Jaipur.. Great Hotel.. awsome food..Thankyou Theme team for their lovely welcome and departure.. surely will recomend to my other friends for their weekend stay

Location, Rooms, Service, Availability, Hygiene, Cleanliness, View all are ten on ten. Executive room provides excellent view of airport and highway. Breakfast was tasty. I haven't had dinner & Bar so no comment.

Had an extremely horrible experience with this hotel, never ever ever book this hotel again. All reviews are fake. The manager asked us to checkin even though we were sick with COVID and kids were very sick. Very rude management and non compliant with any policy. Sick hotel and staff.

We were here for our official meeting with lunch in restro. Food was nice Specially thanks to staff ms. Samna and mr. Kajod they gave us very nice service.

It's an average hotel with just decent service. Rooms are bit small and we're having some smell initially. Staff was also not proactive in the service but maybe it was due to high rush . Spent 3800₹(without breakfast) for 1 night (around time of New Year) which is bit costly for the rooms and service of this hotel. 2500-3000₹ for a night should be an ideal range.

Hotel ambience is good. But restaurant service was pathetic. There was only three customers including us. But we received our dal and jeera rice order after waiting for one and half hour. And at the time of billing counter person Mr. Amit Kumar arogantly refuse to add restaurant bill in our lodging bill. Normally it is done in every hotel.

Wow! Experience with this hotel. Service was fantastic. Food varieties were good and they have taken care for baby food as well. You will get limited options in Sweets but Shahi tukda sweet was tasty. It was value for money.
