The property does not give the 5 star impression. The facility is totally average, with no luxury touch. We booked 2 double occupancy rooms in this hotel, believe me it was not a great experience. The doors have oil stained , the rooms are not maintained at all.

While the location of this 5-star hotel is fantastic, I felt a bit let down by the slower service. The ambience was lovely, maintaining the standards of the hotel chain, but I found the rooms a bit small considering the prices. The breakfast buffet was decent, although I’ve had better elsewhere. On a positive note, the rooftop pool, bar, and barbecue created a wonderful atmosphere, and the gym and spa were great additions. I believe there’s potential for an even better and more fulfilling experience here, despite the convenience of valet parking

Disclaimer - as a westerner, I am used to a certain standard of hotels and I understand my standard is not the standard of other westerners and people from different countries. But when you “claim” to be a 5 star hotel, I think it is very important to back these strive to keep that number. By all means, this hotel is livable, but it is not a 5 star. The rooms are very tired and bathrooms are lacking and not very clean. The tubs for example, need to be replaced outright. Bed linens are clean, but the floor is again dirty and in dire need to be replaced. Also, the magnetic charge on the hotel key kept having to be reset (if you know this is a problem with this room, why not replace the door or have the thought to put guests in another room). Gym is spartan (no free weights). The restaurant downstairs is fine and the breakfast was nice. Staff are nice and helpful.

Lol! It’s not a 5 star! I don’t know how they earned that tag! But it’s definitely not worth more then 2 star! The rooms are very average.. pretty much like a ginger category hotel. Horrible servicing. They are just very laid back and slow! The lobby stinks! Washrooms in a pathetic state. Do not book this hotel if you are expecting a 4 star or 5 star accommodation!

Ramada by Wyndham at Raja park Jaipur is an old property and needs some attention. The basement needs special attention as there is a stench that comes from there. Our car was parked there for just 2 hours and when it came out , it had a stench , which took a while to fade away. Being in the middle of the city the hotel has space limited space . Rooms are small but comfortable. It’s a typical business hotel… basic nothing to fancy about it. The staff is good, prompt in responding to your requests. Food is decent. It is a good place for lodging for business travellers but for families, I think there are better options than this.

Very bad experience with regards to the room stay and overall ambience of the corridor. The property looked old. The rooms are dull. Being a 5 star hotel one would expect clean and bright rooms. Bathroom was horrible. Bathtub was old and dirty, show curtain was stained and dirty. Dental kit wasn't provided. Towels were not great, discolored and you can tell that they were pretty old.. And the list goes on... One word - don't think of booking this hotel, would rather prefer a boutique hotel.

Horrible experience. A dying hotel. The towels were old and discoloured. No bath mat. The tea kettle had a really bad smell and was dirty from the inside. Door latch was broken. The locker for keeping valuables was not working. It isn’t deserving of a 2 star hotel. The lobby looks nice but rooms are horrible. After complaining at the front desk and pursuing the matter, we were offered another room ( we had booked for two nights and paid in advance. We were not allowed to check out after a single night with the excuse that refund is not possible for the second night as we had paid by credit card). The other room is definitely a little better but in no way does it remotely resemble what it was around 10 years back. However, I must add that the staff was really courteous and pleasant in their behaviour.

Nice hotel for all with free breakfast and the spread is also as per other star hotels. The staff is especially cared for us when they see we are with small kids and tries there best to make our stay comfortable. They also provide milk at four am so i give them all stars for hospitality.

I stay at the Ramada Hotel in Jaipur it was fantastic and fabulous . The staff was friendly and provided top-notch service. Not at all 5 Star it is. Rooms, ambience and food below 3 star category. When you give buffet there has to be equal menu for veg and non veg. They have only one main course dish of non veg not also starter. Very basic interior and ambiance. Rooms are also very small size. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel's location is convenient, making it easy to explore the Pink City. The on-site dining options were delicious and diverse. I highly recommend the Ramada for a wonderful stay in Jaipur!

Ramada is one of the best hotels over the world. This one was pretty good as well. The rooms were clean, the beds were tidy, the bathrooms and everything was looking perfect. The staff was friendly, and they provided all the amenities so I will give a 10 star for rooms and 10 for service, but the location was a bit of a problem as it is situated in a very crowded place and the traffic is very high at peak hours. It becomes very difficult to go anywhere around evening. So location is definitely a concern here as well.

This was probably the most disappointed I have been while traveling. The cost does not justify the experience. Or the name for that matter. The staff was very cold, the room's air conditioning was broken and barely any response on the phone for room service or housekeeping. Don't think I would be staying at this place again. Not recommended. PS: the staff at the Restaurant was great though. Only people with a smile that i met at this place.

Good hotel with an excellent European styled ambience for dining and bar. The rooms are good and well maintained but the bathrooms are not up to the mark when it comes to this price range. The service is very slow but the behaviour of staff is quite professional.

Ok ok place, looks overpriced as compared to the amenities available. The rooms doesn't look like a 5star hotel. Room smells and looks like it is not cleaned after the last checkout. The Bedsheets also doesn't looks clean. The breakfast is good but rest things are just hyped. You can get much better place in this much cost.

Good Location anyone who wants a good, peaceful rest should definitely NOT stay here. There is club right next door to the hotel (or under it) if your on the 3rd floor or below you will not have a good nights sleep as you can hear the music and literally feel the bass in you room. I’ve been on a road trip for the last 5 days and stayed 2 Nights here on a Monday & Tuesday both nights the club was blaring until 11:30 - 12am. Had a better sleep on the road than on my last night here.

