The rooms are big, clean and well furnished. There were few room amenities that were missing but were provided when asked for (although they should have been present in the first place). The service was prompt, and the staff was hospitable. I felt the restaurant was a little small compared to the number of guests it was catering to. The dinner and breakfast buffet had a good spread and tasted okay

I had an awesome experience here. Nice, clean and spacious Hotel. I was impressed by the roof top party place. There is a small pool on the rooftop which gives the place advantage for parties and getting together. The entrance on the top floor was too classy, fancy and impressive. 'Wow' feeling I had here. Beautiful view of Jaipur from the top. One issue is that it is situated on a busy road and entrance and exit for vehicles are not sufficient.

As a globetrotter and depend on reviews to choose my hotel I always try to be a little bold in my reviews to help other travellers to know the place better. Hotel Golden Tulip Essential, is a hotel in a very convenient location thus it is not good as the reviews says. Some sites suggests it’s a four star hotel, definitely not. Stayed for five nights at a stretch and it’s basically the same food repeated for the breakfast and it’s not grand as suggested in many reviews. I will try to take some pictures today and shall update this. Rooms are very small and the toilet is a dinky place not even a meter of space between the walls. Shower is good and the water pressure and quality is excellent. Staff is generally good and attentive except the first person whom I met at the reception, who made my whole stay sick. He’s simply a parrot and doesn’t want to listen the need of mine and with an attitude of “take it or leave it” this is all what we’ve got to offer. Sorry for being blunt but this is the fact. All the best friends. Have a great stay in Jaipur! P.s: I may not choose this hotel nor recommend this in future.

We have stayed here a couple of times, and both times were very good experiences. The room / suite was clean, toiletries provided, and temperature control was excellent. The staff was very polite and prompt in service. The breakfast and dinner buffet were very vast, with amazing variety. The dishes were mostly tasty enough, with any kind of bread of our choice being made and supplied fresh on order. All in all, a good stay.

We were provided a room across the road from the main building. Great location and room service food ordering was easy and the menu choices were excellent and tasty. The Breakfast buffet was ok and there is a basic bar in this hotel. Our shower area could have been cleaner & the room noise insulation really needs improving.

I stayed here for two nights. - the hotel is located on a busy street so during peak traffic getting to the hotel could take some patience. - the sound proofing in my room was not great and rooms full of traffic noise - about 50 to 60 dB until about 11pm. I had good ear plugs so it was still manageable, though sporadic sounds woke me throughout the night. - overall the room is big and comfortable, quite clean. - breakfast spread and dinner buffet was also pretty good.

I’d give this hotel an overall rating of 3. Pros- Decent sized room with all the necessary amenities Decent tasting breakfast buffet Some of the staff are exceptional. Particularly Ishwar and Veer. Cons- -The bathroom floods every time you have a shower. It’s a design flaw where the water splashes on to the window ledge and gets into the dry area. -Some of the staff are not courteous. I wanted a spare key because my wife was asleep but they did not agree to the request. I’ve stayed over 9 months in hotel rooms in the last 1 year and this was the first time someone did not agree to provide a spare key. We were given only 1. -someone was smoking in the adjacent room and it emanated into our bathroom -they have a strict no outside food policy. I found this troublesome because my wife fell sick and was yearning for some comforting South Indian food which the hotel buffet did not provide. -pricey - we paid around 8k per night. The 4 star hotel across the street charged 6k per night. - i also didn’t like their hotel staff Mr. Raghuveer openly demanding reviews on trip advisor and google at the breakfast table.

Went to their restaurant called 14 tables. Valet parking took away the parking worry. The restaurant itself has got good ambience and food was nice and presentation of food was great. We ordered watermelon juice, spaghetti, a mix sauce pasta and khichdi. The service was nice and all meals were decent. I liked the sitting arrangement. They have good comfortable chairs and sofa.

Truely unprofessional behaviour by staff. My card has been charged before one day prior to checkin. For mineral water also they are charging separately. For basic sanitary items like toothbrush and razor, you have to request them separately. It was very bad experience for me

The room wasn't as per the price. Especially, the bed was uncomfortable. There weren't any small towels in the room and when we came back from the forts, all the towels were gone. The bathroom was quite small. Food was just average. Ordinary tasting food is being sold at high prices.

It is one of the better hotels that is done right for the most part. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the food was decent, the location was great, and the receptionist could be a bit more friendlier, but generally, all other staff members are helpful and nice. Haippi even takes time to talk to us during breakfast and help solve some problems for us. Areas to improve: 1. For some weird reason, when other rooms' doorbell rang, we also can hear it. Multiple times, I've mistaken our doorbell rung. 2. The electrical disturbance is common, which happened at least 4 times in one particular day. The lights and everything switched off for a few seconds before resuming. 3. The Internet is extremely unreliable, unstable, and a pain to get connected. For a business hotel, this is a surprise for me. 4. The shower heater knob was a struggle to work with. It was so hard to turn it to get the right temperature. I've seen better and more sensible design. Conclusion, will I stay here again? Well, it depends on if I need to work with the Internet. I'll give this hotel 5 stars if the above areas of improvement were not an issue.

