is,
even
if
you
are
not
taking
personal
training,
the
level
of
support
you
get
from
all
the
trainers
Naveen
Sir,
Sohaib
Sir
and
Rajat
Sir
is
tremendous.
These
guys
are
always
supportive
in
helping
you
being
consistent,
helping
out
during
the
workouts,
correcting
your
postures
and
making
diet
and
workout
plans
everything.
In
short,
they
are
able
to
take
care
of
each
and
every
member
and
providing
one
of
the
best
experiences
in
their
fitness
journey.
Personal
Training

My
journey
started
5
months
back
and
from
the
day
one,
I
chose
to
train
with
Naveen
Sir,
whose
the
owner,
bodybuilder
and
a
superb
coach.
I
was
able
to
loose
10
kgs
in
first
3
months
itself
and
could
see
a
good
transformation
in
overall
fitness
and
strength.
Naveen
Sir
kept
me
motivated
all
the
time
and
made
workouts
really
fun
and
knowledgeable.
He
is
truly
passionate
about
fitness
and
without
being
asked
tries
to
keep
an
eye
on
almost
everyone
in
the
gym
and
inspires
them
in
gaining
the
right
knowledge
and
achieving
their
goals.