Disappointing Experience at a Highly-Rated Hotel: Mediocre Stay and Lackluster Food 1. While the hotel boasted luxurious amenities and a sophisticated ambiance, the actual rooms were disappointing. 2. The housekeeping staff seemed inattentive to detail, as I noticed several stains on the carpets and an overall lack of thoroughness in maintaining a pristine environment. 3. Requests for assistance were met with delays and often required multiple reminders before any action was taken. This lack of attentiveness and promptness greatly diminished the overall experience. 4. Food: The taste and presentation of the food were unimpressive, and it seemed as though the kitchen was not up to par with the hotel's reputation. My stay at this 5-star hotel was nothing short of disappointing. The accommodation was lackluster, the customer service was lacking, and the food fell far below expectations. For a hotel that prides itself on providing a luxurious and exceptional experience, it failed to deliver on multiple fronts. I would not recommend this establishment to those seeking a truly memorable and outstanding stay.

The hotel itself is a beautiful property that exudes elegance and luxury. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and immaculately clean. The comfortable bed and plush linens ensured a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. I particularly loved the attention to detail in the room decor, which reflected the rich culture and heritage of Jaipur.

In what sense this is 4 star hotel that I don’t understand. I had few pain points in my stays 1) smoking smell in all lobby. Though not in rooms. 2) door clock opening took 15 minutes. It needs training to open the smart lock of the rooms 3) asked for water bottles in morning which never came 4) patches in bathroom

It's stated as 5 star but didn't seem like it. Rooms were very old. Wifi was so slow, even Google didn't open. Lobby is very small. And water bottles were 500 ml plastic bottles. Seriously? A big chain generates so much plastic. Staff is very good though and helpful. Won't visit again.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel. We had a dingy room with moisture issues that smelled like mold on the second floor. We were on the second floor and the music from the club kept us up at night. There was a cockroach and rat in the lobby…

I recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at Ramada Hotel in Jaipur, and my experience was nothing short of excellent. The hotel's prime location, situated near key attractions, added immense convenience to my visit. The staff kajal and Saurabh deserves special commendation for their exceptional hospitality. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout my stay, the team went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable experience. The room I stayed in was both spacious and well-appointed. The elegant decor and thoughtful amenities contributed to a relaxing atmosphere. The housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness, and I felt genuinely comfortable throughout my time in the room.

Terrible. Rooms and halls not cleaned well. Beds don’t have sheets. Room service or front desk does not answer phone. Put our family with many young kids on smoking floor. When they switched our rooms they gave us smaller beds and charged us the same. Took multiple complaints and having to go to front desk 3 times before they have us extra beds or towels for our kids. Manager tried to hide his name tag and told us to talk to the manager the next day. Didn’t deliver towels and beds until midnight and just threw a mattress on the floor. Switched rooms the next day and items were gone through, and some just thrown away.

Recently on my stay, I was allocated Room No 510. Everything was Good except the outer view of the Rooms where you have a access to Tin Shades and some small Marrage Hall on your side. Connectivity was Good from the City and the Airport.

Terrible room. Room keys NEVER worked. Carpets smelled. The music played during breakfast was loud and erratic. The house keeping informed us that the bed sheets were changed every 3 days which is absolutely unacceptable for a "5 star" hotel. In my experience, this hotel at best should be a 3 star hotel. The scent used for the lobby and corridors were absolutely fetid. Would never recommend anyone to ever stay here again. The breakfast selection was limited and the service was terrible. The decor in the entire hotel was nauseating with bathroom bathtubs being cracked and there being spots on the walls of the room in the deluxe suites.

Doesn't feel like good hotel chains. Service quality is very poor. You will feel it is similar to some OYO rooms. Food waiting time is very high, they will deny the entry for breakfast which none of the star rated hotel does. They will quarrel with guest. Staff behavior is very rude majorly, some staff is okay. Overall not recommended to book the room , you will get much better properties for similar price.

The hotel is well located, all the major places are very near by. The building was a little bit disappointing for a five star hotel. We had two rooms. We also took dinner and breakfast. Dinner was great. The seating are is very calm, peaceful and clean. The variety was lesser than what we have normally seen in five star hotels. Breakfast was amazing. They had a lot of variety too. The rooms were clean, well lit and comfortable.

Stayed for 1-night, amazing hospitality, courteous staff. Location was right in the middle of the city. Food and Drinks were great. Took a little bit of extra time during check out but that's okay.

One of the worst hotel...never ever stay in this hotel..I am staying here with my family in room number 325 and 328... Our ordeal started from the moment we stepped foot on the property. We were made to wait for almost an hour just for allocation of rooms. We were a family of 5 comprising of 2 elderly people and 1 baby of age 2 years. Just imagine our ordeal. Next we were allocated rooms which were not 5 star by any stretch of imagination. We had booked rooms based on pictures which had bathtubs in them. Once we reached we were told that the bathtubs have been removed. The ones with bathtubs are occupied. This point should have been considered before posting the pictures. On our floor there were construction work going on and there was noise and dirt all around. The icing on the cake was the quality of service. We had asked for mere 2 bottles of water which we got after 1 and half hours after repeated reminders. If this is the service quality of a 5star hotel then I would rather spend my hard earned money on a 1star hotel which atleast provides quality service than this so called 5 star hotel. So think twice before booking in this hotel.

I would like to say my experience was not good here. I find it unbelievable that this only hotel charges for refreshments left inside in rooms. How justifiable is it. I don't think that's a good way. Your staff is well behaved & trained, but not cooperative in many ways.

The Hotel is located in local market which has many options for food lovers. There is a large variety of food in the hotel and also the food is hygienic. Service is not so good. Rooms are best.