Staff is very rude. They didnt provide you proper services and even called multiple times on intercom for order food and anything they just provide you another number to call order. I called 5 intercom for order and still they didnt provide that. And even they dont have swimming pool in the hotel but they mentioned in the website. When i told about this they said pool is in our other property that is near to hotel but when i reach to another property of hotel there was also no pool there. And they have no answer when i talk to reception about this. Air conditioning was stoping is some time. Toiletry is not there. Jet spray was not working properly. Never expected from golden tulip. Worst experience. Never recommended.

It’s was not so fine experience. At the time of checkout, These people make you wait more than necessary and ask you like multiple times if you’ve used mini bar or not and make you feel uncomfortable even at the breakfast they will come to ask your room number not even politely even when it’s included in your room plan. The only good thing was the location as it’s on MI Road and Room was still fine and comfortable though.

This is a very good hotel located in the heart of the city. My experience of staying here was amazing. I had booked a suite room for my family. The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. Staff was courteous and all our requests were welcomed and respected. The breakfast was amazing. 😍 We totally loved it. The hotel is at a great location as all the palaces and monuments are in close proximity. I totally recommend this hotel (if you get a good deal).

This hotel is budget friendly which gives decent rooms along with the services. EveRYthing we asked for would arrive in a matter of few mins be it towels or anything else. If u looking for super luxury them pls avoid this hotel. The scenic view around hotel doesn't exist as it is full of illegal small houses. The loudspeaker above and below is used liberally so can get noisy but my baby mostly slept well.Traffic noise isn't loud. We were on 4th floor. Reception is also quite good. The staff checked us IN with a delay of around 10 mins. Our baggage was carried on arrival. They provide unlimited drinking water but it isn't bisleri so I am assuming it's filter which they keep refilling on demand quickly at the doorstep. Toilet has no bath tub but decent shower with basic accessories. Hot water is also decent. My room phone was a bit weird as it worked at time so that needs to be fixed. Rest was to my liking. The neighborhood wasn't that bad and full of car accessories shops but didn't create any issues during our stay.

Very old and dated property. One floor is under renovation which makes impossible to take rest during the day. Plus during night lot of noises comes from cleaning of kitchen. Food is good. Service is just about avg. Better avoid

First things first. Hotel room was decent. But the breakfast buffet was below average. Although the hotel management is looting people with absurd policies. It's like you impose any arbitrary charges on the guest on the name of policy. So we booked hotel from a 3rd party website for very next day. We booked the room paying in Full. Room booked was non-refundable. After booking confirmation, we got a mail and call from the hotel that due to Christmas Eve, there is a "mandatory" dinner at hotel charged at whopping 3000 per person. After getting this mail, we tried really hard to cancel the room with full refund but didn't get any confirmation till the end of the day so we decided to go ahead with the booking and to talk some sense to the hotel management while checkin. At checkin we met Meena Jangir, the reservation manager and Nisha Jangir, who said if we don't want to take gala dinner then also we need to pay 3000 for normal buffet dinner at hotel even though we said we won't be having any dinner as we were in Jaipur to attend a wedding. So, in short, since the booking was at the last moment and due to peak season, we weren't able to find another decent hotel and had to pay the extra charges imposed by the hotel in the name of policy. This is beyond any logical reasoning that a hotel is making dinner mandatory to extract money from the guest on the name of some policy even if guest doesn't want to have dinner at the hotel.

Excellent Hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms. Old city, bus-stand, railway station and all major attractions are nearby to hotel. Breakfast is very tasty with options across multiple cuisines and staff is very courteous and helpful. However I didn't liked their policy of not allowing outside food which is done by majority of the hotel chains and on top of that their in house restaurant is very costly. Additionally their check-in staff is very less and people have to wait long for check-in/check-out.

We stayed here for a night. Rooms are a little small but clean and good toiletries were provided. The service here is amazing, especially the person named Neeraj who helped serve us at the breakfast table was on point and very friendly.

Nice business hotel in Jaipur located very close to market area with huge rooms in size and intricate interiors. Food and service was exceptional. They provided us with anything extra that we asked for without any hassle. Staff here is really very thoughtful and considerate. I would recommend this hotel to anybody travelling to Jaipur. The only concern here is that the parking is a bit tight but the staff takes care to get it parked properly without any hassle. They also gave us complimentary early check in to one of the rooms that helped us a lot. Overall it was a pleasant experience and worth the money spent.

In addition to the comfortable accommodations, the hotel also offered a wide range of activities and facilities for guests to enjoy. We were delighted by the large pool facing the beach. We could just walk right to the beach after taking a dip in the pool. The hotel restaurant has a stunning interior as well. We were able to have a relaxing breakfast and dinner every day that we were there. The price of the food was pretty expensive, but the food was delicious and top-notch. The staff of Daisy Lux Hotel was excellent and pleasant. They were very welcoming and accommodating. The housekeeping staff was efficient and attentive. Everyone was caring about our needs to ensure that we were enjoying our stay. On the whole, we enjoyed the hospitality at Daisy Lux Hotel and we had a wonderful experience of staying there. Location is good, the staff is courteous, the facilities were awesome. I would definitely recommend Daisy Lux Hotel as it is a great place for guests to relax and enjoy themselves.

We arrived well after 10:00 PM which was after dinner service had ended. The kitchen and restaurant staff stayed on and served us a freshly cooked delicious meal. The outstanding service continued at all meals during our stay. The hotel is centrally located, nice rooms and provides excellent service. Great value for money

First of all, Golden Tulip is different from Golden Tulip essentials. Former is a 4 star and latter is a 3 star hotel. Both are situated in the heart of the city on opposite sides of the same road. I stayed at Golden Tulip. Service and quality of food are as good as a 5 star hotel. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. The only issue is that the entrance to the hotel is very hard to locate. Also the pool and gym needs to be improved.

One of the best hotel to stay in Jaipur located in main town. They have good size rooms which are clean and well maintained. Best part is they serve a wide range of foods in breakfast and dinner which are also delicious. Only limitation was absence of swimming pool (ignorable)

Good to stay and very clean and hygienic. Food is also good. Only reception staff is not good as they will try to cheat you at every instance and are totally non cooperative. Rest hotel is really good and best place to stay.

I normally don't write reviews, but this place was very bad. 1. Bed mattress didn't have any protectors. As a result, the bed smelled like pee. Probably family with babies travel and accidents happen, however management should always think about the cleanliness of the beds first! 2. No real coffee for breakfast. I mean - who serves instant coffee packets at 3.5 start hotels nowadays? Especially in India with the amazing filtered coffee? 3. We stayed there for 2 nights and noone came to tidy up the room! 4. AC - if you like to sleep next to the jet engine - go for it! I was not able to sleep with such a noise level at all. And you can't really turn it off with Mumbai humidity. Advice - add a bit more money and stay in a better place. It will never be my come back choice unless major renovation would be done.

My experience was great, the staff was extremely hospitable, food was excellent, the restaurant had a variety of cuisines available and hotel was well maintained and beautiful. I did face an issue regarding size of the room, since the website didn't provide accurate description or pictures of the kinds of rooms that were available. I'd suggest contacting the property beforehand and confirming which room would suit your needs. Other than that, had a great experience and would recommend it for sure.

We stayed for a night during the weekdays. The property is situated on a very busy road in the city center and one can easily venture out at late night hours. The rooms were comfortable but the noise from the busy road outside went on throughout the night. The bathroom was very clean but didn't have sufficient ventilation. The breakfast buffet was awesome with a lot of quality options. The F&B staff at the restaurant were good at managing the things even when the restaurant was fully packed. I found it challenging to find a parking space for my car as the hotel is situated at the intersection of a very busy road and a congested market alley.

I had booked this hotel after comparing it with others and found in budget to spend for 3 days in a honeymoon suit which had a jacuzzi as well. Over all experience in this hotel was awesome by keeping COVID 19 protocols in place. The rooms were super clean and the staffs were very much friendly. The room have 2 TVs one in the hall area and 1 in the bedroom area. It has an additional room to keep your luggage. The break fast had a buffet system which had multiple options to eat. The rooms were cleaned on daily basis. The only drawback was the jacuzzi was leaking from below. The moment you fill the tub with an appropriate limit, it started to leak slowly while you enjoy relaxing in the hot jacuzzi. Also, the water was not good as both the times i found that the color of the water was yellow. However, in the shower it was normal. I thought to tell to the hotel staffs, but i hardly used the jacuzzi twice in my 3 days stay. Overall the hotel is nice, the dinner or drinks are highly priced and you would want to go out to have instead of getting in room dining.

Service was very slow and the taste was below average.. ordered lal maans which was ok but very oily. Subz diwani handi was bland

Rooms are good and spacious.. Location of the hotel is also good.... but the food is too expensive as compared to its quality. I am giving 2 stars only because they charge huge amount in the name of mini bar.. first of all they never mention the charges for mini bar in the hotel websites, apart from water everything is chargeable.. do not consume anything kept in the mini bar ( like chocolates, snacks, milk powder) without asking the rates, they will charge everything during check out. Nothing is complementary.

Beautiful experience and wonderful stay. You get all privacy needed for a stay, place is neatly maintained with utmost hygiene. All covid guidelines were being strictly practiced. Staff members are well spoken and we'll maintained with good behaviour. They are helping and treat their customers well. Rooms are well maintained and washroom is also equipped with all essential items. You get many facilities in room. Great stay at this place. Added advantage- is located in city so you can easily get transport facility there.

If you are on budget and still do not want to compromise on quality , golden tulip hotel is the one for you. Great service, good spacious rooms.specailly we booked the suite room and liked it. Watter bottle complimentary and for two adults one room you will find more then enough here. In room dining is available with good pricing. Parking facility could have been better. if you are traveling with open roof car then it may not be suitable as parking are in open space.
